The Den 23

Das Hotel The Den 23 ist eine super Adresse für eine Nacht in der Stadt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel und das Zimmer sind sauber und die Dachterasse hat wirklich eine tolle Aussicht. Wir sind morgens um halb 11 Uhr angekommen und konnten sogar schon das Zimmer beziehen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, laute Gäste im Gang hört man gut. Die Aussage ist auf einen Hinterhof - aber das hat uns für eine Nacht und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestört.

Obsługa restauracji, czekaliśmy na danie godzinę, a byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi. Kelnerzy. 3 razy dopytywali o nasze zamówienie, a było bardzo proste.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation is close to the beach and the mall. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy and the hotel restaurant was overpriced.

Dobra lokalizacja, możliwość zameldowania się cała dobę. Naprawdę czysto, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Brawo za ogólnodostępną lodówkę na korytarzu! Można się wyspać, bo hotel nie jest bezpośrednio przy głównej drodze, więc jest cicho.

Miał być czajnik w pokoju, jednak nie było. Detal, ale obsługa nawet napisała, że przygotowano to dla nas, a w pokoju nic nie było.

Wir mussten 1,5 stunden auf das essen zumittag warten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Vegie Noodles sind zu empfehlen, westliches Essen wie Sandwich nicht.

The workers were very friendly especially the receptionists. There is a supermarket right next door. It’s not in the area where attractions are located but everything was very accessible and the area felt very safe. The view from the terrace is very beautiful.

The bedsheets and towels had many stains that made us doubtful about their cleanliness, the towels actually smelled clean but their appearance was not good. Nothing to do with hotel but just a warning for the tourists, there are some scammers you can encounter on the street around the hotel. They don’t ask for money but for you to buy milk powder for them. Please don’t do it, they make money by returning the items later.

Merkezi konumda olması güzel. Başkent'te ilk gün veya son gün günübirlik konaklayacaksanız olabilir. Oda küçüktü fakat zaten tek gecelik kaldığımız için odayla pek de işimiz yoktu.

Buzdolabı, bardak ve su ısıtıcı olsaydı iyi olabilirdi.

Syf, łazienki całe w pleśni. Insekty zapierdzielają z każdego możliwego miejsca. Co wieczór zabijanie karaluchów od malutkich po wielkie ( nigdy nie widziałem tak dużych). Obsługa w restauracja nie przejmuje się gościem. 3 osoby na barze a zamówiony napój mimo pustej restauracji dociera po 20 minutach. Proponuję uczyć się od wspaniałego kelnera ( niedosłyszący ), który mimo że nie słyszy to ogarnia wszystko. Sprzątanie pokoi polega chyba tylko na zaścieleniu łóżka i zmianie ręczników. Na piętrze restauracji biegają raz karaluchy, raz szczury ( 7 piętro ). Stosunek jakości do ceny nie idzie tutaj w parze.

Unfortunately, the balcony was not clean, and strong sunlight was coming directly into the bathroom in the morning, which was a little uncomfortable. Проживала в этом отеле один день и выбрала его в первую очередь из-за удобной локации. Примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы находится Башня Лотоса и другие достопримечательности, рядом также есть несколько кафе и магазинов. При этом сам отель расположен в достаточно тихом районе. В отеле есть лифт, на нижнем этаже находится охрана, а наверху - бар с красивым видом, где подают вкусные завтраки. Заселение прошло быстро, девушка на ресепшене была вежливой и дала несколько полезных рекомендаций по городу. Мой номер находился на 5-м этаже. Он небольшой, но для проживания на одну ночь вполне комфортный. Внутри чисто, есть балкон, зеркало, шампунь и гель для душа. В номере были две отдельные кровати, спать было удобно. Кондиционер работает отлично. Хороший вариант для короткой остановки в городе, особенно если важна удобная локация.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, Duschkabine mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Schöne Dachterasse und leckeres Essen, haben der Einfachkeit halber dort zu Abend gegessen was sehr praktisch war. Blick auf den Lotus Tower, super nettes Personal. Organisation Flughafentransfer um 3 Uhr morgens. Im Zimmer war es angenehm leise zum schlafen für eine Großstadt.

Zimmer etwas klein, dennoch ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wand mit Löchern und teils dreckig, Bettlaken/Decke/Handtücher müssten mal getauscht werden da mit Flecken die anscheinend beim Waschen nicht rausgehen.

La habitación estaba bien y el personal muy amable. La zona es cómoda y tranquila para alojarse.

Desayunamos en la terraza del hotel y tardaron más de una hora en traernos el desayuno, teníamos un conductor contratado y por la tardanza salimos casi hora y media más tarde de lo planificado, para tenerlo en cuenta. El resto bien!

Estaba en una zona tranquila de la ciudad, lo cual, se agradecía mucho. El personal era muy amable y tenía una terraza estupenda en la que cenar después de un caluroso y ajetreado día. Tenía unas vistas a la torre de Loto geniales, sobre todo de noche.

The manager of the hotel is very kind, he was able to address my issues even though I had a rough start.

A lot. First, the rooms are extremely small for such large beds and feel quite suffocating. The balconies are even smaller and, in my opinion, were not worth adding to the place. I arrived late due to a flight delay and checked in around 7 PM. The first room had mould in the bathroom. I reported this and was shown two other rooms, which were in even worse condition. By the fourth room, the receptionist had become visibly frustrated and stopped speaking to me, instead handing me the phone to speak with the manager. Thankfully, the manager was very kind and instructed him to assist me. I eventually settled for the least problematic room, only to find hairs and ants on the floor and no toilet paper. Later that evening, when I opened the bedding, I found obvious stains on the sheets, while the duvet smelled strongly of perfume. When I reported this, the receptionist became so agitated that he asked me to check out. I requested to speak to the manager, who came to the hotel personally, apologized, and helped change the bedding. He also explained that the receptionist was temporarily covering for their regular staff member, who was dealing with a family emergency. By then, unfortunately, the experience had already been very unpleasant, but I genuinely appreciated the manager's kindness and efforts to resolve the situation. Overall, the hotel needs significant renovation and deep cleaning, particularly the bathrooms and ventilation. The rooms have a damp, musty, and unclean smell. Thankfully, I was only there for one night.

The rooftop restaurant was extraordinary with excellent views of the lotus tower. There was a Cargil super shop just a min away.

Money was stolen from my hotel room. The manager did not believe me. I had a confirmed extension of my stay for some more days. After my serious complaint, the manager told me that the hotel was fully booked. Disappointing experience, after staying one week.

The check in was excellent, very thorough, very professional, but did not take too long. The room was pleasant, the shower was good.

Too much noise. The room above must have had a concrete floor, or at least a bare one. I could hear every scrape of a chair, every dull thud of something being dropped for HOURS. These floors might look good, but if I cannot go to sleep until after the stranger above me, the nice floor is not helping much. Put in a thin rug, or at least something on the feet of the chairs. Nobody lifts chairs. Really, really needed sleep and this ruined it.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit einfachen Zimmern: Aber es hatte alles was man für einen 2-Nächte-Aufenthalt benötigt. Über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Hotel perfecto para pasar un par de noches en Colombo. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, habitación amplia con ducha estilo europeo. Buen aire acondicionado, y tiene restaurante en la terraza para cenar o desayunar.

It is in the city centre. So all places and markets are closeby. Rooms are very clean.

There is no hot kettle in the room. It is a super basic item and the lack of it is inconvenient. You cannot even make tea coffee in the room. On top of that the Resturant is pathetic. Do not fall for the city view photos. It's a useless place with no options for vegetarians and service is extremely poor. Even a basic bread toast takes them forever to bring. This is not a place for families.

La camera non era molto pulita, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarli appena siamo arrivati ed è stato fatto subito e senza problema.

La cosa migliore è stata sicuramente la cena e la colazione al ristorante, grazie a un cameriere davvero in gamba, gentile e iper disponibile!
