Gym opens at 0830 so no way to use it in the morning before breakfast and check out properly, but you have to pay and 18euro full price for a gym in a country side? Haha that’s rip off, even with the discount it’s too expensive. the place could use some improvements and in general it’s too expensive, only thing worth it it’s the breakfast

Plamy na wykładzinie, ścianach, pokoje bardzo małe i ciemne - zdecydowanie za małe na 3 osoby. Maleńka łazienka, zle zaprojektowana sprawia, ze człowiek czuje się klaustrofobicznie i obija się o wystające drzwi prysznica. Pod drzwiami duża szpara, która sprawia, ze woda wylewa się z kabiny na łazienkę. Brak czajnika, kubka czy filiżanki. Na zdjęciach park wodny, co wprowadza w błąd, bo nie jest on częścią obiektu. Nawet gdyby klient chciał odpłatnie skorzystać, to się nie da, bo basen nie działa. Za siłownię czy saunę w hotelu trzeba dodatkowo płacić. Stosunek jakości do ceny naprawdę kiepski.

While the stay was enjoyable, it would be great if the staff could communicate in English to better accommodate international guests. Adding a few room amenities, such as glasses, a kettle, and some coffee, would also really enhance the experience for the price.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I stayed in this hotel many times and the breakfast is always great here, even though this time the smoked salmon was not available, everything else was still top quality. The green area around the hotel offers a lot of calm and serenity.
You could see in the room and bathroom the damage made by previous customers.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Good WiFi, huge parking space (it is a sports complex), and the parking is free. We had an excellent breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The hotel also has a very good location, very close by personal car to Parndorf Outlet Center and two beautiful castles that can be visited (there are no buses in the area).
In the room there was a slight smell of chlorine, from the swimming pool.

Absoluut geen gastvrijheid. Het is geen familie accommodatie. Kan wel leuk zijn voor vriendengroepen. Donkere, ongezellige lobby en restaurant, met een lucht van olie en zweet. Het lijkt meer op een kantine van een sportclub.

Hotel je katastrofa,kao prvo nije hotel nego neko odmaralište za decu koje naplacuju kao hotel. Mislila sam da smo promasili hotel kada smo usli koliko je bilo sve u raspadnom stanju i koliko je smrdelo. Nema spa centra,osoblje neljubazno ,smrdi na znoj,bas mi je bilo gadno da boravim tu. Dorucak je jako los,najgori u zivotu koji sam pojela u nekom hotelu. Jedni isti ljudi su i konobari i recepcionari i sobarice. Samo mi je zao sto ovo nisam mogla da procitam i da im ne ostavljam novac.

There was a smell in the room. We tried to change the room but other rooms were quite small and not that much better for smell. We were on ground floor near the reception area, which was quite noisy till late in the night. Facilities are not within hotel and paid separately.

The housekeeping staff were talking very loudly outside our room at around 8:00 a.m. Even after we politely asked them to keep the noise down, they continued. The breakfast was also very disappointing. When we arrived shortly after 9:00 a.m., there was almost nothing left except cereal and milk, and it was not restocked.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Ubytovanie sme objednávali len kvôli lokalite. Ubytovanie sa nachádza v športovom areáli a hneď vedľa hotela je ľadová plocha, na ktorú je výhľad z reštaurácie. Raňajky boli fajn.
Nepáčil sa mi zatuchnutý smrad na izbách a matrace sú tvrdšie. Celkove by som povedala, že to nie je hotel, ale ubytovňa.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Kein Zimmerservice, es wurde nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht. Es gab keine Minibar oder einen Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut. Ansonsten gab es weder im sogenannten Restaurant oder im Frühstücksraum Klimaanlagen oder Ventilatoren.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026A szobában kényelmes, nagy ágyak voltak. A szekrényekben volt elegendő pakolási lehetőség. Az étteremben finom, ízletes és nagy adag ételeket kaptunk. A reggeli bőséges, svédasztalos választéka nagyon tetszett.
A fürdőszobában zuhanyzáskor minden vizes lett és nehezen száradt fel. Egy zuhanyfal sokat segítene ezen.

Pokoj bardzo mały, nie tego sie spodziewalismy tym bardziej ze informowaliśmy ze przyjeżdżamy z dzieckiem niepełnosprawnym. Ciężko bylo przejść w bardzo wąskim korytarzyku oraz między łóżkami, o kąpieli pod prysznicem nie wspomnę.. Widok z okna na dach.
