We loved everything about our stay! The view was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the peaceful and private atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. There is also private parking, which was very convenient, and all the beautiful nearby beaches are just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ogni membro dello staff è gentile e professionale e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la pulizia e la magnifica vista sul mare. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Muy buena ubicación entre San Teodoro y Budoni. Excelentes vistas al mar. Lindísima habitación, grande y comoda, hasta con vestidor. Baño recien remodelado, con un trabajo de diseño en piedra artesanal, tanto el lavabo como la ducha. Desayuno excelente, muy completo, en la terraza con vistas al mar. Muy buena atención de Andrea, que ha atendido todas mis peticiones. Muchas gracias Andrea por la paciencia!

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Weitblick auf Land und Meer durch die erhöhte Lage.

Struttura collocata in posizione strategica, dalla quale si può raggiungere San Teodoro, Budoni e Porto Ottiolu in davvero pochissimo tempo. Camere semplici e pulite, con balconcino vista mare, dal qualche è possibile godersi l’alba. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottima l’idea della colazione servita direttamente al tavolo. Si evitano file e sprechi che magari, con un buffet possono esserci.

Personalmente, rimodernerei gli arredi delle camere. Ma per il resto tutto bene.

Le mobilier ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles, plus digne d’une colonie de vacances ( matelas plus petit que le sommier, plastique sur chaise déchiré) , une salle de bain vieillissante. Dommage également qu’il n’y ait pas un minimum de produit pour l’extérieur ( au moins une éponge pour nettoyer la table sur le petit balcon). Le chemin d’accès est très pentu..

Self-Checkin war unproblematisch möglich und das Personal durchweg sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit Bestellung direkt am Tisch war für italienische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich gut. Der Ausblick vom Pool aus über die Region bis hin zum Meer ist traumhaft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich super.

Der Weg zum Hotel ist sehr steil, eng und holprig. Unser Zimmer war eher praktisch als hübsch eingerichtet. Das WLAN war leider nicht stabil nutzbar.

Es ist etwas außerhalb auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Toller Blick über das Meer und kein Lärm. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und man kann hier gut schwimmen oder entspannen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und klimatisiert. Alles recht sauber und in guten Zustand. Die Crew ist recht klein aber gibt sich große Mühe.

Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert und ist tatsächlich immer identisch. Was für 1-2 Nächte gut geht, wird ab Tag drei eher weniger schön und öde. Bis streng 10 Uhr ist Frühstück, 5min nach 10 wird man auch gern mal etwas gestresst darauf aufmerksam gemacht auch wenn man nur noch den Kaffee austrinken möchte. Hier würde ich mir einen flexiblen Umgang wünschen. Was wirklich unangenehm war, ist der muffige Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad. Manchmal roch der ganze Raum.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and wifi was patchy but useable. Neither of those things bothered us tho but just of note for those who that matters to!

Despejado del “caos” de Cerdeña, pero a su vez cerca (en auto) del centro de Budoni y San Teodoro. La piscina es divina, y Andres fue muy simpático y mostró excelente disposición.

The view was amazing

The main manager/owner was not very hospitable. We were asked to leave the breakfast area at 10 a.m. sharp. When we were waiting to check in, as we had arrived early, the owner passed by us several times. At the time, we thought he was just another guest, as he did not acknowledge or welcome us. The Wi-Fi was also not very good. In our room, the connection was barely usable.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr interessante und malerische Lage des Hotels (mit einer tollen Aussicht, die man wunderbar vom Balkon und vom Pool aus genießen kann). Da es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt, ist die Atmosphäre sehr persönlich. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat uns zum Beispiel völlig unkompliziert einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand geliehen. Auch ansonsten war wirklich alles super.

Das Frühstück wird aktuell als direkte Bedienung am Tisch serviert, was die Abläufe am Morgen leider etwas in die Länge zieht. Ein klassisches Frühstücksbuffet, an dem man sich selbst bedienen kann, wäre hier unserer Meinung nach eine deutlich bessere und schnellere Lösung.

Personnel extrêmement serviable. Petit déjeuner varié. Propreté irréprochable. Vue magnifique sur la mer, même quand on est dans la piscine. Je recommande.

Le gros point négatif est le personnel Dimanche matin 2 août 2026 on me traite de personne mal éduquée car j’ose boire mon café sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner à 10h06!!! Je n’ai pas demandé qu’on me serve quoi que ce soit je voulait juste boire mon café Je voyage assez régulièrement je dirai une dizaine d’hôtels par an et j’ai 40 ans c’est la première fois que je me fais insulter! 9h30 l’aspirateur on ne s’entend pas parler sur la terrasse et à 10h06 insulte car j’ai toujours ma tasse Vous faites un métier de service alors la moindre des choses si vraiment laver une tasse à 10h15 vous rend malade c’est de demander gentiment au client de mettre fin à leur repas Bref cet incident est plus que regrettable et aucune remise en question par la direction qui donne raison à son personnel c’est hallucinant

La posizione panoramica della struttura, la bella piscina e la tranquillità dell'ambiente. La camera era ampia e confortevole, con un bagno spazioso e ben curato. Anche la qualità della colazione è stata buona.

Viaggiando con il nostro cagnolino, abbiamo dovuto fare i turni per la colazione perché, pur essendo servita all'aperto, gli animali non erano ammessi nell'area dedicata. Inoltre, la colazione era servita alla carta e questo rallentava il servizio: ho notato che anche gli altri ospiti dovevano attendere il proprio turno per ordinare. Un'organizzazione diversa potrebbe rendere il servizio più fluido, soprattutto nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.

O pequeno almoço podia ser mais variado, ainda relacionado com o pequeno almoço, achamos que poderia ter havido uma melhor atitude perante o pedido da minha filha em colocar Nutella no pão em vez do croissant, foi negado, achei má vontade, um pouco desagradável!

L'accoglienza con sorriso è la prima cosa, senza parlare della struttura, fa vo lo saaaaa.

Nagyon szép volt a kilátás, jó volt a medence. Nagyon finom és bőséges volt a reggeli. Minden nap takarítottak, tiszta volt. 15-20 percre szép tengerpartok és hangulatos kisvárosok vannak.

Nagyon kemény volt az ágyban a matrac, nem volt egy pohár a szobában amiből ihattunk volna. Egy keskeny és meredek úton lehet feljutni a szálláshoz, ha jöttek szembe, akkor vissza kellet tolatni, mert nem fért el egymás mellett a két autó.

We had a fantastic stay. The panoramic view was absolutely breathtaking, and the scenery was simply unforgettable. The swimming pool was large, crystal clear, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the accommodation was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with stunning views. We would definitely love to come back!

The only suggestion we have is regarding the breakfast. We would have preferred the opportunity to choose the items ourselves instead of having them preselected. However, the quality of the breakfast was very good, so this is not a criticism—just a small suggestion that could make the experience even better.

Das Personal war super freundlich & der Ausblick war klasse! Das muss ganz deutlich hervorgehoben werden. Ebenfalls schön gelegen ist der dazugehörige Pool, von welchem man ebenfalls einen super Blick über das Land bis hin zum Meer hat. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, daher benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Allerdings ist man von dort aus auch zeitnah bei den schönsten Küsten und Stränden.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war im ersten Moment für uns etwas lieblos. Es wirkte leider nicht wirklich einladend. Hervorzuheben ist aber hier, dass die Zimmer total sauber waren! Ebenfalls fand ich das Frühstück wenig umfangreich, aber das liegt glaube ich im Auge des Betrachters. Wenn man es gern süß mag, und das ist typisch italienisch, dann ist es ausreichend und völlig ok. Der Service dafür total schnell und freundlich.

Wonderful hotel with swimming pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The hotel has beautiful views out to the sea from its high position. The rooms are comfortable and the swimming pool is very good. The staff were very helpful.

It is a long way from to the nearest towns and restaurants so you need to drive. Local taxis are super expensive.

Colchon deplorable...no pudimos dormir. Una pena que un lugar bonito y limpio se fastidie por no invertir en la mínima comodidad de los clientes. Es super complicado llegar, sobre todo si llegas desde el sur de la isla. La TV no iba. Mal wifi. No tienen tostadora.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la vue, le personnel était très accueillant et serviable, la chambre est propre, et le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité, même s’il est servi à table plutôt qu’en buffet. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour.

la connexion Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas durant mon séjour. De plus, l’hôtel est difficilement accessible sans voiture, ce qui peut être contraignant pour les voyageurs ne disposant pas de moyen de transport.

Sa situation malgré l’accès un peu rock’n roll, mais une fois sur place, la vue est magnifique !

Mancherebbe veramente molto poco affinchè possano aumentare anche le stelle. Discutibile la scelta della colazione non a buffet ma con ordinazione. La strada per arrivarci non è semplicissima (ovviamente non è colpa della struttura). Letto non comodissimo ma stanza molto ampia

La struttura è bellissima E' situata in una bella collina ripida ma con un panorama mozzafiato con vista mare e il porticciolo di ottiolu. Bellissima la piscina pulitissima Anche le stanze super pulite Colazione ottima ed anche abbondante. I proprietari e tutto lo staff molto gentili e disponibili a venire incontro a problematiche e imprevisti vari . Consiglio a tutti questo hotel .

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo incrociato sulla stradina altre due macchine e abbiamo dovuto fare qualche manovra in più.. Se ci fosse qualche slargo in più non sarebbe male.. Ma é veramente solo voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo perché è andato tutto davvero bene
