Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Nette Betreiberin. Sie hat uns immer weiter geholfen mit guten Tipps. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Wolkenstein, man ist aber schnell im Ort. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war mega. Die Aussicht auf die Sellagruppe und den Langkofel haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Wir fanden den täglichen Wecker (die Kühe wurden mit Glöckengeläut zur Weide getrieben) ganz toll. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen definitiv irgendwann mal wieder! Der Fahrradraum ist top.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Süße kleine Unterkunft am Hang. Tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Klettersteige. Von Wolkenstein aus ist man super auch mit dem Bus angebunden, ein Busticket bekommt man von der Unterkunft. Renate ist super nett und hat uns viele Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Rundum Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Sauna und Wellness Bereich sind im Sommer nur an Regentagen geöffnet, ansonsten gegen Aufpreis. Hat unserem Urlaub aber nicht geschadet :)

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze! Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez Właścicielkę Renate oraz personel. Pokój był przestronny i codziennie sprzątany. Dużym atutem był parking podziemny, a także bardzo dobre śniadania :) Widok na Sassolungo oraz okoliczne góry również zachwycający!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Das Personal war super nett, wir haben gute Tipps für Wanderungen bekommen, das Zimmer war fantastisch, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Da fällt mir absolut nichts ein, was mit nicht gefallen hat. :-)

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026숙소는 깔끔하고 매우 청결하며 발코니뷰가 정말 멋졌습이다. 제공되는 아침식사도 좋았고 직원분들이 상냥하고 친절하셔서 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 주차도 지하, 지상주차장이 안전하게 구비되어 있어서 렌트카로 머물기에 좋았습니다. 매일 청소해주시고 수건도 교체해 주셔서 감사했어요.무제한 교통권을 잘 활용해서 추가 비용없이 오르티세이관광지까지 잘 다녔습니다.
대중교통이용하기는 언덕을 조금 걸어야합니다.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Renate ist eine sehr liebenswerte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als an einem Tag viel Wind gemeldet war, wurden wir von Renate per Telefon informiert, verbunden mit ihrem Rat, heute besser kein Ski fahren zu gehen. Das empfanden wir als sehr fürsorglich und haben uns darüber sehr gefreut. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und der abendliche Aufenthalt im Saunabereich ebenso. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass unser Auto während des gesamten Aufenthaltes in der Tiefgarage stehen durfte, so konnte uns der Neuschnee nichts anhaben. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Grazie Renate!
Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, wäre es etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Badezimmer. Aber das ist jammern, auf hohem Niveau.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026De kamer was groot, schoon en netjes. De ligging is ook ideaal: vlakbij de dalafdaling en met een bushalte voor de deur richting de gondel. Overigens is de gondel ook prima te voet / sleeplift bereikbaar. Eigenaresse Renate was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en gaf veel tips. Kortom: een erg fijn en gastvrij verblijf waar we met veel plezier op terugkijken.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The rooms and the entire hotel were cleaned daily, and the breakfast had a plentiful variety. The sauna felt great after skiing. The ski slopes could be reached by walking 100-150 meters. There is also a ski bus right in front of it. The owner and the personel were friendly and helpful all the time. I forgot my sunglasses in the ski room. They found them and put them back in my room as soon as possible. On the day of my return, there were no taxis available, so the owner dropped me off at the city center in her private car. When the airport transfer bus (Alps2Alps) didn't arrive, she tried very hard to find an alternative vehicle. I felt like I was with my family.
If you don't have a car, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center in the evenings.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Sehr freundliche Inhaber und Mitarbeiter, familiär geführt, sehr gutes, reichliches Frühstück. Tiefgarage, Skikeller, ausreichend großer Saunabereich. Alles zusammen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ortszentrum fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Etwa 200m zu Fuß, dann mit zwei Schleppern zur Gondelstation, ideal zum Aufwärmen. Alternativ fährt der Bus vor der Tür.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This stay was the BEST of our trip! We were a group of six coming from the US to the Dolomites for the first time and Renate and her family truly were excellent hosts. Rooms clean, well appointed, smelled like fresh cedar, and location — well, both days we hiked straight from our hotel into the mountains! Breakfast was filling and fresh. Renate had excellent knowledge of the valley and great recommendations for all levels of hikers (and all weather variations). Could not recommend more highly and hope to come back!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Útulné a velmi čisté pokoje, oceňujeme prostornou koupelnu s oknem v pokoji v přízemí. V ceně ubytování možnost parkovat auto v garáži nebo na vyhrazeném místě přímo u ubytování. Skvělá hostitelka Renata, od které jsme se dozvěděli vše, co jsme během pobytu potřebovali. V rámci pobytu jsme dostali QR kód na mhd zdarma, který jsme mohli využívat po celou dobu ubytování. Snídaně z lokálních výrobků s objednávkou kávy/čaje dle Vašeho výběru.
I když snídaně byly dobré a z lokálních surovin (což oceňujeme), mohl by být o něco větší výběr nebo častější doplňování surovin, např. jsme postrádali míchaná vajíčka, také více ovoce a zeleniny.

Bit of a faff skiing back to the hotel.until you figure out the route - need to allow 20 mins extra at the end if the day but fine once you know what you're doing.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Beautiful chalet with a very large attic room . The most amount of storage I have ever seen in a hotel room. The accommodation is immaculate and the breakfasts good. The owner who is a local girl is very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on which walks to choose depending on the weather. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025من اجمل اماكن السكن فيك يالشمال الايطالي تبعد عن سنتر أورتيسي بالسيارة 10 دقائق . الغرفة جداً جميلة ونظيفة والبلكونه سحر مع المناظر الخلابه مسطحات خضراء وجبال تكسوها من الأعلى ثلوج ❄️ أنا رحتها بشهر سبتمبر وصادفت نزول ثلوج على اعلى الجبال. المنطقة فيها تلفريك 🚠 واشكر موظفة الاستقبال كانت لطيفة جداً معانا وشرحت لي المنطقة كاملة ونصحتني ببعض الاماكن ازورها . راح اكرر الزيارة .

Essendo una struttura che ospita anche le famiglie, c'è sempre molto rumore (schiamazzi, urla, ecc.) nel pomeriggio e alla sera. Non dipende ovviamente dalla proprietà della struttura, ma dalla maleducazione delle persone.

La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, è circondata dal verde e dalle meravigliose montagne della Val Gardena. Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime. La colazione è ricca e abbondante e con una vista mattutina delle mucche in viaggio per i pascoli. Renate, la proprietaria, ha il magnifico dono di far sentire ogni ospite speciale.

It’s a short walk to town, plenty of restaurants in the area. But beware, the walk back is all uphill.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025The view from the bedroom can’t be beat. The place was clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good quality and they were so kind to pack breakfast for us when we had to set off early. It’s a short walk down into town yet away from all the busyness.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Very spacious and clean room to enjoy the sights and rest up. The bedroom and bathroom was exceptionally and well kept. Couldn't have asked for better. The upgrade was greatly appreciated. Staff were every friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Ps. Its located walking distance to the start of the Vallunga trail

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering fantastic tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat — their advice really made our trip special. The room was super comfortable, with an excellent bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious — homemade, fresh, and full of love. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025Everyone was wonderful and helpful The hotel was incredibly clean and warm with lots of bright windows. Could not be easier to park in their underground garage which make packing up all of our gear and keeping snow off the car a breeze. Parking was also complimentary so it was nice to not incur an additional cost. Breakfast every morning was very nice and a great spread. Super easy to get to the ski hill in the morning as well! Could not be more happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

Reviewed Mar 31, 2025We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast and coffee was amazing and we were made to feel so welcome. Close to the ski lifts and a short walk to the village. Nothing was a bother and we loved the warm atmosphere of the entire place.
