Habitación muy amplia y limpisima además muy muy guapa todo nuevo.

La habitación muy bien, con aire acondicionado y una mini terraza. El personal agradable y nos ayudaron mucho. Tiene un spa debajo que lo gestiona la misma recepción y es muy bueno.

Está al lado de un pub y se escucha la música, al menos en la habitación en la que estábamos que era justo al lado. La ubicación no está mal pero hay distancias muy largas a las playas en general porque la isla es muy grande, y es un poco solitaria la zona.

Ich fand die Unterkunft super :-) Ich hatte aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen zunächst Angst, dass das Zimmer zu laut sein würde, aber ich habe im voraus einfach kurz um ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite gebeten und der Wunsch wurde mir problemlos erfüllt. Das Zimmer (Ich hatte Nr. 4) war komplett ruhig und ich hab von der Bar und der Straße rein gar nichts gehört. Ausstattungsmäßig ist alles da was man braucht und man hat auch einen kleinen Balkon :-) Man kommt vom Hotel aus auch sehr leicht nach Haad Rin oder Thong Sala mit den Songthaews die auf der Straße vor dem Hotel praktisch die ganze Zeit in beide Richtungen auf- und abfahren. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Die Unterkunft befindet sich praktisch auch "in" einem Massagesalon, in welchem ich eine der besten Massagen in ganz Thailand genossen habe. Also absolute Empfehlung von meiner Seite :-)

Man kommt zu Fuß nicht ganz so einfach zum nahegelegenen Strand, da muss man sich einen Schleichweg suchen..

Clean hotel with a cozy atmosphere. Good location — close to bars, restaurants, shops, a laundry service and a gas station. If any issues arose during the stay, the staff tried to resolve them quickly. Special thanks to the hotel manager for the attentive and friendly service.

שירות המלון ברמה גבוהה וטובה מאוד ועזרו לנו ישר עם כל בעיה ,יחס מדהים של צוות המלון כולל הספא!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼 הגענו למלון בתשע בערב והחדר לא היה נקי וגם המצעים פלוס נזילה מהמזגן. איך שאמרנו לוואן בקבלה היא ישר דאגה ומצאה טכנאי שיבוא לתקן לנו את המזגן בעשר בלילה וניקו את כל החדר והחליפו את הכריות ,ממש עשו נקיון טוב וסידרו הכל! הם פיצו אותנו עם מסאז׳ בספא של המלון יום למחרת ברמה הכי גבוהה ואני מאוד ממליצה על המלון הזה היחס מאוד טוב ושירותי וגם כשיש תקלות הם דואגים ישר לאורח!! והוא מאוד נוח וקרוב להכל כולל אוכל,ים,מקומות בילוי.

רק התקלה בהתחלה עם המזגן והמצעים הייתה מבאסת אבל אחרי שראינו איך הם דואגים לנו וישר מנסים לטפל בהכל ולעזור לנו התאהבנו במקום ואנחנו בטוח נחזור אליו שוב!

Front desk ladies were very nice.

Location is relativelly convinient but 10-20min away from the centre. Unfortunatelly untill 2am theres a bass from some pub/bar which makes impossible to sleep. During my stay i noticed that theres a water leaking from my ceiling and the floor is all wet, and water drips on my bed. That explains why whole room smelled damp when i first entered. Reaction was fast but they couldnt check if theres a leakage and blamed it on the AC. I was offered to move for one night to the room from street side which i refused due to even worst noise. The quality is not adequate to the price. You can have a room closer to centre with access to the pool in the same price.

Nice and cozy clean room. The staff was nice and always helpful . Location next to many supermarkets and good restaurants .. the spa downstairs is also really nice

There was a smell of mold .. I’m not sure where did it come from.

Меня немного смутило меню штрафов за сломанные и поврежденные вещи на самом видном месте в номере. Как будто заранее предполагается что я что-то сломаю. Возможно они часто с таким сталкиваются но это как-то странно. В остальном все ок

Die Zimmer zur Straße hin waren sehr laut, unten in der Bar Party bis um halb 3 Nachts, danach noch Motorengeheule. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier super aufgehoben

Good location. Clean room. Staff were friendly and the spa downstairs is genuninely amazing.

The water smells when you run the shower and also the sink doesn't drain and water comes up yellow (unsure if this is coming up from drain when it pools or if it is coming out the tap). There is also large gaps in the balcony doors which lets mosquitos in. Expensive for what it is.

המקום היה יחסית נקי, ממוזג, ועם דוד מים חמים יעיל וטוב. הצ’ק אין והלר אאוט היו פשוטים וקלים.

המים בכיור היו עכורים, והחדר קטן יחסית, ללא מעלית עם מדרגות בלבד

The rooms are very cosy , not my first time, and won't be the last one

This morning, I wanted to have a breakfast on the top roof and bad surprise it's was closed. Before the guesthouse was proposing breakfast, including in the room price Now the room is a bit more expensive and No Breakfast included

Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin. Il nous a aidé à réserver notre scooter sur place ainsi que le taxi pour retourner à l’embarcadère. La chambre était spacieuse, avec un balcon permettant de profiter d’un petit extérieur.

The rooms are big and they’re worth the price. They’re also cheap

The only noise is the people from upstairs but it is tolerable

Big room and bed, very good Wifi, friendly staff, table and chair for working and concentrating. I was kindly given a room facing the backyard and not the main road, which was very helpful for my calls. The communication with the staff was very good, already in advance.

The sink was clocked twice within my stay of 2 days and the aircondition was very loud when sitting on the balcony. Besides that, it was good

El personal muy agradable, me pusieron en contacto fuera de su horario de atención con el enlace que alquila motos, aparte de gestionarme un taxi temprano para poder coger el ferry. El hotel esta muy bien, las habitaciones muy limpias y hospitalarias, un lugar para gente con un perfil mas conservadoe.

This is my second stay here. The hotel located at Bann Tai, where is close to the pier and night market. There also have spa and staff is friendly.

The staff were lovely. The room was nice and clean.

The shower pressure was a trickle at best. Sometimes there was no water at all. Also, theres a nightclub next door that plays techo until late. It wasn't a big deal to me because I thought the music they played was actually pretty good. But it may be an issue for some residents. Luckily they do provide ear plugs.

Das Zimmer ist größer als man denkt. Das Personal ist super. Wir konnten Taxi zum Pier und roller zum anmieten in die Unterkunft liefern lassen. Es ist sehr sauber und der Service putzt nicht nur, sondern räumt auf, spült Sachen ab und alle sind super freundlich. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es keinen Pool gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es wurden 400 Bath für ein durch Sonnencreme verschmutztes Handtuch abgebucht.

In the middle of KP, love the smell from the spa and it made me feel calm and fresh. Always cleaned and fresh towels, close to everything. Easy to rent a scooter outside and the staff was amazing :-)

I got sick with dengue fever and the staff immediately jumped into help by taking me Back and forth to different hospitals 🙏🏼 they really cared about me and I appreciate it so much! Thank you phitchi for the rides ❤️❤️

This guesthouse is not very big, which makes it kind of cozy, I loved the spa which is a part of the hotel which was very nice and I got some excellent massages there. I read a lot of complaints about the noise, but I must say when I stayed there at March I wasn't bothered by it at all

The room I got was very small, breakfast was pretty basic with very few choices and is also next to the main street so it's a bit too loud, also there was a shortage of utensils and I could never get a little spoon, price seems to high compared to what the guesthouse has to offer

The room is small and directly on the main road which is really noisy. The breakfast was only from 8 to 10 and the last day of our stay it was not ready before 8.30 Breakfast is freshly cook but only 2 different dishes are prepared For 4500THB a night, I'm expcting way better.

Cosy, clean, nice stay for a couple of stays.

A bit far from the pier. But somehow all the good places on Koh Phangan are. No plant based milk option, but grocery stores around, so you can buy mini treta packs of almond or soy milk. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time during our stay, but we got a nice massage downstairs in the same building with discount.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We rented a motorbike for a good price from the hotel. We got massage at the hotel which was great. The room was modern, and our room was quiet at night. Decent breakfast. Good location especially if you have a motorbike.

The room had a funky smell I think because of the humidity, we opened the windows and it helped but the smell kept coming back. It wasn’t too bad though. The sheets had some stains on them. Some of the furniture in the room wasn’t in the best condition, but nothing that harmed our experience.

It was clean mostly- some small red stains on the bed but we turned the duvet over and just didn’t look. On reviews said it was noisy but we found the noise levels fine and could sleep comfortably. We rented a motorbike which was easy.

The staff were okay, not the most helpful and sometimes we knew that if we would ask a question they would speak in Thai and laugh before replying. Gave us one tiny shower gel the whole stay so we had to buy our own but wasn’t a huge issue. Location was okay but would need a motorbike or taxi to get around.

Staff can be more welcoming

The property is located about 25/30mins from the pier if you walk, or a short 8 minute taxi, The hotel is close to 7/11 and has a couple of nice bars near by that play different styles of music! The photos of rooms do not do them justice as they are so lovely and look better In person! they even have Samsung smart TVs so you can watch YouTube,Netflix or Amazon prime! The beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows. they provide free earplugs due to the hotel being close to the bars playing music but we didn’t find the music an issue or disturbing. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast and watch the traffic go by! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful if you need any help, we met with the hotel owner one evening and socialised over a drink and conversation who offered to take my partner to get her nails done if she wanted to! Loved this hotel so much I extended my stay and missed my next booking in krabi!

I don’t like that I’m unable to stay here forever

The facilities in the room are incredible. Huge tv with streaming services. Fridge + thermo cups + robes all great amenities. Comfy bed with 2 pillows each. Staff friendly and helpful. Great spa downstairs that offers 10% off to hotel guests.

There is some noise from the club next door however if you’re used to hostels it won’t be an issue. Our door opened by itself even when locked, luckily this only happened as we were about to check out and we assume it was the wind. However would have been a different story if this happened during in the night. I’m sure hotel would have sorted.

Very good value for the location, with plenty of bars and shops nearby, you can easily explore the island from here. The room is basic but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One note of caution: the air conditioning unit I had was leaking a fair amount, as it is located right above the TV. When it leaks, water can drip onto the TV. I recommend pulling the TV out as much as you can to prevent any water from reaching it, just in case it starts leaking.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is basic but everything we need, for this kind of breakfast cafe's take 100 baht. The facilities were nice, the room was comfy, and the shower was good. 20 min ride with a motorbike to every beach in Phangan. Close to mini c. Very pleased.

There was a very bad smell to the water and one day it was brown

For what we paid the room was absolutely fine & the breakfast surprisingly good. We decided to extend our stay at the hotel as we enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly. If I come to koh Phangan again, I would definitely stay.
