No nos gustó para nada, quedamos decepcionados con el lugar, nunca nos entregaron llave para cerrar la habitación, solo servía un fogón de la estufa, platos sucios, camas con telarañas, el refri no servía, el baño no tenía chapa, el agua de la alberca verde, sucia con moscas y pelos

Very hard to find, Maps took you two a whole different location. People around were not familiar with the name. There’s no signs indicating the location and the hotel does not have a sign with its name. Beds are not comfortable, to shower the water was closed. The cleaning lady didn’t have the keys available had to go look for her to be able to get the keys for our room. Cancellations are non refundable. Had selected 4 rooms and then removed one room and was still charged for 4 rooms. Tried to contact customer services with no response also tried calling serval times with no answer. It would be nice if they would respond to there messages. Likely we only stayed one night. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The value of the place is not worth it. The door which is made of mostly of glass didn’t had curtains and it was the main door. Which anyone could see inside.

The Sofa bed was hard There were no linens, had to ask fir them and dud not provide an extra pillow. The bathroom not clean/sanitized ( We found trash and hair in the shower) , the property is beautiful but appeared in disrepair: peeling paint on the walls, and outside structures. .At 156.00 per night was not a value.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2024This property doesn’t have many reviews but it needs the review. I’ve never been to Mexico alone without my family taking me around. This location was exactly where is said it was. The hotel room was extremely cute and comfortable for my husband and I. It was clean and homey! It had a mini kitchen, mini living room, bathroom and bedroom. Cherry on top was the little private patio outside. You definitely had the privacy. I would definitely go again and recommend for others to stay.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

the property was not how it looks in photos. We got there they were still painting the walls cleaning the windows. Walls were wet. Don’t recommend staying there. And the location is very bad. Pool had no water.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2023New room with kitchenette was nice and clean. Mostly quiet and they were dog friendly. The air conditioning, wi-fi, and little refrigerator worked well.
It has a lot of potential but still needs some work to be comfortable. Simple things like a bedside table with a lamp and an outlet to plug in your phone, by the bed AND by the couch, would help a lot. I hit my shin multiple times on the bed frame. There are very few outlets. It would also help a lot to have an office with a reception desk and someone available to help. When I showed up it was deserted and there was just a man with a key. No check-in process. It was especially confusing with the language barrier.

1. when we arrived the rooms weren’t ready; they were dirty, tidy and the staff started to clean while we were in the rooms. Very uncomfortable situation. 2. The rooms were FREEZING COLD!! We couldn’t sleep because of the cold!! there were no heaters in the rooms and very few quilts. 3. Very short on staff!! We felt very secluded and alone during our stay. No one was available to help us! we asked for quilts for all the rooms and never brought them. 4. No wifi in the rooms. 5. The water from the faucets came dirty and yellow during all our stay. 6. The beds very small

I would love it if the unit came with a carbon monoxide detector. I brought my own. Having it can help save lives!

Reviewed Oct 26, 2022The property is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is just the right size for two people. The room is supplied with everything I needed. Very quiet area.
The mattress is not comfortable. Clean towels should have been offered every day. The road to the property is rough and not paved, easily to get lost. No signs from the main highway to direct you to the property.

well.... waiting for about 7 hrs too use a pool .....payed a fee for a clean room when i got a bed full of ants ... 4 kids who sleeping with ants not cool at all...plus owner kids had big party and the pool was used by them hole time.....not cool i payed u guys for a pool..didnt get that

Very uncomfortable bed and full matress, too small. Very bad isolation, we couldn’t sleep because the sounds from outside after midnight, no curtains by the main glass door, light enters through the curtains in the bedroom, no TVs, no light sockets near the bed. The hotel is still in construction.
