Beautiful view from my balcony window. Staff in the evening drinks and nibbles on the verandah were superb!! Room was fresh and clean.

Person who checked me in was rude and very unfriendly. He judged me for not having long pants so I couldn’t use the dining hall!!! I didn’t need long pants for any other purpose. I just ate before returning to the hotel or at cafe outside before 4pm. He made me feel very bad on my first day in Italy on this holiday. Also people show up at beach area as early as 7am to take photos and we’re there til after 8pm. This makes opening your window to the view a noisey one.

Location is excellent. Great for the early access to lake before it gets too crowded. Staff is friendly.

Bedroom and bathroom furnitures could have been newer. No mosquito net, so we could not open windows during the night. No aircon.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers Das Essen (kein Buffet) sondern a la Carte sollte abgeschafft werden-> Portionen viel zu klein . Man muss bedenken wenn man den ganzne Tag unterwegs ist (z.B Wadern) hat man am Abend grossen Hunger. Im Hotel waren vermehrt ältere Personen anwesend welche weniger essen (im Alter nimmt Durstempfinden und Hungergefühl ab) daher macht dss Buffet mehr Sinn. Ich hatte während des Aufentahltes die ganze Zeit Durchfall!! Die Melone hat kommisch gerochen.. Das Personal könnte herzlicher sein!!! Ich wurde darauf hingewiesen geschlossene Schuhe zu tragen (hatte 1x Wanderschuhe und alle anderen offene Sommerschuhe )somit musste ich meine Wandrschuhe anziehen trotz Schmerzen!!! Der Servuice der Gastronomie war schlecht!z.b sind gewisse Tische zum frühstücken nicht erlaubt?warum?man wird erst darsn erinnertbwenn man am.Essen ist und man fühlt sich durch die Kellner beobachtet was und wie viel man isst... Die Zimmertüre ist mühsam abzuschliessen Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind wenig behilflich und informiert bzgl Bussverbindungen

Der Empfang war sehr persönlich. Die Lage am See ist unschlagbar, insbesondere wenn Abends der Trubel endet. Die Lounge und der Speisesaal sind von der Inneneinrichtung schön. Hotelparkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Die Zimmer superschlicht und die Balkontür nicht abschließbar. Nur ein Miniaufzug, der immer besetzt war. Das Abendessen, was in vielen Bewertungen gelobt wird, hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Das Vorspeisenbuffet war für die große Anzahl der Gäste eher mager und etwas einfältig. Auch die servierten Gänge waren eher lieblos. Ebenso lies das Frühstücksbuffet zu wünschen übrig. Trockenes, festes Rührei im Warmhaltebehälter, gekochte Eier eiskalt aus dem Kühlschrank, kein frisches Obst, Brotauswahl auch sehr mäßig, Käse und Schinken für Italien eher schlechte Qualität. Für Landeskategorie gerade noch ok. Das Servicepersonal wirkte eher lustlos oder war aufgrund der Hochsaison einfach am Anschlag.

אין מזגן בחדר, אין מקרר ומגהץ. wi fi לא עובד המלון ישן. הרצפות והדלתות חורקות כך ששומעים כל מה שהמתרחש בחדר הסמוך ובמסדרון .ביום לפני אחרון לא באו לסדר חדר ולהחליף מגבות בערב מפחיד לצאת החוצה, מאוד חשוך ואין שום דבר מסביב. אם אין לכם רכב קשה להגיע לאטרקציות מרכזיות באיזור, צריך לקחת אוטובוסים עם החלפה קחו בחשבון שבארוחת ערב מלון מחייב 4 יורו עבור בקבוק מים שבחוץ הוא עולה 2 יורו ושאר השתיה גם בתשלום. וזה לא רשום לא באתר של המלון ולא בבוקינג שדרכו הזמנו. בכל המלונות שארוחת ערב כלולה לא גובעים כסף עבור דברים בסיסים האלה שמלון חייב לספק. אז למה בבוקר לא מחייבים עבור אותה שתיה אם כבר?! ארוחת ערב מגוונת אבל לא טעימה אפילו להסתכל עליה לא היה נעים יום אחד אפילו לא ירדנו לארוחת ערב, אבל למלון זה לא הפריע לחייב את השולחן שלנו על 2 בקבוקי יין, מים ומיצים. מאוד הופתענו לראות בציק אאוט חשבון מנופח בדברים שלא הזמנו. בנוסף להכל פקיד ניסע לחייב אותנו בפעם שניה על שהייה ששילמנו מראש טוב שעצרנו אותו בזמן ולא קיבלנו התנצלות אפילו. הוא ראה שענו עסוקים עם נהג מונית ורצה לנצל את זה כנראה. עדיין לא קיבלנו החזר כספי על שתיה שחוייבה ביתר לא מומלץ בכלל! במיוחד שיש הרבה אופציות אחרות מסביב!

Отель просто шикарный. Вид из номера, который точно запомнится на всю жизнь! Сервис на высоком уровне. В ресторане отличные завтраки и ужины. Выбор огромный. Огромное преимущество проживания, что можно насладиться видами без толп туристов . Сервис и персонал идеальный.

Very clear, probably the cleanest I have ever seen. Very friendly and nice stuff. Perfect place to get well rested.

Deludente... Nessuno del personale che ti aiuta con le valige o che ti accompagna alla camera. camera diverse da quelle in foto e veramente mal tenute. Terrazzo da riverniciare. Scalino in legno tra camera e anticamera rotto. 2 lavandini che non scaricano. Cena buffet deludente con nemmeno un piatto tipico. Tante patate e tante verdure. Carne cruda. Pesce non l.ho provato visto che abito sul mare. Personale di sala non all altezza del posto. Non sanno aprire le bottiglie di vino! Sinceramente visto il costo ci si aspetta molto molto di piu. Ma tanto dato che è in riva ad una bellezza naturale che ti lascia senza fiato continueranno a lavorare ed ad approffitarsene. Una trappola per turisti

A legszebb hely ahol valaha megszálltam, ez egy álom !!! Annyira de annyira gyönyörű, ne sajnálj kicsit többet költeni a tóra néző szobára, megéri, elképesztő kilátás!! Biztos, hogy visszatérünk! Nagyon kedves személyzet, finom ételek, tisztaság! 10/10!!!! Szerelem hely!

Struttura originale situata proprio davanti al lago di Braies. Ampio parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte all’hotel. Gli interni non sono moderni ma in vecchio stile. Vista pazzesca proprio davanti al lago! Colazione ottima. Cena ottima con piatti gourmet. Ogni pomeriggio organizzano qualcosa per gli ospiti. Personale molto gentile e simpatico.

Se proprio devo trovare due pecche: Nel bagno la vasca da bagno piuttosto vecchia e altissima con tenda… molto scomoda! Nelle sale da pranzo è richiesto un certo dress code (no shorts, no ciabatte, no copricapo) che noi abbiamo sempre rispettato a costo di cambiarci più volte. purtroppo però tante persone a colazione non lo rispettavano e nessuno diceva nulla.. questa cosa non ci è piaciuta!!

Best location possible. The room with balcony, with lake view, is totally worth it!! We booked with breakfast and dinner included, and the food overcame our expectations. Great staff. Nice common areas (bars, restaurants, garden).

No frigobar at the room. 1 of the 2 matresses was not 100%. No gym.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, inmitten von Bergen und dem See. Leider ist von Ruhe und Entspannung wie vorab angekündigt n i c h t s zu merken. Der See wird von ca 05.30 Uhr bis 22 Uhr von Menschenmassen mit z.Teil sehr lautstarken Hunden regelrecht bevölkert. An eine Nachtruhe bei offenem Fenster ist da nicht zu denken - leider -!! Wer in seinem Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier trotz der sehr netten Inhaber nicht am richtigen Ort.

The location and lake view is excellent. Lake Braies is truly beautiful to behold and the walking track around it enables taking photos from every angle. It is well worth the visit. Our room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed and small balcony overlooking the lake. The vast majority of the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel restaurant provides fine dining in the evening. The hotel guard dog, Lily, is huge, fluffy and adorable. Being a livestock guarding breed she is placid to humans, lays about all day and is comfortable in her solitude. If she's lying across the car park driveway you just have to get out of the car and coax her to move and she will do so, albeit at her own pace.

The older gentleman that was mostly working on the back room computers and sometimes came to help at reception was not friendly at all and was not interested in understanding an issue I was trying to get his help to resolve. I can only assume he is a member of the aristocratic family that owns the place because all the other staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, including the other two (not as old) gentlemen we interacted with at reception on other occasions. The shower fittings in our room were faulty so the shower head kept sliding to the bottom of the mount and spraying the water at the wall so you had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other. There was no in-room air conditioning, but (luckily) leaving the balcony doors open provided adequate cooling during the days we were there. We had hoped to hire a rowboat but the queue was already long by 7:30am and remained long until closing time. If you want to do that activity be prepared to sacrifice at least couple of hours waiting in the queue.

Ninguém ajuda a retirar as bagagens; não tem ar condicionado - senti calor de noite ; não tem frigobar no quarto; box com banheira perigosa e alta para acessar o chuveiro; hotel não fornece nada além de sabão líquido (nem touca, nem loção corporal, nem cotonetes, nem roupão de banho nem chinelos, nem água). Precisa urgentemente de ser remodelado. Funcionários ríspidos com os hóspedes.

This hotel is a piece of history that provides a unique experience. Location is outstanding. When I stepped outside and saw the lake it took my breath away. The dinner was first-rate, on a par with far more expensive hotels, and one of the best meals we ate in the Dolomites (which is saying a lot). The hotel has the homey feel of a family-run business and an enormous dog that parks itself in the lobby. .

Rooms are small and simple, even a bit spartan. Breakfast was nothing special. No faciltiies such as a pool or gym. It's not that kind of place The hotel should provide tours explaining its fascinating history.

Location is amazing, we had room with the balcony oberlooking the lake and was very interesting to observe all the happening down there. Rooms are small and decorated in old fashioned style, that is interesting but I could say I was missing all the “modern” facilities as a refrigirator and a kettle. Bad is very comfortable. Making your own smoothie for breakfast is the best!

Unfortunately staff is not the nicest - we didn’t have any special incidents but as a guest you just don’t get the feeling that you are very welcome. There was a great variery of food prepared for dinner, some od them were tasty, others not so much.

Ein einzigartiger Ort! Die Lage direkt am Pragser Wildsee ist schlicht traumhaft und kaum zu übertreffen. Morgens aufzuwachen und diesen Ausblick zu geniessen, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Wer den Pragser Wildsee in seiner schönsten Form erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

I booked the wrong day by mistake, but I called the hotel and the staff promptly helped by allowing me to stay on the wrong day even so. The views are insane, breakfast is amazing and the property is really well run.

The food at the restaurant inside the hotel left a lot to be desired. The soup was the only thing we could eat. The chicken was not good, and I could only stomach one bite of the scallops. Highly suggest you eat at the restaurant next door.

Prachtige locatie en heerlijk gegeten bij het hotel.

De kamer was voorzien van dunne witte gordijnen, hierdoor slecht kunnen doorslapen. De badkuip die in de kamer stond kon niet gevuld worden, het water liep gewoon door.

The location simply cannot be beaten. Once you wake up for the first time and have a chance to enjoy the view of the lake from your balcony, you are lost :-D The hotel itself is place with extraordinary history - so yes, maybe the rooms are not perfectly soundproof but who cares. Our rooms were perfectly comfortable, exceptionally clean and most of all, with fantastic view of the lake. Breakfast is outstanding, and dinners...they are more a feast than just a dinner. World cuisine with italian touch. What I really appreciated is selection of wines, especially the signature ones. But, above all, what makes this place special, is the staff (including super cute dog). Everyone is extremely polite and kind. I definitely wanna come back - very soon.

Incredible hotel with so much history! The staff appear to genuinely care about not only their guests but the hotel itself- this is a historic location with important history during WWII. Can’t beat th ex location. Staying here makes a visit to Lake Braises a completely different experience. The daytime crowds disappear so it’s you and the silent beauty of this incredible alpine lake. The staff were also very accommodating with providing a gluten free meal.

Sono stata in questo hotel già tre volte e ogni soggiorno è stato speciale. La camera con balcone vista lago è un sogno, con un panorama mozzafiato. Staff sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, cucina ottima e curata. Un luogo magico in cui torno sempre con grande piacere.

The hotel is super nice. The on site restaurant is very good. There is good access to the surrounding trails.

Only two things. The rooms have no a/c and the bed in my room seemed to have a slight lean to the left.

Lago di Braies is no doubt a magical place.. BUT, once it was 9 am and the groups of day-trippers started to arrive it felt like a zoo and it lost the magic This hotel is pricey but it will allow you to really “experience” the majestic lake not just check box that you’ve been there. Spending the night in the hotel means the ability to watch the sunrise over the lake at 5 am with a very few people, do the walk around the lake and back to the hotel by 8 am, again without the noise of the day-trippers and photographers. And it’s the perfect time to join the excellent breakfast in the very beautiful building of the hotel with its cozy atmosphere Highly recommended!

Sniadanie dobre jak na standard włoski. Brak opcji zamównienia indywidualnego z kuchni. Chciałęm zamówić omlet i nie było to możliwe.

Obsługa mogłby być bardziej miła. Miałem wrażenie, że unikalna i piękna lokalizacja ma gością wystarczyć.

Absolutamente de tudo. Equipe, acolhimento, localização, conforto, esclarecimentos quanto a passeios e serviços no entorno. Gastronomia incrível: café da manhã e jantar excelentes. E ainda tomei uma caipirinha muito boa, pra nenhum brasileiro botar defeito. Vale muito ficar nesse hotel e visitar o Lago di Braies.

Mi sono trovato molto bene all’Hotel Lago di Braies. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la posizione è semplicemente unica: un luogo davvero spettacolare in cui soggiornare. Avere una camera con vista lago è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile, uno scenario meraviglioso che da solo vale il soggiorno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato, che rende tutto più semplice. La colazione è stata davvero ottima, ricchissima e varia: c’è davvero di tutto, sia dolce che salato, con grande qualità e scelta. Un’esperienza molto positiva in un posto davvero speciale. Consigliato!

Unica piccola nota personale riguarda la cena: non che non fosse buona, anzi, ma l’ho trovata un po’ troppo elaborata per i miei gusti.

What a beautiful hotel! We booked the room with a view and was so worth it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Once everyone had left the lake it felt like you were the only ones there. Dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Definitely book half board. Highly recommend this hotel.

De werkelijk prachtige ligging.

Er was geen enkele mogelijkheid om met ons hondje in t hotel te kunnen eten. Het ontbijt mochten we dan na veel soebatten op het terras nuttigen.

Great view, amazing location, friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and loud, we couldn’t really sleep the night we stayed in this hotel. Sound insulation is nonexistent there, we heard our neighbor snoring and stomping. Dinner was a pure joke for Italy, sushi and Russian potato salad wasn’t on my list. Rooms are very basic, we didn’t even have cups in the room.

Amazing experience to stay right on the beautiful lago di brais. The lake side room was well worth it. Half board was delicious as well as a wonderful breakfast. All staff were welcoming and kind. So nice to be able to walk around the lake in the early am before the crowds arrive. We were so lucky to check in a little early also. Great staff and location!

The lake is so popular and with that comes many people. During peak daytime hours, a good time to go inside and relax in the beautiful hotel

Het terras pas om 14 uur geopend. Ontbijt kan iets beter , gekookte eieren koud , niet meer aangevuld vanaf kwart voor negen. Geen verse roerei of gebakken ei

La location è spaziale! Il personale è stato davvero gentile e premuroso nessuno escluso! Ho trovato pulizia e comodità! Onestamente l'ho consigliato a tutte le mie amiche per una fuga romantica! Io e mio marito torneremo sicuramente e molto probabilmente utilizzeremo la location come base di una più approfondita visita della zona!

Le pareti tra le stanze non sono molto spesse e avere accanto un bambino che strilla la notte,non è molto piacevole!

Din calorifere se auzea un picurat si trebuia sa suporti toata noaptea acest zgomot; nu pun la dispozitie apa sau cafea in camere; mancarea la restaurant lasa de dorit; preturi mari la masa si prea putine preparate care nu au deloc gust.

Die Lage und unsere Zimmeraussicht war der Hammer, direkt zur See. Alles sehr sicher, man kommt nur in das Hotel mit , Eintritt nur für Hotelgäste und nicht für die vielen anderen Besucher des Sees. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, vor allem die Pilzcremsuppe mit Trüffel war ein Gedicht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und riesig, habe wunderbar geschlafen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos.

Meinen Mann hat der Schwertfisch nicht geschmeckt, war seiner Meinung nach sehr Pfad und teilweise noch roh. Es war kein Fön im Zimmer, mussten extra an die Rezeption.

The location is the more wonderful you could find. Next to the lake, you feel like is your backyard during your stay. At the same time, is humbling to stay on a place with such a history. The place is classic, not modern, so if you are comfortable with not having all the facilities you get on a modern hotel, this is for you. The staff were very gentle and polite. We got the room with the view to the lake, so we got the chance to have dinner watching the sunset.

Bedding and decor a bit dated but added to the charm. Restaurant service and atmosphere was amazing but food was average.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and although it was fine overall, I was disappointed with the dining arrangement. There are two dining rooms, and even though one was empty, we were told we had to sit in the other one because it was reserved for long-stay guests. I felt this was unfair, as we were paying for our room just like everyone else. The main reason I choose this hotel was because I Imagined having dinner in that lake -view dining room. Not being able to enjoy it made us feel like there was a real separation between guests. It felt like a form of unfair treatment, with some guests kept in one room while it was quite empty, and we were simply excluded. I don't think that's right.

Das der hauseigene Hund frei rumläuft und Leute, die Angst vor Hunden haben sich fast nicht reinhauen ist ja gottseidank nicht immer so. Kommt aber vor.

Não era confortável. As janelas com muito má vedação, o que fazia com que todo o quarto sentisse o vento que se fazia lá fora. Chuveiro nada agradável, mobília muito antiga e já com falta de manutenção.

Location on the lake was fantastic. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Views of the lake and mtns were amazing. It snowed one morning leaving an incredible dusting on surrounding mtns.The hike around the lake is super nice and varied—flat to some steep inclines. Breakfasts and evening meals were plentiful. The dense hot chocolate was a treat.

The view from my room is super. It looks direct to the lake so I can easily watch it in every moment. The room is comfortable and the food was great, especially dinner with choice of dishes and free drink of your pick. Breakfast was abundant. The front door staff were not so smiling but they allowed me to check in early and guide me all the details needed. The restaurant staff were all super nice, helpful and friendly. All in all I love my stay here in every detail.

Расположение, Вид, Персонал. Завтрак. Это самое красивое, что видели мои глаза! Очень приятный персонал. На машине абсолютно комфортно добираться.

Очень очень старая мебель. Плохой WI-FI.
