Gezellig familie hotel, flexibel in de mogelijkheden

Gastgeber waren sehr nett Aufgrund der sehr hohen Temperaturen am vergangenen Wochenende wurde uns freundlicherweise ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon für eine angenehmere Lüftung zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke hierfür. Das Abendessen im zugehörigen Ristorante war frisch und sehr lecker mit gutem Service.

Sauberkeit und Zustand Bad. Keine Haken für Handtücher, keine Duschabtrennung. Schrank im Zimmer war innen staubig.

The location was great, the price was exceptionally low

The room had a strong smell of the previous guest's cologne, the pillow smelled of sweat, and there was visible black mold around the shower seals. The biggest problem, however, was the heat. During the heat wave, the room became unbearably hot. The hotel provided a small fan, which I appreciated, but it was too noisy to sleep with and only circulated the hot air. Even with the window open, the room never cooled down, so I ended up booking another hotel after the first night. I don't blame the hotel for the weather, but if you're staying during very hot weather, it's something to keep in mind.

Perché si sceglie un hotel invece di affittare un appartamento? Nel mio caso, lo faccio per avere un minimo di interazione, ricevere informazioni sul luogo, avere la possibilità di fare colazione, avere il cambio della biancheria. L'hotel era chiuso al mio arrivo, un cartello sulla porta informava (solo in tedesco, che io non parlo) che i gestori erano in vacanza e invitava a contattare un numero di telefono. Mi è stato dato un codice al telefono, grazie al quale ho recuperato la chiave della mia stanza da un box automatico. Raggiunta la stanza, altro cartello solo in tedesco informa che a causa di aumento costi, non viene fornito il cambio biancheria, non viene rifatto il letto né pulita la stanza durante il soggiorno. Chi vuole, deve chiedere il servizio per un costo aggiuntivo di 10 euro/giorno. In albergo non c'è nessuno, la sala colazione è sbarrata, ovviamente non si può fare colazione. Nei messaggi di conferma ricevuti tramite Booking, si informava che l'albergo avrebbe potuto essere chiuso e con servizi limitati, ma queste comunicazioni: - sono fornite solo in tedesco - arrivano solo dopo la prenotazione e il pagamento (non cancellabile) - non indicano le date di chiusura In sintesi, la mia stanza aveva quanto promesso ed era pulita, ma l'esperienza non è stata in linea con le mie aspettative. Il prezzo è basso, ma se avessi conosciuto prima queste limitazioni, avrei prenotato altrove.

Lage war gut

Preis und Leistung passt nicht , schlechte bed Qualität, kein Feuerlöscher im Flur , keine Flucht und Rettungsplan , das kann nicht ein Hotel sein ! Mann muss dass Monteurhaus nennen mit Qualität null !

Ruhige Lage, bequemes Bett

Das Zimmer war ziemlich runtergerockt und ungemütlich. Abgenutzte Kunstlederbettkopfteil, Schwarzschimmel in den Duschfugen und teilweise verschmutzte Wände. Die Fenster waren zudem ziemlich dreckig ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber.

Freundlich Bedienung, ruhige Lage ,Essen ist gut,

Parkplatz nur wenige zur Verfügung, mein Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze könnte auch mal eine neue sein .

Perfekte Lage und sauberes, zweckmäßig komfortables Zimmer. Gutes Doppelbett

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein. Regelmäßiges Auffüllen wäre das Minimum.

Ruhige Lage

Fernseher ging nicht gut, einige Programme gar nicht Frühstücken konnte man leider auch nicht (war aber bekannt und für uns diesmal nicht unbedingt ein Problem

War extrem warme Woche, im Zimmer gab es nur einen kleinen Ventilator, der auch ziemlich laut war sodass er nicht ständig angeschaltet werden konnte

Fernseher funktionierte nur auf ein paar Programmen Frühstück gab es leider auch nicht, da Restaurant Urlaub hatte

Die Besitzerin war freundlich und bemüht, die Mängel auf Anfrage zu beheben .

Fünfziger- Jahre- Ausstattung, Lampe defekt (war bekannt), eiskalt bei Ankunft, sehr hellhörig vom Flur.

Parkplatzsituation

Überaltert jedoch sauber. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bad ist neu renoviert und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich aus Zeitgründen nicht dort gegessen habe – der Kaffee am Morgen war jedoch ausgezeichnet. Natürlich merkt man, dass das Hotel etwas älter ist, wenn man es mit neueren Häusern vergleicht, aber es ist trotzdem vollkommen in Ordnung. Einige Extras wie mehr Badprodukte oder zusätzliche Getränke wären schön, wobei mir immerhin Wasser aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Angesichts des fairen Preises ist das absolut akzeptabel. Wichtig zu wissen: Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Mich persönlich stört das nicht, aber für ältere Gäste oder Personen, die keine Treppen laufen können, sollte das bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden. Ich war sehr zufrieden, habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.🤗

Liegt zwar nicht in der Innenstadt, aber für Besuche im Westen von Ludwigsburg ideal

Das Bad war sehr geräumig, aber schon älter. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Es wird direkt am Tisch serviert. Die Chefin des Hauses war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Ist eher ein Hotel, das von Monteuren benutzt wird. Das Zimmer war klein und die Ausstattung schon sehr verschlissen und alt.

Bed was very comfortable. Room decor was stylish and modern. Staff was very friendly.

Room very small. No closet to hang clothes or bank to place luggage. Bathroom also very small. No selves for storing cosmetics and toiletries. For an overnighter ok.

Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Zimmer groß und schön eingerichtet.

Das Bad war leider sehr klein. Zwar gab es einen tollen Fernseher ( nur streaming), aber leider war die WLAN Verbindung so schlecht, dass man nichts sehen konnte

Ruhige Lage , Parkplätze vorhanden oder in der Nähe.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders das hauseigene italienische Restaurant ist ein Highlight – die Pizza war hervorragend! Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Nähe zur Autobahn, fußläufig in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Auf der Straße gab es jederzeit ausreichend Parkplätze. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt lecker und reichhaltig. Gerne wieder!

The beds were really comfortable and the staff very friendly.

The rooms we rented did not have hot water , it was rather warm-ish. Don’t know if the hotel sets it this way but after a cold weather outside this was not what I wanted to feel.

Nice and comfortable accomendation with very nice and helpful staff. Close to the train station with good connections to Stuttgart and walking distance to Ludwigburg city center. Good breakfast.

10-15 minute walk from the train station, bed was very comfy, room very tidy, staff were polite, easy to check in/out, situated in quiet area of town.

bathrooms a little small

Stayed 6 weeks! Cozy, family operated they have one of the most delicious Italian restaurant of the area attached. The Sptaro's are amazing hosts! Breakfast is good and the location allows to be close to the big business in the area and not far from down town. Ratio prize - benefit is unbeatable!

I don't even know where to begin. Everything was great. Clean room, amazing breakfast, cute little house and restaurant. The services was awesome even thought I don't speak german. I went for my friends wedding in the city. I would definitively recommend it. The only thing is that it was odd for me coming from the US not to have a flat iron available in the room for my clothes. Very charming place.
