Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Byliśmy, jak na zewnątrz było naprawdę ciepło i w pokoju był upał. Wiatrak niewiele pomagał.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Ruhiges supergroßes Zimmer, eher ein Appartement mit Spüle, aber ohne jede weitere Ausstattung. Viele Parkplätze im Industriegebiet von Wiener Neustadt. Zimmer zum Innenhof sind klimatisch sehr angenehm.
Es gibt nur einen Schalter für alles Licht, auch keine Bettlampe. Entweder alles hell oder dunkel. Nix für Familien oder Romantik, eher Zweckmäßig.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Apartament bardzo duży utrzymany w czystości. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie może niezbyt urozmaicone ale wystarczające.
W pokoju brak lodówki, czajnika oraz naczyń typy szklanki. W łazience brak mydła. Nie można było choćby napić się herbaty. W apartamencie przebywałem po drodze do Chorwacji z niedzieli na poniedziałek. W tym dniu wszystkie bary i restauracje w obiekcie były nieczynne . Drobne rzeczy a mogłyby poprawić komfort pobytu w hotelu.

Had to upgrade to a suite to get aircon- this turned out to be a portable aircon unit that leaked. No facilities were provided (kettle etc) even though the hotel bar for drinks was closed during the entire stay. Drinks were only available from an overpriced vending machine. Breakfast was not included in the stay, but this was not communicated, and there was no gluten free breakfast items on offer. Room was not cleaned for duration of stay and there wasn’t even hand soap provided in the bathroom. Staff were curt and customer service was poor.

Nie było idealnie posprzątane. Dopłacaliśmy 15 euro za specjalne sprzątanie po psie, a weszliśmy do pokoju, w ktorym na dywanie obok kanapy leżałt chrupki innego psa.

A szállás egy nagy csalódás. Apartmanról írtak, sőt megjegyezték, hogy némelyhez konyai rész is tartozik. Nos ilyen nem létezik. A mai világban, különösen a 30 fok körüli melegben a légkondcionálás szinte elkerülhetelne, Itt nem volt! Volt helyette egy falra szerelt ventilator, ami ugye csak a meleg levegőt kavarja. A másik negatív meglepetés, hogy nem volt hűtőszekrény!! Nagy utazók vagyunk, és akár panzióban, akár hotelben, akár magánháznál hűtőszekrény mindnhol van!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Rýchly check-in, milý personál, izba bola v poriadku. Raňajky boli super - dobrý výber, pravidelne dokladali, a dalo sa sedieť aj vonku. Boli sme s bicyklami - nebol problém ich uskladniť v uzamknutej miestnosti. Oceňujem aj veľmi rýchlu odpoveď na tento môj dotaz pri rezervácii. Ak prídete neskoro a ste hladní, na prízemí sa nachádza automat s balenými toastami a rôznymi nápojmi ;).
2 dosť podstatné veci: V celej izbe sa nachádzali AŽ dve zástrčky. 1 z tých 2 bola zástrčka pre televízor. Takže keď je človek na cestách a potrebuje si čo najrýchlejšie všetko nabiť, nemá šancu. Ďalšia vec: na izbe nebolo mydlo. Jediná vec, čo sme našli boli 2 minisáčky s all-in-1 shower gelom. Pôvodne sme si mysleli, že na mydlo zabudli, tak som bola vypýtať na recepcii. Tam mi pán recepčný oznámil, že mydlo na izby nedávajú. Keď videl moje obrovské sklamanie, tak mi ponúkol 2 vrecúška sprchovacieho gélu navyše.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. It was clean, with basic bathroom facilities. Beds comfortable, staff was available and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.
In hot weather, the lack of air conditioning in the room is really felt. There is just a fan on the wall which has not enough in hot days.

I would definitely not recommend staying here in the summer. There is no air conditioning, and since the room is right under the roof, inside it felt like 50 degrees. The only thing provided was a small fan mounted on the wall. Another issue was the power outlets: there was only one single socket in the entire room, which was already used for the TV. If you need to charge more than one device, it's impossible. Lastly, the description states that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, but the staff were smoking in the inner courtyard right below the windows. On a hot summer night, you have to keep the windows open to get any air, so all the smoke comes directly into the room.

Personal an der Rezeption was Samstag 18.7. und Sonntag 19.7. dient hatte unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Hatten das Zimmer gebucht weil es so aussah auf den Fotos das, das Einzelbett in einem separaten Raum ist .. war nicht der Fall, Als wir zur Rezeption gingen hies es da muss man ordentlich lesen steht eh drin... Auf die Frage ob's eine alternative gibt ....kann die Aussage 30 Euro extra noch bezahlen zu den 205 Euro sie von meinem Lebensgefährten schon bezahlt wurden ... Dann kann die Freundin ein Einzelzimmer haben .... Auf die Frage hin wieso wir extra noch zahlen sollen wenn auf booking 2 Doppelbett Zimmer mit Frühstück um 150 Euro angeboten werden ... Kam die Antwort da kann er nichts machen ... Können maximal neu buchen und das aktuelle Zimmer stornieren .. mit einem lachen im Gesicht aber die kostenlose Stornofrist ist schon abgelaufen. Es war eine Frechheit von dem Mitarbeiter. In dem Zimmer selbst ... Keine Steckdosen im Badezimmer und schimmelgeruch, Klimaanlage extrem laut, Vorhänge die nicht passen um die Fenster abzudecken, Flecken an der Decke, ist einer der Steckdosen stecke sogar was drin das man diese nicht benutzen konnte ... Fotos folgen alle. Es war schlicht und einfach eine Katastrophe.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Hotel leży blisko autostrady jest więc dobrym pomysłem na zatrzymanie się w podróży. Pokój był przestronny ale wystrój był niezbyt przytulny. Śniadanie przeciętne.
Brak baru czy restauracji. Po przyjeździe w godzinach wieczornych trzeba poszukać czegoś na zewnątrz aby zjeść czy napić się czegoś. Recepcjonista był niezbyt przyjazny. Widział, że weszliśmy do hotelu i pomimo, że byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi na recepcji nie przywitał się z nami i kazał czekać dłuższą chwilę wykonując jakieś prace biurowe.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Wysoka ocena wynika z doskonałej relacji jakości do ceny. Obiekt nie jest wysokiej klasy hotelem tylko świetnym miejscem na nacleg w trasie. Zlokalizowany stosunkowo blisko autostrady, posiada duży bezpłatny parking, serwowane jest dobre śniadanie z bardzo dobrą kawą (nowe ekspresy Jura). Bardzo dobra czystość, możliwość późnego zameldowania.
Pokoje nie mają klimatyzacji, więc jeśli na zewnątrz jest wysoka temperatura, to w pokoju jest bardzo gorąco.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026To świetna lokalizacja na przystanek w drodze do Włoch lub na Chorwację. Rano wyruszając po śniadaniu mamy już za sobą wiedeńskie korki. Pokoje duże, czyste, łóżka wygodne. Brak klimatyzacji, ale jest wiatrak. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona, czysto, przestronnie i wygodnie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Pracownicy recepcji niezwykle uprzejmi, życzliwi i pomocni (bardzo dziękuję za akcję z rezerwacją). Polecam.
Może jakaś mała lodówka by się przydała...

There was no cold water, I always take cold showers and no matter how long I tried the coldest I got was warmer than my body temperature which didn’t help given that the room didn’t have AC so I just could cool down.

There was only one electrical outlet in the room. None by the bed, none in the bathroom.

The room did not have a fridge or an air-conditioner, only a fan. No hand soap either.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Pokój i łazienka - czyste i duże. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Parking bezpośrednio przed hotelem.
Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Ale był to problem tylko dlatego, że był wyjątkowy upał (39 stopni w dzień) - myślę, że przez 95% dni w roku brak klimatyzacji nie stanowi problemu.

Keine Seife, kein Duschgel, keine Zupftaschentücher im Bad. Wasserleitungen in der Dusche und beim Waschbecken sehr verkalkt-fast kein Wasserstrahl. Weshalb man in einer Suite eine Kochzeile braucht, ist mir ein Rätsel. Der Schnittkäse war am Rand schon hart, Gebäck leider nur mehr Semmeln vorhanden. Kein Personal beim Frühstück gesehen, wahrscheinlich weil man eh alles selbst abservieren soll.

Zamknięta restauracja, ubogi wybór w pubie. Opłata za psa, brak miejsca zielonego na wyjście z psem. Pokój nie był przygotowany, wręczono klucze do brudnego pokoju. Ubogie śniadanie. Typowy hotel pracowniczy
