La posizione è stupenda, nella meravigliosa baia del Tono. Le stanze sono grandi e luminose. Molto bello e curato il giardino e le due piscine. Personale cordiale e accogliente.

La stanza non era pulita alla perfezione: uno dei cestini non era stato svuotato, nel frigobar c’erano due bottiglie di acqua usate e metà e la vasca era sporca e con un ciuffo di capelli incastrato nei getti dell’idromassaggio. La colazione molto deludente. La seconda mattina c’erano i reti del giorno prima. Poca varietà e molte cose a pagamento. In generale, considerato il prezzo, quanto offerto non è all’altezza. Non lo consiglierei e di certo non torneremo

The quality of the breakfast is excellent but I would have a bit more choice.

We had a mix of positive experiences and some disappointments during our stay. Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very inviting. The staff was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. They even assisted us in arranging a wonderful boat excursion, which was a highlight of our trip. The location is also a major plus, with a gorgeous beach just across the street featuring calm, crystal-clear water. One of the standout experiences was sunset dining on the rooftop—absolutely spectacular and a perfect way to end the day.

Cons: Unfortunately, several advertised amenities were not available when we arrived on June 3rd. The restaurant, hot tub, and in-room refrigerator were not functioning. While the hot tub began working the following week, it was only accessible until 5 PM, and the refrigerator was never repaired during our stay. Basic room amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were also missing. At full summer pricing, we expected all facilities to be fully operational. The location, while convenient, comes with notable noise. Being at the end of a public strip near beach clubs and nightlife resulted in constant traffic noise—motorcycles and loud music—throughout the night. There were also groups gathering on the beach into the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get uninterrupted rest. Parking was another challenge. There are only a handful of public spots in front of the hotel, which fill up quickly. While the hotel offers paid parking, it would feel more appropriate for this to be included given the room rates and limited availability nearby. Overall: The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its beautiful design, excellent staff, and prime beachfront access. However, the lack of available amenities and ongoing noise issues significantly impacted our overall experience.

Fantasticch uitzicht op de baai en de Etna vanaf de kamer en het grote balkon. Mooi hotel met een prachtige tuin en mooie kamers. Parkeren voor de deur. Milazzo zelf is ook veel leuker dan we dachten met goede restaurants en een leuk oud gedeelte van de stad en natuurlijk het kasteel van Milazzo. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar de eolische eilanden zoals Vulcano en Lipari.

Dommage, le parking privé était indisponible car en réparation.

Excellent location for a stay before or after visiting the Aeoleon islands. Wonderful room with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and terrace that makes for a great place to relax.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, sia per chi vuole stare in completo relax sia per le persone che desiderano spostarsi in centro. I servizi sono pochi, le biciclette a pagamento (Con quello che si paga si potrebbero offrire e magari averle a disposizione H24 per agevolare gli spostamenti). La colazione buona ma ci saremmo aspettati un buon succo di arance fresco. Tutto quello che invece arriva dalla cucina è di ottima Qualità, a partire dalla frutta ad arrivare al pesce. Vale la pena mangiare almeno una sera al ristorante. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Mancano attività proposte dalla struttura. Sarebbe bello riuscire a programmare delle attivita' direttamente all'interno della struttura. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia ci si puó migliorare, sia per i vetri che per il giardino. Il parcheggio dell'hotel dista 30 metri da quello pubblico e non a pagamento, questa informazione non viene data. Il parcheggio dell'hotel costa 15€ al giorno, che con il senno di poi avremmo pagato volentieri in quanto abbiamo trovato la macchina danneggiata.

I was passing through Milazzo and decided to stop at Ngonia Bay: an absolutely perfect choice! If I had known earlier, I would have stayed much longer. The property overlooks the Ngonia Bay and offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. All the staff speak perfect English, which makes the experience even easier and more pleasant for travelers. Breakfast was a real surprise: in addition to local products, there was a wonderful selection of international options, truly in line with high-level hotel standards. We also had dinner at the hotel and the quality was excellent: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and impeccable service. The restaurant is renowned for its exquisite cuisine, and the seaside terrace is a highlight. The room, quiet and bright, also had a small balcony with a sea view, simply magical. The Mediterranean inner garden is an oasis of pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. Overall, it’s an ideal destination for a luxurious vacation in Sicily for a fair price. I would like to thank all the staff for the incredible experience, especially Marco and Luca, and also Mrs. Anna for showing me that wonderful Mediterranean garden. I hope to see you again soon.

Soggiorno semplicemente impeccabile. Eravamo a Milazzo per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e Ngonia Bay si è rivelato il luogo perfetto. La struttura è elegante, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio, con una pulizia davvero impeccabile, tra le migliori che abbiamo mai trovato. Lo staff è stato straordinario: al mattino hanno organizzato per noi una gita privata con guida alla scoperta del Castello di Milazzo, un’esperienza interessantissima e molto ben curata. Al tramonto, per rendere ancora più speciale il nostro anniversario, hanno preparato una degustazione di vini siciliani sulla splendida terrazza, con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia. Momenti che non dimenticheremo mai. La colazione è stata uno dei punti forti, con prodotti freschissimi e torte fatte in casa. Accoglienza, attenzione ai dettagli e atmosfera romantica fanno di Ngonia Bay un vero gioiello. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per la prima volta in questo splendido hotel vicino casa per una piccola fuga d’amore. Ci ha stupito il giardino spettacolare, curato e ricco di piante antiche, dove abbiamo potuto rilassarci in tanti angoli suggestivi. Le camere, lussuose nella loro semplicità, sono davvero bellissime: nuove, comode, accoglienti e con una vista mozzafiato che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione, in questo periodo così tranquillo, regala una serenità unica, perfetta per passeggiare e ammirare i bellissimi tramonti sulla baia. Pur non essendo estate, il mare visibile da ogni punto della struttura ha creato un’atmosfera magica. Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff, in particolare Dalila e Alessandro, per la gentilezza. La colazione e la pulizia impeccabile sono davvero punti di forza.

La verdad es que la estancia ha sido maravillosa. Lo mejor de todo han sido las vistas... son de verdad impresionantes! Muy buena comunicación con el hotel desde antes de nuestra llegada y el equipo nos ha tratado fenomenal, súper amables y nos han hecho unas recomendaciones estupendas de cosas que hacer y visitar por la zona. La habitación muy cómoda y bastante limpia. Teníamos también desayuno, que nos pareció muy rico, abundante y agradecimos mucho los productos frescos. El café TOP. Cómodo el poder aparcar al lado del hotel y encima justo en frente de la playa... Un lujo en todos los sentidos. Vamos, que 1000% repetiremos cuando volvamos por Milazzo!

It is a small, cozy hotel with perfect location. It is ideal if you love the sea, the nature and calm, quiet area. The beach is just 10 meters from the hotel . The hotel has a lovely garden with pool and relaxing areas and good. Also the restaurant is good. Big thanks to the very friendly and helpful stuff.

Leider gab es im gesamten Hotel nur sehr harte Backenkissen. Mit einen normalen Kissen konnte uns leider nicht geholfen werden. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Nicht jeden Morgen gab es Brot.

Wir hatten eine Suite im Hotelgebäude und ein Zimmer in der Dependance gebucht. Das Zimmer in der Dependance war enttäuschend. Klein, nur über die Eingangstür oder Klimaanlage zu belüften. Die sogenannte Suite war sehr schön, hatte Balkon mit Meerblick. Ich würde sie allerdings nicht als Suite bezeichnen, sondern als normales, gut ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer. Insgesamt empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als zu hoch.

Понравилась девушка которая приносит завтрак, очень милая и отзывчивая. Очень понравился задний дворик с бассейном. Вид с балкона чудесный.

Улучшить нужно интернет. Он практически не работает. На завтрак каждый день три вида яиц, из горячих блюд больше ничего. Поблизости нет магазинчиков, воду купить негде. Только в отеле по ценам ресторана. До магазинов надо ехать на машине. Ресторан дорогой. Ночью отель закрыт, лифт не работает, тащили чемоданы по лестницам. Мы отдыхали со 2 го сентября по 12 сентября, 10 сентября убрали пляж который принадлежит отелю, сказали, что начался зимний сезон. Пришлось ходить на общий. В номерах нет геля для душа, нет бальзама для волос, только малюсенький шампунь и маленький кусочек мыла. Маленькая бутылка питьевой воды в минибаре стоит 3 евро.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ausser mit den erwähnten Mängel. Der Garten ist paradiesisch! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und glücklich! Das Meer kristallklar. Himmlisch!

Leider konnten wir die Badewanne nicht zum Baden nutzen, da sie sehr unsauber ist. Es ist schade um die sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, wenn die Badezimmerwanne nicht gereinigt wird. Das Wasser läuft auch sehr schlecht ab. Die Kopfbrause spritzt in alle Richtungen (sehr verkalkt). Das Wasser läuft zudem schlecht ab, sodass man sich nach dem Duschen die Füsse nochmals abduschen muss. Schade, bitte kontrolliert dies doch.

L’emplacement est magnifique avec une mer superbe à deux pas et le bâtiment semble de prime abord bien conçu. Cela dit, à titre d’exemple, il n’y avait pas de place pour poser le savon dans la douche ni pour poser la trousse de toilette alors c’est ennuyeux.

Quand nous sommes arrivées à 15.10, nous avions réservé deux chambres, l’une n’était pas prête. À la réception on nous a simplement dit qu’il fallait attendre, sans autre information, mais que nous avions une chambre alors ça ne devait pas nous poser de problème. De même, la piscine allait être fermée deux jours complets, en plein mois d’août!!!. On ne nous a présentés aucune excuses, juste on nous offrait deux places au Lido pour une journée… Aucun geste, aucune attention pour ces deux points noirs. Le petit déjeuner pendant trois jours a été identique et on n’a presque rien au buffet, ni fruits, ni thé ou café. Il faut tout commander et le personnel passe son temps à courir. Nous pensons que pour un quatre étoiles tout ceci est incompréhensible. Surtout qu’avec un mot d’excuse, un geste comme nous laisser une heure de plus au départ ou en nous offrant un apéritif cela aurait pu montrer que l’hôtel s’excusait mais rien.

Prostředí hotelu, jak interiér tak exteriér byl perfektní. Lokalita je výborná, jak na výlety, tak na procházku do města. Služby hotelu byly skvělé, škoda jen, že příplatky za snídani, mimo nabídku neodpovidali očekávání. Restaurace hotelu byla jinak velmi chutná, delikátní, jen obsluha dosti pokulhávala. Naopak musím vyzdvihnout servis recepční při příjezdu a zvláště pak Melanie, která byla naprosto profesionální a velmi ochotná po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Melanie patří velký dík.

Večer před hotelem trochu rušno, cestovní ruch, pravděpodobně. Kolem půlnoci malé pozdvižení, když rybáři spouští své loďky na noční lov, i přes to, okna mají dobrou izolaci, další večery jsme již tento hluk nevnímali. Trochu nás mrzelo, že za dobu naše krátkého pobytu nikdo nečistil bazén, kde byl na dně již zelený film.

Overall, this hotel was excellent. Very large room with balcony overlooking the beach, excellent air conditioning and lots of light. The staff were fantastic, very friendly but at the same time very professional. From the reception desk, the cafe and the restaurant staff as well as the room attendants were all extremely helpful and always had a smile.

Nothing the hotel can do, but it is quite a long way from any shops or stores. I tried to use the local bus service but to no avail. If you have a car, it would be perfect.
