L’assenza di ascensore, il personale non sorridente a parte Melany, la pulizia (sotto il letto polvere e carte) assenza di sapone liquido per la doccia e per le mani, nonostante fosse stato fatto presente. Avevamo chiesto un cambio camera per l’ardua salita che bisognava fare per raggiungere la camera, ma non ci e’ stato concesso in 7gg. Mattonelle rotte all’ingresso della stanza, mobili usurati e materassi scomodissimi. Balconcino con tavolino e sedie vecchie e scambiate dal sole senza stendino.

L’accueil était très bien et le personnel est vraiment très agréable. Pour le rapport qualité-prix, rien à redire, l’hôtel est très bien. Nous recommandons !

It was beautiful. Both inside and outside. The property was cleaned and organized every single day. The breakfast was really tasty. The free shuttle to and from the port was extremely helpful. The staff were lovely.

Sometimes the bus timetable was a little restrictive. There’s only one an hour but if you plan your day around it then it’s ok.

Fantastic stay at Alkistis Hotel. Melanie at reception was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a room upgrade and a bottle of sparkling wine, which was such a lovely touch. The staff was attentive throughout our stay, they held our luggage when needed and even arranged a discount for scooter rental at the shop next door. The location is ideal: quiet and away from the noise of town, right across from the beach, with a supermarket next door for convenience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a perfect location in Mykonos.

Veľmi čisté izby, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali. Bezplatný transfer z letiska a nasledujúce ráno do prístavu bolo veľkou výhodou. Na raňajky ývorný vyber jedla a nápojov. Mali sme pohodlnú posteľ a krásny výhľad z balkóna.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand von Agios Stefanos und an der Bushaltestelle. Super Transfer von und zum Hafen. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum/Restaurant und äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel sein will, sehr empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder!

We really liked the friendliness, location, and the view.

I have only highest accolades for this establishment! The view from every part of the hotel is exceptional! The staff, all of them are fabulous, that do everything to give the best time to their guests! The room is very comfortable, impeccably clean…again with a great view! The breakfast was very rich, with great quality items…some of the best hotel spanakopita and tiropita that I have had! Wonderful pool with great views!

I cannot think of anything that I disliked about this hotel!

Stayed 3 nights in August 2026. On nights 2 and 3, there was a persistent humming/vibration noise in the room that we couldn't escape — we had to move the bed twice to try to find a quieter spot. On the final night, nothing worked, and we ended up sleeping across the short end of the bed just to get some rest. Both my friend and I woke up with migraines and back pain as a result. When we raised the noise issue, staff said they had checked and couldn't identify the source, treating it as out of their control. Whether or not that's true, the fact remains that they failed to provide a room that let us sleep for two of our three nights — and no resolution was offered that reflected that. We were offered a free lunch, then a return-stay voucher, neither of which addressed the actual issue, especially since we don't plan to stay here again. Booking.com was ultimately unable to secure a refund from the hotel either. If you're gluten-free, be prepared to ask more than once — despite requesting gluten-free options twice on day 1, nothing was provided until day 2, when we were given a few slices of GF bread and some cookies. Disappointing experience overall, especially given the noise issue directly affected our sleep and physical wellbeing on our final two nights, with no meaningful resolution offered by the hotel.

The pick up and transfer was very well coordinated. Staff were really great. 20 meters from the beach. Great spot for a sunset swim.

We only stayed here one night after flying in to Mykonos and before catching ferry to other islands. As an additional free service the hotel can pick up guests from the airport. This was great. They also upgraded our room and drove us to ferry port the following morning despite the late notice when the ferry company changed the ferry time.. The room had fantastic views over the bay and towards Mykonos town. Breakfast was nice and served on balcony area overlooking bay. On the morning we were there the staff at breakfast didn't appear to understand food allergies when my daughter asked what was gluten free as she is celiac, but if you don't have to worry about food allergies it shouldn't be an issue. We chose this hotel as it was convenient for the new ferry port naively thinking we could walk from the hotel, but it is up a hill and probably not safe to walk especially with cases due to traffic - however the hotel seem happy to help with transfers . Overall the hotel was very good. As we arrived quite late and didn't want to go back out we ate at the restaurant that was next to hotel (the same area where breakfast is served), so I'm not sure if the restaurant is attached to hotel or separate.. The food we had there was the worst meal we had while in Greece. I had ravioli and got 5 pieces of pasta - I am not the biggest eater but even for me that was a tiny portion. My daughter had a carbonara and the overwhelming taste was salt and she left much of it.. There were people at a table nearby who were complaining about their food and walked out leaving it. The staff were lovely and friendly but on that night the food wasn't up to scratch - perhaps we were just unlucky.

L’hotel è in una posizione davvero strategica, soprattutto per chi deve prendere il traghetto dal porto. Molto comodo anche il servizio navetta gratuito dall’aeroporto e al porto, puntuale e impeccabile, che rende gli spostamenti davvero semplici e senza stress. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e varia, con una buona scelta per iniziare bene la giornata. L’unica pecca è stata la camera al piano terra, dove purtroppo abbiamo trovato alcune formiche. Sarebbe sicuramente utile prestare maggiore attenzione a questo aspetto. Nel complesso, comunque, un soggiorno molto positivo, soprattutto per la posizione, la comodità della navetta e la qualità del servizio.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - right by the beach, close to the new port, and just a short walk from the bus stop to Mykonos Town. The hotel provided free transfers to and from the airport/port, which was incredibly convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great selection. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a small balcony and a beautiful sea view. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were also kind enough to let us check out late at 1pm free of charge, as our ferry wasn’t until 2pm, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Mykonos and highly recommend this hotel!

Sehr tolle Lage, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Transfer vom Flughafen und zum Hafen hat perfekt und pünktlich funktioniert. Sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück. Kostenloses upgrade auf höchste Zimmerkategorie bekommen. Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht.

Good location right across the beach, nearby supermarket and bus stop right in front of the hotel. Nice view from the restaurant terrace. They offer free airport shuttle per request. Staff at the reception was nice. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after check out and have a shower before departure. They have a pool area.

Room was basic, a bit run down and the surroundings of our room a bit unkept. We were woken up by trash service probably every morning at 7am

The property was fantastic. We only ended up staying for the afternoon rather than overnight as we had a late evening flight to catch. The hotel was so accommodating they gave us a complimentary lunch and room upgrade. The staff were all so friendly and the free transfers were excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, as a better room was available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean. Incroyable séjour. Nous avons passé une seule nuit mais nous avions envie de rester un peu plus. La chambre 136 magnifique avec une vue sur mer et l’ensemble de cette hôtel était fantastique. Le petit déjeuner, fait pas une brésilienne très sympathique, était magnifique. Je vous conseille ce lieu aux yeux fermés.

Servizio di navetta comodissimo, da e per l'aeroporto e, soprattutto, da e per il vicino porto, considerato che la strada che conduce dal porto all'hotel non è consigliabile a piedi la sera perchè troppo trafficata e buia.

Intanto le foto sono molto belle ma poi la camera non è esattamente come le foto la colazione per 10 gg è sempre stata uguale e di scarsa qualità in più le camere sono arroccate su una salita senza servizio di vallett quando arrivi in camera ti manca il fiato . La pulizia in camera giornaliera era sufficiente ma se spostavi una tenda o il letto c’era dello sporco atavico di buono hanno cambiato le lenzuola tutti i giorni

Niente, anche la colazione era abbondante, magari poteva essere utile un po’ di frutta fresca in più ma non è indispensabile

La colazione, misera, non sicuramente da 4 stelle e neanche da 3. Nessun frutto, non c’è il tostapane, dolci dolcissimi, nessun biscotto secco….etc.

La comodità di essere di fronte al porto di Tourlos , ideale per chi come noi era di passaggio in attesa di prendere il traghetto per Paros destinazione finale della nostra vacanza . Un Plus per il servizio gratuito di navetta aeroporto Hotel e Hotel porto

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata la 199 ha una bella vista ma è scomoda perché occorre fare una bella salita e non sempre si ha voglia . Le valigia ci sono state portate in camera da un addetto che però ha avuto un atteggiamento molto freddo quasi indispettito . Avevamo poco contante gli abbiamo dato i pochi euro che abbiamo trovato come mancia ma non ha nemmeno ringraziato. Gentile invece la signorina che ci ha accolto al check in ed il signore che ci ha accompagnato all’andata dall’aeroporto (al contrario dell’autista del trasferimento in check out). Insomma : dipende da chi ti tocca .

Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, Zimmer und Pool war super, der Ausblick vom Balkon top. Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber vom Strand.

Obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass das Wasser kein Trinkwasser ist, gab es kein Trinkwasser am Zimmer.

空港や港への送迎付きプランだったので、中心地からは離れているが移動には苦労がなかった。ビーチもホテルのすぐ前にあり、小さいけどプールもあってビーチリゾートを満喫できる。ホテルすぐ近くのバス停から中心地（オールドポート）へのバスは１時間に１本で、片道2.2ユーロなので、到着日に有名な風車やリトルベニスなどには行ってこれるはず。

建物は少し古く、設備もやや古め。冷蔵庫が少し臭かったのが残念。2階建ての建物が斜面に沿って並んでいるので、上の方の棟にある部屋の場合は、結構上り下りしないといけない。それほど混んではいない一方で、ハイシーズンだからか、内容に対して料金は高め。

ALKISTIS is not a 3-star hotel; it's a 4-star plus hotel, and it's excellent. Miss Melanie's wonderful welcome and attention from the moment we arrived until the departure deserve immense gratitude, as do all her colleagues , and stuff , They were not only excellent in their service but also in their impeccable manners. The room overlooked the sea, was completely renovated, everything you need is availble , and had no flaws in terms of amenities and daily cleaning. The breakfast contained the appropriate daily nutrients (I suggest adding a toaster for toasting bread). The rooftop swimming pool overlooking the sea, with its excellent facilities, is a great option. The sandy beach is 10 steps from the hotel entrance, there's a beach market right next to the hotel, and the public bus stop is 20 steps away. (Taxis are very expensive in Mykonos!) 5-minute ride costs €40 !... I suggest providing several beach umbrellas for guests to use as needed . SPECIAL NOTE : I was accommodated free of charge in the room for an additional 5 hours until my departure for the airport. i'll be back next summer , Final rating: 10/10👍

We like the location of the hotel, it was literally on the beach. There was also bus station to the city center right in front of the hotel.. :)

The only thing we were missing at the accommodation was a clothes drying rack in the room, or somewhere to hang wet clothes from the beach. Since it was quite windy outside, we couldn’t really leave our things on the balcony. Other than that, everything was great 😊

Best value for your money. Delicious breakfast with fascinating sea view. Rooms are simple but enough for your stay. Pool is also very nice, we also could use it after check out, since there is shower and toilet next to it, plus they provide beach towels as well. Bus stop 30 m away. All in all, we were very satiesfied with the hotel.

Hotel buildings were built on the hill side, so if you have health issues, maybe it would cause hardship to climb up to the upper rooms. However, for us it was not the case, just a small remark.

Posizione “comoda” per raggiungere tutte le zone dell’isola. Vista magnifica sulla spiaggia di Agios Stefanos. Colazione migliorabile, poca frutta fresca( solo anguria) e solo su richiesta latte senza lattosio. Sono stati tutti molto gentili e accoglienti.

Pulizia della camera migliorabile, tutti i giorni cambiano gli asciugamani ma non sono attenti ai dettagli.

I didn’t like the service. We stayed for two nights only. I we had to bed for shower gel refill every day as this wasn’t replaced. The breakfast wasn’t good ether.

Overall, we had a really good experience and I think this hotel offers excellent value for Mykonos, especially during peak season. We booked a room for two adults quite last minute, towards the end of July for a three-night stay in August, and paid around €500 in total through Booking.com. Considering that August is peak season in Mykonos, I found this to be a very good deal, especially as breakfast and complimentary airport transfers both ways were included. The free transfer was actually one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Having someone pick you up from the airport upon arrival and take you back for your departure makes everything so much easier, and it is not something I often see included in the room rate. The location is another huge advantage. Agios Stefanos Beach is literally just across the road and is a lovely beach, with both a free area where you can bring your own towel and organised sunbeds. Right next to the hotel there is also a very nice and aesthetically pleasing café/bistro serving food and drinks, as well as a well-stocked supermarket where you can find fruit, snacks, drinks, pizza and plenty of everyday essentials at reasonable prices. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it very easy to get to Mykonos Town. The New Port is very close as well. Technically, the distance is walkable, although I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking because the road itself is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. The reception area seems newly renovated and looks beautiful, giving the hotel a much more premium feel. The breakfast restaurant is also very nice, with a terrace overlooking the sea. We could often see large cruise ships in the distance while having breakfast, which made for a beautiful start to the day. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. The lady at reception was always smiling, friendly and genuinely interested in how we were doing.

The main issue for me was the water in the bathroom. I knew beforehand that tap water in Mykonos is not drinkable, so that wasn't a problem. However, the water in our room had a very noticeable musty/mould-like smell, which I personally found quite unpleasant. We visited other places around Mykonos during our stay where I didn't notice the same smell, so I'm not sure whether this is specific to the hotel, the area or the particular building we stayed in. It was manageable, but sensitive guests might find it uncomfortable. Some of the rooms and bathrooms are also clearly older and haven't been fully renovated. They are reasonably well maintained and clean, but you can tell the buildings are older. The windows in our room were not particularly well insulated, which became noticeable because we happened to stay during a period of very strong Meltemi winds. The wind could be heard quite loudly through the windows. Sound insulation between rooms could also be better. Conversations from neighbouring balconies can be heard quite clearly from inside the room. This obviously also depends on how considerate the other guests are, but it is worth knowing if you are particularly sensitive to noise. Breakfast could benefit from a little more variety, especially when it comes to fresh fruit. There were quite a lot of sweet options, and I personally would have preferred to see some seasonal fruit such as watermelon, peaches or bananas instead. Finally, a small drying rack on the balcony would be extremely useful. Since this is a seaside hotel and most guests will spend time at the beach or pool, having somewhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels would be a simple but very practical addition. None of these points significantly affected our overall experience. Considering the price we paid and everything that was included, I still think the hotel offers very good value for money in Mykonos, and I would definitely recommend it.

super Lage als Transfer Hotel - der angebotene Shuttle Service hat trotz unserer Verspätung bestens funktioniert. Trotz der frühen Abreise erhielten wir noch ein schönes Frühstück vor der eigentlichen Öffnung des Speisesaal.

האמת שהזמנתי וחששתי להתאכזב. כשהגענו גילינו מקום מפתיע מאוד, לקחנו חדר בסיסי כי זה מה שהיה ושלחנו מייל לבקשת שדרוג ואכן שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם נוף מקסים לים. תמורה מצוינת למחיר. חדר מרווח ונקי ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אך לא חסר בה כלום. למרות שהמבנה ישן המקום מקסים עם שירות מצוין לקחנו גם הסעה לשדה בחזור שירות שהמלון נותן. המיקום באגיוס סטפנוס מעולה לא עמוס ומאוד מאוורר עם חניה חינם. בקיצור, חוויה מצוינת בטוחה שנחזור. תודה לצוות המקסים על חוויה מעולה.

Notre chambre était assez vieillotte, pas mal de tache d’humidité au mur, petit déjeuner très basique. Assez cher pour la prestation, mais comme beaucoup d’hôtel à Mykonos..

Lindo hotel, buena piscina enfrente del mar y con playa enfrente. El problema son las habitaciones que están arriba, si no te gusta caminar de subida, asegúrate una pieza hasta el room 130. Melody la recepcionista es lo mejor!!!! Nos ayudo en todo y más. Probablemente ella hizo que nuestra estadía fuera mucho mejor. Algo súper es que te van a buscar al aeropuerto y también vuelta sin costo adicional. Otra cosa importante es que al lado del hotel hay restorant y minimarket (abierto hasta las 2 am) también hay arriendo de motos y está al lado del puerto nuevo.

No había máquina de café en el cuarto , pero cuando la pedimos nos la enviaron.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Alkistis Hotel. L’emplacement est vraiment très agréable, face à une très belle plage, avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis l’hôtel. Les services proposés sont appréciables et permettent de profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. La literie mérite également d’être soulignée : elle est extrêmement confortable ! Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues.

Le passage et la présence des bateaux de croisière peuvent parfois un peu gâcher la vue, mais l’hôtel n’y est évidemment pour rien. Les chambres ont une architecture qui rappelle les années 70 et peuvent paraître un peu datées au premier abord. Elles ont toutefois été très bien rénovées, sont impeccablement propres et finalement très agréables.

Bus muy cerca para ir a "la ciudad" a 5/10 minutos, depende de la circulación de la única carretera. Un buen "free"-tour en la ciidad. Lo de "free" es porque las/los guías dicen que dado el nivel de vida de la isla, "orientan" a 14/20 euros por cabeza, que no nos parece mal.

Precios altísimos de restauración (en las inmediaciones y en Mikonos) aunque ya sabíamos de qué iba, no deja de soprenderte porque han de hacer en muy poco tiempo para todo el año. Isla dedicada al gran poderío económico y a los cruceros, pero de eso no tiene la culpa el establecimiento... aunque todos ellos colaboran al desmadre.

Personnel et localisation

Bcp de chambres donc très bruyant. Ce n’est pas la fautes de l’hôtel mais de l’incivisme des personnes. Mais le resultat est bcp de bruit. Chambre rangée mais pas propre. Retrouvez bcp de choses sous le lit ( bracelet, papier, capsule de bière, sable) Petite tache de sang dans mon lit sur les draps ( il étaient propres c’est une tâche que n’est pas partie au lavage. Mais bon pas agréable

Posizione defilata dal centro ma si raggiunge Mykonos città in 5 minuti, zona tranquilla, hotel con vista mare e spiaggia bellissima. A 50 metri presenti noleggio, ristorante (buonissimo) e market. Hotel pulitissimo e personale super accogliente e gentile.

Unica pecca forse? La colazione, non fornitissima ma non rimanete di certo a digiuno.

A good hotel located very close to the beach, with a clean room, balcony and sea view. The breakfast was good, everything was fine, and I have nothing to complain about.

It’s not the case.

Nice location, near a small beach, supermarket, atv/scuter rental point and some restaurants in the neighborhood. Italian restaurant in the location. Great staff in the reception and restaurant.

Very small pool for all guests (aprox 4m X 6m). Room not very clean with very dirty and cracked walls. Breakfast not varied.

Everything was perfect. The place, the staff. If we needed help always got it at the reception. Thanks for the advices.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was lovely, and we would happily stay here again. 😊

Piscine un peu petite

The view form the room is spectacular; location very convenient and prices are fine. The staff is very kind and friendly. The beach is 10 m away form the hotel.

The guy who drove us from hotel to the airport was very unfriendly, wanted to leave the car and walk due to some traffic jam which on google was walking for 40 mins with luggage, refused to turn in A/C, was playing videos on his phone very loudly

Pozitívne hodnotím lokalitu hotela, čo sa týka blízkosti letiska, hlavného mesta a pláže, na ktorej bol aj v auguste pokoj a málo ľudí. Ďalej plusom bol bazén, veľmi pohodlné postele, raňajky v cene a transfer z a na letisko. Pozitívne hodnotím aj komunikáciu s hotelom, čo sa týka transferu z letiska. Niekoľkokrát nám posunuli let a vždy sme dostali rýchlu odpoveď, že nás vyzdvihnú aj v novom čase príchodu. Rovnako nám zabezpečili transfer na letisko aj dávno po check-oute.

Vybavenie izby bolo trochu staršie a izba pôsobila mierne zatuchnutým dojmom.

Lo staff della reception è molto gentile e cordiale. Le stanze sono pulite e dotete di aria condizionata, nonostante siano un po’ vecchiotte

La struttura è disposta su piu livelli terrazzati, per arrivare alle stanze è necessario salire e scendere piu volte le scale, e faticoso. Le stanze sono un po’ vecchiotte, ma tutto sommato accettabili. La colazione è pessima, estremamente scarna, pochissima varietà. Il personale addetto alle colazioni non parla inglese ed è scontroso e antipatico.

Hotel 3 stelle che, a mio parere, ne vale tranquillamente 4! Una piacevolissima sorpresa, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e comodissimo per il porto. Un ringraziamento speciale alla receptionist bionda, davvero gentilissima e disponibile.

Otelin konumu güzeldi sahile iki dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tam önünden Mykonos Town’a her saat otobüs vardı. Otelin sahilde kendisine ait şezlong ve şemsiyesi yoktu ama resepsiyondan size sahile sermeniz için havlu veriyorlar. Otelin yanında sahilin tam karşısında bir mini market vardı ve taze pizza, hamur işi, çay kahve vs de yapıyorlardı ve fiyatlar makuldü. Resepsiyonda çalışan Melanie her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Son dakika haber vermemize rağmen bize limandan transfer ayarlandı. Check in saatinden önce girişimizi yapıp oda ayarladı.

Kahvaltısı oldukça fakirdi. Eğer domuz yemiyorsanız pek bir et seçeneğiniz yok bütün salamlar domuz. Sadece tek bir peynir çeşidi vardı o da çok kalitesizdi. Zeytin yok. Biz bütün tatilimiz boyunca sadece börekle karnımızı doyurmaya çalıştık.

Bellissima struttura in una posizione ottima, a pochi min di macchina dal centro di Mykonos e da alcune delle location più famose (180 sunset bar, cavo tagoo, zuma). Piscina molto bella e tranquilla. Ottima e abbondante colazione continentale. Stanza ampia e con un bellissimo balconcino vista mare. Melanie e Janas sono stati gentilissimi!!
