It was exactly what I wanted…right by the beach
None
Great food at the restaurant, cold beer and friendly staff. Room was just what we needed with AC and a mini fridge, you can park your car next to the room or in the parking lot. plenty of benches and shades.
these bungalows are all brand new and well built. Very clean, bright and airy. You pull your car literally right next to the door so unloading is certainly convenient. The back bungalows have a view of the ocean between the front bungalows.
The room was a little small for two queen beds, so you couldn’t walk along one edge of each bed because it was too close to the wall. That’s not a complaint, just something to note.
Cerca de la playa
La persona cuando hicimos check in, se porto grosera e indiferente..!!
Didn't use their restaurant - didn't want to give them another dime.
This room was marketed as "seaside" with a terrace, beach access and lush gardens. Please see the attached photos and screenshot. This unit was across the parking lot from the beach with a view of parked cars and then the beach beyond that. There was no terrace and there certainly aren't lush gardens. The manager/owner spoke fluent English and told us if we wanted beachside, we should have booked a "panorama" room. That wasn't listed as an option when I booked. She also told us she knew her online description was deceptive, but it brought people in so she wasn't about to change it! So not like what we are used to in Mexico, so it was shocking as well as disappointing. Quality shows through in things like folding the towels in a pretty fan to hide how old they are. Amenities feature a folding plastic table, folding metal chair and a pocket pack of Kleenex along with a fridge and small coffee pot. Despite their acknowledgement and our unhappiness, they had no problem demanding we pay a dog fee of 600 Pesos ($34 USD) on top of our already having spent $162 for a parking lot view room. They came down to 500 since he was small. On a bright note, we had dinner at the restaurant at Stella's next door at "Manny's Place" where the food and music were excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Our advice - stay at Stella's. Same beach - great people!
On the beach with a view. Restaurant was good
No problems
Very clean
EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN UBIDADO, FACIL DE LLEGAR Y FRENTE AL MAR
Ubicación
Un poco de ruido con los carros y la musica muy alta
Access to the beach is very close and easy to go back and forth to the room if needed. The wide window at the front of the room is great for seeing the sunrise and view the ocean. The beds were comfortable and it was generally quiet (minus the noise outside the RV park due to the holiday weekend). The restaurant chef and staff are great and the food is very delicious with good quality ingredients. Everyone was accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had a great time! Look forward to coming back soon!
Clean and comfortable nice location. We will book again.
Was way over charged at the restaurant and bar. They double charged me on tacos and beer. $ 72.00 should’ve been $24.00 didn’t go back went next door.
Food at the restaurant was disappointing. Booked a room online but ended up stay in a tent on the property. They definitely charge more without a booking. Each is amazing
Great location, friendly staff, secure parking, dog friendly
The location and the view! The beach was great for walking
It was a great place, the locals were across the road partying, but it was Christmas to new year’s
Lack of hot water
Great beach front location, check in was straightforward.
Bed mattress could be a little more comfortable
Location was great. We didn’t have breakfast, left early.
everything was great, the staff was amazing!!! They’ll made sure to get the World Series game on for us in the indoor bar and in our room! We were very greatful.
Seaside long shallow beach great for walks. Has a mini-fridge. Queen bed was fine, nice bathroom.
The charge for a dog is too much. 600 pesos in cash only.
Lugar tranquilo , para disfrutar en familia
The location is on the beach. The parking is outside the bungalow. The food and service were good. The staff is friendly. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom sink is a decent size. Dogs allowed. The beach is nice with great sand.
The room was in the second row not on the beach, but it did have a view. There is no hair drier. The room was clean but in desperate need of renovation. It took hours to cool the room down. The shower /toilet never cooled down and it was HOT. There is an extra charge for dogs that is not divulged when booking. I felt that it was expensive for what we got. That said Victors is heads and tails above the places that we have stayed in San Felipe before. We had a pleasant time and would stay again.
They
They charged us a pet fee which I didn’t expect
Fantastic
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant onsite as well.
Room was clean and comfortable, great view.
During a heavy wind overnight, sand blew into and all over the floor. Needs a sweeper at the bottom.
We loved that we were in a bungalow rather than a hotel. Having Dish Network was a bonus for us. We found an English channel, so we could watch TV. The bathroom was really nice, too, and we had a view of the water from our room, which had a very large window.
We could not stay connected to the Wifi.
Great location right on the beach (!), easy access off the highway, open and well-maintained grounds and parking areas, simple but clean and efficient rooms, feels safe, nice on-site restaurant, good value.
Some construction work in the driveway, but it's good if they are improving the property!
Location was very nice, restaurant was good, great place to have your pup
Would like a king size bed.
Convenient location right on the beach. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking right by your room. Nice restaurant/bar onsight.
Beach front. Gated and secure. The grilled garlic fish at the restaurant is one of the best meals I've had in Mexico. The rooms are freestanding with parking right in front of the door.
Wi-Fi and cable were a little weak.
Beautiful location....frienfly staff.....great food
Friendly staff
Three nights and no room service no cleaning no new towels nothing
Location, quiet place, clear rules, front beach
It’s a little to pricey
Location and grounds excellent
Booking directions nor Google maps would take me to the destination. I had to ask locals.
It was private n calm
No complains here
Good for passing through. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly.
In the evening, there was no hot water for the shower. In the morning, it took a while to become warm.
Chose the property for secure parking next to the room. We were told we had to move our vehicle so that campers could have access to drive in and out right past the room door. Shower was dirty so we didn’t use it. Restaurant staff were nice. Took a long time to get simple tacos and a cold beer. Disappointing for $150 usd/night
We didn't eat on the property
No entertainment
On the beach! Great location and price!
Shower needs an update
All was warm and confirtable
I had to pay an additional charge of 600 pesos which never was stated when booking. I think it should be a deposit not a charge. Deposit 500 pesos if room is left in good condition with no unforseen damages. Return it like anything else. We paid 158 US that was fair. But not 600 extra. That was an unexpected charge. That was never told. While booking.
Great overnight stay while heading up to border from Baja Sur. Clear pride of ownership. Perfect location on the beach.
Clean and comfortable and nice location
Restaurant was just OK
Great location on the beach in San Felip.
Parking can be a little tight depending on the ability of you neighbour sharing the spot
Too many outside lights on. Need darker curtains
Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant with great staff.
Internet didn’t work well.
Location on beach friendly staff and nice restaurant
Cool night and noisy room heater
The location is great.
It is kind of pricey now for a mediocre room and the fact that they charge extra $30 or so per dog is ridiculous.
Great location and clean room.
No hot water and coffee maker was broken.
locations totally awesome
The room is pretty small
Comfortable place to stay on the beach in SF. Simple accomodations but totally adequate. Nice onsite restaurant. Feels like a safe place.
Getting a bit pricey, like most everything in Baja...
The up charge for our dog was excessive.
Nice location right on the beach
Internet and tv were difficult to operate. We ended up not using either
Proximity to beach
Beautiful setting, the restaurant/bar is right on the beach. Open, with fans, the food was good! The staff is wonderful
The room was rustic. Completely functional and nothing special.
