Its good for a night we needed it to catch the bus the day after.
Its old and needs maintenance.
Mevsim dışı olması sebebiyle sadece ben vardım. Ama asya. Şartlarına göre gayet iyi
Location is good.. Near the beach and little local restaurants to visit. Staff very accommodating!
The hotel is run down. Paint peeling and shower had little water. Really too far from the ferry terminal for the islands.

Удобное расположение. Замечательные хозяева.
Fair price for an overnight stay. Jenny in reception is great! Breakfast was adequate.
Sihanoukville!!! Cambodian heart and soul sold out to Chinese development.
Location
Too many restaurants that service only Chinese.
Die Lage ist gut und strandnah. Freundliches Personal.
Staff and location
Jenny the receptionist was very helpful & kindly upgraded our room which was very clean & comfortable. Ideal for staying overnight when needing a ferry to other islands.
The hotel is a lovely place but unfortunately the area is now a building site for some on-going & some derelict high rise buildings.
Rien du tout
Tout
Überfreundliches Personal Tolle Lage Pool am Dach
Amabilité de la personne à l'accueil.
Emplacement,, très bruyant.
Great communication prior to arrival, let us leave some luggage there while we went to Koh rong, transferred us to ferry terminal in the “coolest car”, very good breakfast.
Nothing
Staff were so friendly, very contactable with good response time. We stayed here for an o/nite before early ferry to Koh rong, they were very accommodating in storing our excess luggage for a night while we were at Koh rong! Then we returned late ferry for another o/ night before moving on. Breakfast was really good, and there is a bar/ restaurant about 100 metres away which was very convenient! Bennys also offer transfers to pier for ferries in the coolest car! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bed and brekky!

Le personnel était sympathique
L'hôtel est vraiment défraîchi, les chambres du bas sont pleines de moisissures.
great hotel, a little pricey but OK, fantastic staff, perfect location (for sihanoukville)
Sihanoukville is distroyed and overrun by chinese. few westerners stay here, they just pass through on the way to the islands. I hated S-ville, but the hotel was fine.
Номера, чистые, удобные и комфортные для проживания, в которых все предусмотрено, все есть..Вкусные завтраки. Заботливое и доброжелательное отношение всего персонала. Складывалось ощущение, что находишься в гостях у близких людей.
The staff were amazing, very friendly and the lady at the front organised the ferry and pick ups for us very fast and organised
Sihanoukville itself is not great tbh, Kah Rong which is a 30 min ferry away is like the Maldives , much better
Nothing, we left after seeing the room
The facility is not well maintained, the room we got was full of mud and humidity. A big window separate the bed and the toilet, so you can see everything. The room was supposed to have a sea view but it mainly faced a parking lot. The place also serves food but it didn’t looked clean.
Very comfortable bed, staff extremely helpful. Perfect for an overnight stay.
Jenny was very helpful and everyone was very friendly
The perfect downtown location. Clean, friendly, colourful place walking distance to the beach, ferry and shops
caring, friendly and helpful staff
Closed to the sea.
Walls and cleaning
Everything and especially Jenny was amazing! So kind, she knows everything and wants to help all the time!
Nothing
Staff extremely helpful and kind
Noisy area, light outside the window. Difficult to sleep.
Room was clean and tidy ,a little bit dated but I don't let that put me off.
Nothing.
The room is clean and the staff was very helpful.
The lady on reception was great. Within walking distance of a local nightmarket & a couple of restaurants
The room was ok but needed maintenance, the shower pole was hanging off the wall a little, for example - definitely in need of a refurb. The bathroom (including the toilet) is separated from the area where the bed is by glass, no blind, so no privacy at all.
Jenny was very friendly and helpful . Was upgraded to a better room . Breakfast included . Comfy bed . Good location . Free shuttle to Peir Room was fairly nice and comfortable
Pillows to hard for me . Shower hardly had any room to be able to get in it . View from deck was awful .
Staff were very helpful with requested rides and other needs such as directions for supermarkets. Great bed, shower, and food.
There were a lot of fire work noises at night
Very kind staff and nice room.
Not a lot- stop over close to airport Close to beach
Room wasn’t clean- dirty walls, flies and lizards on roof Staff was not friendly when communicating with being over charged asked why this is and staff was rude Location isn’t great, need to walk far for good food (pizza restaurant would recommend in local area walkable distance) They said they offered free shuttle from airport, this was false as they said I could not get on the day Greatly overpriced for one night in a twin room Bedding very outdated City itself is not great- used for a stop over Staff did not introduce the property we stayed at, had to ask questions - what time is breakfast, WiFi password etc staff rushed us to our room.
Stayed here before, great location for beach. The staff were great especially Jenny the manager. Owner Benny nice friendly guy, will stay here next time in Sihanoukville.
Nothing
Clean and fresh bedlinen and towels. Big rooms. Very good localisation close to the beach. Nice and helpfull staff. Good coffee and omlet for the breakfast.
Required deep cleaning and painting. Air conditioning system should be serviced.
Good hotel, clean rooms, extremely kind staff, beach 1 min walk away
Sihanoukville in general is an awful city and the area nearby was uncomfortable
Lovely, friendly, helpful reception lady Comfortable beds Nice breakfast ( fruit for my friend who is vegan) Free tuk tuk ride to the ferry port
The buildings around are awful ( falling apart or being built) Fireworks sounds throughout the night. This is not the fault of the property.
Very convenient and well-located. V friendly staff
Sihanoukville
Friendly staffs, good location, and food. Especially, location is very nice, being close to the beach and boat ticket office. You can easily walk on the beach or hop on a boat to do a day trip to an island. As importantly, all the staffs are so nice and friendly. They make the cozy atmosphere which makes you feel like staying at the hotel a little bit longer.
If all the staffs spoke English, it would be great.
Location and cleanliness
Room was fine, Carina staff. Restaurant fair prices for expensive Sihanoukville
Traffic noise from the street.
Super nice staff
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area on foot, and its proximity to the coastline is another great advantage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness in preparing an early breakfast for us and arranging our transfer to the port. The owner was also incredibly kind, greeting us warmly upon our arrival.
The room could use some minor renovations here and there, although it wasn’t a significant issue.
Check in was easy and fast and since the room was ready, I was able to check in early. Convenient location just a few metres from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant onsite. My room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great. Good pressure and temperature of the water in the shower. Reliable wifi. Good value for money. Owner gave me a free ride to a pagoda.
At times a bit noisy because it's right next to a busy road but if you have earplugs, you should be fine.
Very charming place which is absolutely recommendable. Everything in good order and super staff looked after us all the time. Lokation close to beach and cafes.
the staff was very accommodating and helpful. we had free transportation to the port. makes very good coffee.
The hotel would need more maintenance.
Good location next to a beach and from the city center However please note that the port for the ferry to the islands has now been relocated approx 30minutes away. The hotel is howver offering FREE shuttle to the new ferry location
Sihanoukville itself. Ugly city to run away as fast as you can. Full of casino and chinese gamblers
Good location to serendity beach. Very comfortable bed. Hot water. Free transport to sea port for koh rong ferry.
I really liked the room, it was big and well laid out, with a sort of division between bedroom and sofa area by a panwl with revolving TV stand. There was a large balcony with a good view of a sort of wetland, with the sea in the background.
The reception was only partly staffed, although we were told to drop off the key when going out, this was not practical and I kept it. While the breakfast was fine, it was hard to find the place for it....sort of in the side of the downstairs area and with no buffet we had to choose from the menu. Maybe this was because there were so few quests.
The staff is great. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant has good food.
N/A
A good location. Bed amazingly soft. Blinds were good to cut out the light. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast was lightweight, not much choice. Didn’t try the TV.
Location is great, just a minute walk to the beach.
Flies around the lobby / cafe were unbearable. We paid extra for a sea view room but didn’t get a room with a view. The excuse they gave was some parts of the building are under construction, we didn’t get any refund.
Clean and fun
Nothin
- Location: 10/10. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and other shops/restaurants. - Value for money: 7/10. The room is quite spacious with 1 sofa area, 1 sitting area, and 1 balcony. I paid 50$ for a night there which is like the standard price nowadays in Sihanoukville. The balcony is very nice (although, the lock doesn't work!). - Staff: 7/10. I visited during the Khmer New Year, but unlike the International New Year, it's not packed. It's very quiet. I met only 2 staff but they're both nice. - Shuttle: I didn't use the service but they did offer it to me on the day I checked out. Apparently, they offer free rides to nearby locations. - Toiletries: 8/10. They offer adequate toiletries (plus point cuz they offer conditioner as well.)
- Cleanliness: 6/10. It's not good. I noticed stains on the bedsheet and blanket. Not isolated. There's many spots. At first, I thought it was my fault. I tried to clean it. I actually managed to clean most of it until I noticed the same stain near the edge of the bedsheet. That's when I realized it's not from me! - Vibe: 6/10. I guess it's the vibe of Sihanoukville as a whole. It's ghostly. Looks pretty much abandoned. I stayed at another place which is a dormitory style hostel. It was far more lively! - Bathroom: 7/10. It's very tiny and the shower door didn't even close all the way.
The room and bathroom was lovely and quite clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is older, but well kept, no pool so families with kids maybe better elsewhere. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any travellers as great valve for money and the staff are very very helpful. I will definitely be booking this hotel next time I go to Sihanoukville.
Fridge could've been colder, and whilst there was kettle in room no cups or tea/coffee
Very helpful staff.
The shower was broken, the balcony door was broken, the safe was broken, the washbasin was in a bad condition.
The room was in need of some maintenance. It was clean though.
The location was good and the included breakfast very satisfying. The staff were helpful and tried to assist where they could.
Sihanoukhville! This was once a destination for backpackers and those wanting a beachside escape but is now the remnants of a Chinese takeover interrupted by Covid and the property issues in that country. The proliferation of chinese casinos and the subsequent displacement of the locals casts a pall over the place and the experience.
Centrally located and short walk to beach.
Friendly staff ,very helpful polite and made us so welcome 🥰🥰🥰
Everything food was amazing
They tried very hard to provide customer service like giving us a ride to the grocery store and to the train station and a tour around town in Their Benny Mobile that was great! Hot water, nice room, comfy bed
View from the room had a trashy area
It is a truly wonderfull hotel. I love the rooms, the beds are great. The staff is amazing. So caring and in for a talk. They even drive you around for free wherever you want to go in the city. See you soon.
Clean, comfortable, generally good service.
For the price everything was fine.
The staff was kind and nice. The beach was very close in front of hotel and it felt great to take a walk in the morning and evening.
Nothing.
Jenny was top
Very helpful and welcoming staff . Good food . Like old Sihanoukville🙏🏼
Chinafication of Cambodia
The owner and hotel manager are both wonderful - extremely helpful and friendly. Cooked breakfast was delicious, the coffee also great. The owner took me on a little tour of the area in his limo style buggy free of charge before dropping me off at the bus station- would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area
