Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Our experience was truly exceptional! The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. What made our trip special was the outstanding staff. Every single team member was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything to make our stay better. When we needed help navigating the city, they gave us clear directions on taking the local buses. Since we didn't have a SUBE transit card, they even lent us one to use during our stay so we could visit all the beautiful spots in the city, which we returned at checkout. The location was also fantastic—if you like to walk, it's just a few blocks from the costanera, making it super convenient to walk, relax, and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The buffet breakfast was good—a traditional Argentine selection featuring delicious pastries, fresh breads, coffee, and juices. While it differs from a typical US continental breakfast, they were happy to prepare scrambled eggs upon request.
The layout of the bathroom. Compared to the generous size of the bedroom, the bathroom felt cramped and small. The shower itself was quite small, which made showering a bit tight, though the hot water and water pressure were both great.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Kedves fogadtatás, segítőkészség a szálloda személyzete részéről. A szoba tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes volt. A reggeli kitűnő, svédasztalos, kedves kiszolgálás. Külön kiemelném, hogy ingyen kaptunk napernyőt és kérésünkre taxit rendeltek kora reggel. A nyelvi nehézségek ellenére is mindent megtettek, hogy jól érezzük magunkat.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la calidad de atención del personal. Además de cumplir sus funciones laborales todos fueron atentos y cálidos. La calidad y variedad de los alimentos del desayuno fue pocas veces visto. La limpieza del hotel y dela habitación fue excelente.
Lo único que mejoraría es el espacio de la ducha. Al menos en la habitación que ocupé. Era demasiado estrecha. Si se cambiaran las cortinas de la ducha por un vidrio fijo o puertas móviles, sería más cómoda porque habría más lugar disponible.

Colchones que piden cambio urgente, estacionamiento hay 4 cocheras para todo el hotel y son por orden de llegada, osea si llegas antes que todos en la quincena safaste. Sino dejalo en la calle. La ducha de la habitación que me tocó a mí es muy chica o se te pega la cortina en la espalda o te metes la canilla en el "se entiende no? La limpieza de los dormitorios un desastre. Hasta pelos de los salientes.

Lamentablemente nos robaron cosas del baul del auto estacionado enfrente porque no habia mas cocheras disponibles. Si bien no es responsabilidad del hotel nos quedamos mal con eso y no hizo que sea una experiencia del todo completa.

La habitación es sencilla, con buen gusto, con café y té de cortesía, y con un precioso balcón que suma espacio al aire libre. De cortesía también pudimos hacer uso de la cochera. El personal un 10. Todos, desde el personal de limpieza, recepción y zona desayuno, son profesionales del turismo. Nos hicieron sentir en casa. Gracias!

Although it’s a small hotel it is run in a very modern way, which results in the great reviews it has obtained in the past! Due to a change of circumstances I had to check out early and the hotel dealt with it in a very professional manner and showed outstanding client support! There should be more hotels like this in MDP - highly recommended!!

Friendly, helpful reception staff, reasonably priced, comfortable bed, smooth sheets, decent towels, good water pressure but the tiniest shower. Maybe it was just our room? I felt like I was showering in a closet! I laughed from start to finish! I managed to flood the bathroom even though the curtain appeared to be tucked in. Perhaps this is a standby room ... since with date changes and cancellations, our new booking had been lost - so we were just grateful to get a room at all. Good breakfast with savoury as well as sweet options. I look forward to staying here again and seeing if I can score a room with a bigger shower.

We would stay again if we are ever in the area. It's location is a few short blocks from the beach and we felt safe walking it. Great value for the price.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2016How lucky we were to find this nice modern hotel in Mar del Plata. The staff was really very helpful and you even can rent bikes as Mar del Plata is quite big. The rooms are comfortable, Wifi is included and working perfectly and at breakfast you have everything you need in Argentina. Lisandro the General Manger came to talk to us and other clients. Really a nice touch! So really a hotel to recommend when staying in Mar del Plata!
