Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Lo céntrico que estaba y lo grande y agradable que era la habitación. Cama cómoda, cocina correcta, baño suficiente... al lado de los puestos de la calle y de la playa.
Es verdad que hay algo de ruido de bares/locales cercanos pero no es molesto para dormir. Lo peor es si por la tarde estás en la habitación, dado que debajo hay un local y tiene terraza. Escuchas todas las conversaciones (si te toca en la planta 1 como fue nuestro caso).

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le roof top et le jacuzzi sont très agréables le soir. Mais le plus agréable est la disponibilité du service de conciergerie qui répond rapidement à toutes demandes, fait des suggestions et nous assiste. Le service de pressing est un gros plus.
Ça reste dans un environnement très bruyant, surtout pour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Celles donnant sur l’arrière sont calmes

Non raccomando una stanza matrimoniale piccola per due persone, perché è veramente piccola e non ha balcone. Noi siamo stati 2 notti, ma per soggiorno più lungo sarebbe stato complesso.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Ligging is perfect: dichtbij het strand en midden in de drukke buurt met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Na een dag bij het strand, door naar het (kleine maar prima) zwembadje op de rooftop. Het hotel heeft geen lobby, je kunt met een code zo het gebouw en je kamer in. Let wel dat je met je koffers een (of twee) trappen op moet. Speciale deal om te ontbijten bij koffietentje Clandestino (zit ernaast/onder) was top. Goede airco, waaier én wifi. Aanrader!
Er viel niks tegen, maar pantoffels zouden hier wel fijn zijn. Je neemt stiekem een hoop zand mee naar binnen.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Das Haus war sehr einladend. Am Dach gab es einen Whirlpool, der auch immer eine abkühlende Temperatur hatte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns auch immer gerne geholfen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt.
Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel, aber da wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben, total okay. In der Nacht war es etwas laut.

Semplice ma curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, con tutto quello che puo’ servire, dall’asciugacapelli ai tappi per le orecchie (visto che la zona e’ trafficata . Accappatoi, teli, sapone shampoo conditioner e persino crema corpo e macchinetta del caffe! La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fatto entrare anche prima dell’orario previsto di ceck in . La superchicca la piscina e zona solarium nel rooftop vista mare! Adorabile

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Super vriendelijke host. Door persoonlijke redenen de boeking moet vertragen, was geen probleem. De host is goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp, en kan helpen met veel zaken (taxi vanaf pont, tours boeken, was doen, etc). De locatie zelf is ook fantastisch! Centraal gelegen, 2 minuten vanaf het strand. Moderne kamer, mooi ingericht met alle faciliteiten die je nodig heb. Absolute aanrader!

Reviewed May 26, 2026Das Design und die Ausstattung sorgten bei uns ab dem ersten Moment für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin freundlich begrüßt und mit Informationen versorgt. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll mit – für die Region bekannten – Materialien wie Chukum, entsprechenden Textilien und Holzeinrichtungen gestaltet. Im Zimmer und Bad ist alles hervorragend instand gehalten und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Auch zu erwähnen ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einem Wasserspender sowie einem kleinen Jacuzzi. Von hier aus sieht man direkt auf den Strand, zu dem es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Für uns persönlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Durch die zentrale Lage kann es nachts manchmal etwas lauter werden.

Juste un peu bruyant mais ce sont les gens dans la rue parfois exubérant le soir mais le reste très bien rien à signaler.

Einziges Manko war der Lärm am Abend und in der Nacht da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. Es gab aber Oropax von der Unterkunft.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Logement à taille humaine très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants et bars les plus tendances. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil à notre arrivé. Le logement est très grand ce qui est agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner juste en dessous de l’hôtel.
Nous aurions aimé des rangements fermés pour pouvoir ranger nos affaires. Le sol était toujours sableux mais j’imagine que c’est difficile de l’enlever complètement.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Cet hôtel est merveilleux. La chambre est magnifique et propre. Une bonne odeur de parfum dans la chambre. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Emplacement premium à côté de la plage. Le personnel est très gentil. Le rooftop est superbe avec une vue mer. C’était l’hôtel parfait à Holbox. Petit déjeuner délicieux au rez de chaussé.
Énormément de bruit la nuit. On a très mal dormi. Aucune insonorisation prévoir des boules quies 🙂

Det är, som många andra säger, lyhört från korridoren och entrén i hotellet samt högljutt från gatorna utanför. Inte ett toppen hotellet om man vill ha lugna och ostörda nätter.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce logement : très joli, très propre et extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre, à côté de tout, et juste au-dessus d’un excellent café brunch. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable et pratique. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Le personnel est adorable, très attentionné, et l’ensemble est très bien entretenu. Pour nous, c’est clairement l’un des logements que nous avons le plus appréciés durant notre séjour. Une très belle expérience.
Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le réglage de l’eau de la douche, dont la température pouvait parfois manquer de stabilité. Cela reste un détail au vu de la qualité globale du logement.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Das Hotel ist wunderschön, auch die Zimmer sind mega, Betten bequemt, alles in allem ein top Hotel, auch die Rooftop Terasse mega. Check-in hat unkompliziert geklappt.
Leider war es uns unmöglich zu schlafen, es wurde bis 6:30 in der früh so laut Musik gespielt, dass man dachte man befindet sich mitten auf einem Musikfestival. Leider war uns diese Information nicht vor der Buchung bekannt, wir sind nach dem ersten Tag umgezogen, weil uns das Hotel nicht versichern konnte, dass dies ein einmaliges Event war. Wir haben leider keine Erstattung bekommen, obwohl eine Nachtruhe komplett unmöglich war. Dies ist leider sehr enttäuschend, da wir doppelte Hotelkosten hatten.

It is in a perfect location , just a few meters away from the beach and the center of holbox . That is a very big advantage . The room was great , very comfortable and clean . All the staff is so kind and available to assist you with everything needed . There are a lot of reviews talking about the noise , you have to bare in mind that it is in the center of the island so yes of course at night there is some music but in my opinion nothing too loud or annoying , it was perfectly fine . The concierge also gave us really nice recommendations! Please don’t forget to try the cafe just at the entrance of the hotel ! It was just amazing the best coffee and breakfast in all Mexico !! Thank you so much for your service we wish we will come back soon . Muchas gracias por todo !!!

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Grossartiges Zimmer mit eigener kleiner Küche. Viel Platz unglaublich schönes Zimmer. Hotel hatte kein Frontdesk aber sie haben innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Nachrichten zurückgeantwortet.
Man ist im Zentrum von Holbox und bekommt das Nachtleben gut mit. Es werden aber Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt.

Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, estremamente disponibile, che ci ha assistito con prontezza per un piccolo inconveniente accaduto, pur non essendo tenuto a farlo. Consigliatissimo, è stato un vero piacere soggiornare a Casa Peregrino!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Etablissement situé en plein coeur d'Holbox avec le café Clandestino juste en bas pour le pdj avec tarif négocié pour les clients. Les chambres sont jolies et bien équipées (coffre, machine à café). Le balcon est un plus pour le séchage des serviettes de plage et maillots. Les produits de bains (savon, shampoing, etc.) sont de très bonne qualité. La communication avec Marieke et son personnel est simple et fluide, ce qui est très appréciable. L'équipe de la conciergerie a été super réactive pour intervenir sur l'une des douches qui fonctionnait mal.
Nous avons eu les 2 seules chambres donnant sur rue, pas bien insonorisées, du coup difficile de trouver le sommeil et de passer de bonnes nuits en cette période touristique dense, malgré les bouchons d'oreille et pas uniquement le 31/12 > on a fait la sieste à la plage pour récupérer ! Points d'amélioration : Odeur assez désagréable provenant de la salle d'eau > on a fermé la porte ! Bcp de poussière sur les étagères hautes (mon mari est très grand) > ménage à peaufiner Pas mal de petits trous dans le linge de lit > à remplacer

The noise, obviously nothing to do about it, but bear in mind. Horrible smell however coming from the bathroom. Unfortunate as it would have been a 9/10 stay otherwise.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026ממש על רחוב ראשי של ברים ומסיבות. לא הצלחנו לישון בלילה בכלל. בנוסף באחד מהימים לא ניקו את החדר. המארחת כן ניסתה לעזור והעבירה אותנו לחדר בקומה מעל ונתנה לנו ארוחת בוקר אבל לצערי באמת שאי אפשר לישון עם הרעש שיש שם. יחסית למחיר ששילמנו (2000 שח לשלושה לילות) לא הרגשנו שהמלון נתן תמורה מספקת.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, with a special shout out to Nathalia who truly went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to reach everything on the island on foot.
There is no wardrobe and very limited space to store clothes, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Also, because of the central location, the area gets quite noisy at night due to nearby bars. Earplugs are provided and definitely help, but if you are looking for complete silence and total peace, this might not be the right place.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025De locatie is superleuk in het centrum. Beneden bij de accommodatie zit een heel hip en leuk ontbijt-tentje waar ze de heerlijkste gerechten serveren, echt een aanrader. Het voordeel van deze accommodatie is dat alles op loopafstand is, leuke restaurantjes maar ook het strand. Er is ook een dakterras met een jacuzzi waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen.
Omdat je in het centrum zit is er 's nachts wel wat meer lawaai door mensen die laat uitgaan. De kamer is niet heel groot maar wel heel sfeervol.

Het hotel is heel gehorig. Er is een gebrek aan isolatie. Je hoort alles wat er buiten op de straat en in het hotel plaatsvindt. Aangezien het aan een best drukke straat zit en omgeving hoor je dus alles wat er binnen en buiten gebeurd. Er wordt tot laat in de ochtend gefeest en dat geluid hoor je dus letterlijk in je kamer. De kamers zijn ook klein. Het bed is een twijfelaar in plaats van een tweepersoonsbed. De kamer was overwegend schoon, behalve het bed en naast het bed, er waren wat haartjes op het bed en naast het bed. Daar werd duidelijk niet schoongemaakt. Het zwembad op het dak was ook niet helemaal schoon, zaten wat beesten in. Het hotel beschikt niet over een receptie, alles vindt digitaal plaats, wat opzicht prima is. Maar minder persoonlijk. Mijn grootste bezwaar is dat ze besloten om vroeg in de ochtend werkzaamheden binnen het hotel uit te voeren, waardoor je nachtrust en überhaupt rust bruut werd verstoord. Op het dakterras zitten was onaangenaam door al het lawaai wat werd gemaakt door de werkzaamheden die werden uitgevoerd. Ook wat op valt is, dat het hotel best slecht onderhouden is. Dat zie je terug in de kamers en ook door het hele hotel. Het lijkt in ieder geval niet echt op de foto’s meer.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025- the bed was so big and comfy - very clean and the housekeepers were amazing making up the rooms everyday - lovely balcony and furniture - AMAZING location - host was really helpful with giving us tips and recommendations on WhatsApp, as well as helping us to book a taxi to the port on our way back.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Where do I even start? The hotel ticked all of our boxes. Location: right in the centre, close to all the night life, yet quiet enough. The building is brand new, really beautiful. Rooms were well-thought through to cover all the needs: my questions and requests were answered before I even opened my mouth! Everything in the room felt clean, high quality and looked beautiful. All aimed at providing best rest possible. It was very much a definition of affordable luxury if you ask me. All the tips and emergency numbers were provided via WhatsApp. My partner and I loved it. The breakfast in the partner cafe was delicious and offered great variety. Again, absolutely fantastic experience. Separate mention for very dedicated and friendly staff!
If you are a light sleeper - take ear plugs with you 😅

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Beautiful room with a small balcony and kitchen area. The staff was super nice and responsive. The rooftop area is also great to hang out at. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The little cafe underneath is absolutely amazing and offers a discounted breakfast for the hotel’s guests. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at!
We were running out of hot water rather quickly, so if you are used to very hot water and are multiple people showering, I recommend planning accordingly. It could also get a little noisy at night, being so close to downtown, but nothing that disturbed my sleep.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Prachtige stijlvolle accomodatie en vriendelijke mensen die meedenken en helpen. Contact via whatsapp gaat perfect, snelle reactie op vragen. Mn verblijf nog met een nacht verlengd. Ik moest switchen van kamer maar zij hebben voor de bagage gezorgd. Was top geregeld!
Lang warm douchen lukte niet altijd omdat het water na verloop van tijd zakte in temperatuur.
