Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Location. Free self service bar with alcohol 5-9 pm, Spa on 2nd floor. Able to chose your favourite cushion from a great selection. Breakfast buffet was nice especially the mapu-tofu (not offered every day).

La climatisation difficile à utiliser. Chambre très compacte peu de place. Cabine de douche on a l impression d' être dans un mobile home de camping. Lorsque vous arrivez 30 minutes avant la fin du petit déjeuner, plus rien à manger et le personnel vous répond avec le sourire qu il ' est plus possible de réapprovisionner ! Sympathique....

Le lit était vraiment trop dur... très difficile de pouvoir trouver le sommeil. Choix entre plusieurs oreillers à l'accueil mais aucun assez épais, mais ceci est un détail par rapport au lit lui même.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Très bon accueil, on peut choisir son yukata, le type d'oreiller et les fournitures de toilette dès l'arrivée. La "happy hour" offerte par l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et très bon. La démarche éco-responsable de l'hôtel.
L'horaire du petit-déjeuner, après 8h30, il n' y a plus de réapprovisionnement des plats, c'est un peu juste quand on est en vacances et qu'on veut dormir un peu. La chambre est très petite et la salle de bains est vraiment minuscule ! J'avais un pied dans la baignoire et un pied devant le lavabo pour me brosser les dents + confortablement (je suis grande !)

chambre minuscule (pas possible d'ouvrir la valise), salle de bain tout en plastique, lit double contre le mur donc pas facile pour le 2eme occuoant de sortir. Bref plutôt un 2 étoiles qu'un 3 étoiles!

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Great location near the Aeon mall. The breakfast was excellent, we liked the local dishes like the curry and the freshly baked bread. The front desk staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. We would go back here again.
Parking is not as convenient if you have a car since the lots are a few blocks away from the hotel. If you arrive after 18:00 you can get a good rate on the parking until 9:00.

렌터카가 있는 경우 주차시설은 주변의 공용주차장을 찾아야하는데 저녁에 만차인 경우가 종종 있어요.

The rooms are really small, two people could barely fit with the luggage in a room. We were not really comfortable in the room. There is not much around and not too close to the train station. With luggages, it is a bit of a walk.

Ademas había desayuno que estaba exquisito y muy completo estilo tradicional japonés, nos encanto. La relación calidad precio fue lo mejor, realmente los japoneses siempre nos sorprenden, increíble… lo recomendamos

Reviewed May 25, 2026Вежливый персонал, быстрое заселение. Удобная и очень большая кровать. Есть шторы блэкаут. С кондиционером правда пришлось повозиться, но он работал. Было тихо и комфортно. Просите номер на северной стороне, чтобы не было жарко. Можно выбрать пробники косметических средств в неограниченных количествах.
Номера этой сети очень маленькие. Вдвоем некомфортно. Для чемодана нет места, он будет мешать в проходе. Не продумано индивидуальное освещение у кровати. Ночью в туалет лучше не ходить: при касании стульчака, умный унитаз начинает автоматически лить воду, и это точно разбудит вашего спутника. А также лампа с датчиком движения в коридоре. Открывайте дверь ванной настежь на ночь, чтобы он не срабатывал. Завтрак не любителя экзотики: рис, лапша, суп. Завтрак немного меняют, но привычного мало. Были салатные листья, сладкий омлет, тушеные овощи, куриные котлеты, йогурт, круассаны. Нет привычных мюсли, сыра или свежих овощей. Кофе плохой.

Reviewed May 17, 2026What stood out was the personnel and the breakfast that was included! The lady at the main counter was lovely and very friendly (in the morning she’s also helping out with the breakfast prep) as well as another gentleman who was helpful during check-in. Plenty of free ammenities if needed, just make sure you grab a set of PJs before heading to your room near the main counter. Breakfast has a good selection with Western and Japanese options and is of high quality. Space to have breakfast in is also very nice and relaxing with background music. There’s also some free soft drinks/alcoholic beverages offered between certain times in the afternoon for those who are interested. Room was overall spacious and comfortable bed. Checkout is very quick - as no physical room key is used, you just need to make sure to leave by 10AM.
Not too much of an issue for me personally, the bathroom was very small and some might struggle using the toilet as your knees might hit the wall just in front. Bathroom was very clean though! Walking distance might be between 10-15 mns depending on walking pace, not an issue for me but maybe for some.

浴池的客人，有些不太xx,會在池子裡搓身體，感覺很不好， 沖澡的水龍頭也有點反應鈍鈍的， locker的鎖有些會卡住，衣服差點拿不出來

Ansonsten süßes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe, fußläufig erreichbar. Oben auch sehr hübsch :) Frühstück ist auch gut, hier wird man auch satt, wenn man aus dem Westen kommt :) kleine aber feine Auswahl!
Zimmer und Bad sind recht klein, aber damit kann man trotzdem gut leben :)
