The price when booked which I blame booking algorithm for. We paid average w122k (£66), but when I checked the room was available for £30 per night. When I addressed this with staff they said ot was handled with booking. So this is booking fault. Terrible so beware of using booking, I tried to discuss with booking but they would only point to the hotel. Totally terrible customer service The room was not the cleanest.

Bathroom has only one drain in the middle of the floor, including the shower, which wet the whole floor. Shower is totally open without curtain or a wall. The entire bathroom has no towel bar or hooks and no shelves so the only place to put towel or belongings is on toilet cover.

No shelves or hangers in the bathroom despite it being enormous. Such a waste of space. The shower drain was in the middle of thw bathroom, so the entire floor got wet when taking a shower. No bath towels available in the hotel (we asked), only small ones the size of drying hands. Very strange.
