Unsererseits gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen!

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, geduldig und kompetent. Das Bett war weich und es war alles sehr nah (Zimmer - Restaurant(s) - Strand…). Trotz kleiner Insel verläuft es sich gut und es gibt überall Platz für Liegen am Strand + Plätze in Restaurants. Die Ausflüge können an der Rezeption gebucht werden und alles funktioniert reibungslos- Sehr organisiert! Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Das Hotel ist eher „einfach“ gehalten, z.B. gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank oder Fenster für Frischluft. Die Liegen sind aus Plastik und eher alt, einige leider kaputt - man liegt unbequem. All Inclusive ist (entgegen vieler Kommentare) wirklich all inclusive - jedoch: man muss innerhalb der „Essenszeiten“ essen und trinken bestellen. Zumindest gratis Wasser (jederzeit!) wäre toll gewesen. Frühstück war das Einzige wirklich Enttäuschende - jeden Tag die selbe Auswahl - für Europäer eher eine „Mittagsauswahl“ als Frühstück, als Buffet.

The staff was exceptionally kind and really took care of your requests

The service was impeccable with their friendly manager, Irusham, helping to fetch us and carry our luggages from the jetty using a buggy at the moment of our arrival. At arrival, we then had some welcome drinks to hydrate before the check-in process via one of their warm receptionist, Linda. They have a dedicated Whatsapp line too to for us to ask/request anything throughout our stay which makes communication seamless, without needing to go to the reception every time. Also, when the public ferry was cancelled on our checkout day, Irusham/Linda made sure to find alternative ways to get us to our next stop and waited with us at the jetty until our departure. We are forever grateful to them for this. In terms of location, Nala Veli is very close to the bikini beach so it's really a good spot if you plan to go there often for sunbathing/water activities. There's also restaurants nearby for you to grab something to eat/drink. When it comes to rooms, they were clean and well taken care of. Same goes to the toilets, coupled with awesome water pressure/temperature for the showers.

Unfortunately, just beside Nala Veli, there are some new building construction ongoing so that would lead to some noise (it's not too bad but it's still there) as well as debris/dust/water flowing down the construction structure's roof. For the snorkeling trip which we booked via them, this was cancelled around 15 mins before the departure time, which was pretty last minute in our opinion. Would appreciate if the team could at least let us know 1 hour before so that we do not have everything prepared and then finally finding out we need to change outfits and our plans all of a sudden. But that said, we understand if the cancellations really are last minute due to the sudden bad weather change.

Tutto molto bello e personale gentilissimo. Era il compleanno del mio ragazzo e mi hanno aiutata in ogni modo possibile a festeggiarlo al massimo. Struttura pulitissima e possibilità di organizzare escursioni! Super consigliato!!

The staff was really nice. I was clean and new.

The all inclusive wasn’t really all inclusive, as there wasn’t free sodas, snacks etc. We got 3 meals a day with one drink. There was a lot of noise from the building next door.

Everyone was lovely very kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Irsham took us around the island and all the staff as well as the restaurant staff was more than helpful.

There wasn’t anything we were not happy about.

What a lovely place to stay! Great food, really friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, and very clean. Especially recommend their burgers, the bread is SO fresh and well made.

The air conditioning was poor, even at 16 degrees, the room wasn't getting very cold

The performance hotel stuff so good. They are kind, helpfull, and have a good initiative to serve us better. We are happy stayed on there. The kitchen stuff, server also good. They are willing to served well and the taste of foods also nice.

Facility not so much perfect, there is no elevator

The staff ! They are amazing and they do their best to accommodate your requests. They are so kind.

The room we got given was in another building. We did not like it. They offered a room in the building where the actual reception is ( that is the main building ) but the room had no balcony. However some room does have this. As you can understand this is a beach holiday and you end up in wet beach clothes hence you need an area to dry up these.

The reception staff is very friendly, welcoming and smiles all the time. Thanks Vita, Vidari and Linda.

Being next to the beach

First of all I was charged twice, I paid with my bank card which was sterling pounds, and they gave me a refund in cash in dollars exactly the amount on the internet which naturally I will lose money changing for pounds , as a customer is awful, and for them understand that omg, customer service poor poor poor, I even needed to wait more than 30 minutes to deal with that, another negative thing we had the booking for a different room with balcony and been given a random one on the ground floor

The place is surely one of the better properties in Ukulhas. It right next to the beach, the rooms are big (too big), the air conditioning is placed so you can actually sleep with it running, the breakfast, albeit lacking variation, is good, and the restaurant (serving lunch and dinner) on par with the rest of the good restaurants on the island. This is surely a good option for Ukulhas. I say this because, being on our first visit in the Maldives, we chose to hop from one hotel to another. When we saw what our next stop looked like (Ukulhas Villa OceanView Hotel&Spa - year, right), we fortunately could still cancel and extend our stay in Nala Veli.

If you remember that this is a three star hotel, there's nothing to complain.

In the midst of building works- they first claimed it was the building next door until we saw the construction on top of our upgraded room which was overlooking a metal roof! And it started before 7am on Sunday!

Everything. The room, the food, the staff, the beach. If you go back I will stay there again.

I got wrong room, when I checked-in but I mentioned and they gave me the good one, I had to wait 45 minutes for cleaning of the room.

I really enjoyed my vacation there. People were really nice and helpful, beach was just on a corner. Room was big and cleaned every day. Had also TV, but never opened🙃. Food was good, breakfest was simple but still good. Lunch and dinner prices were normal and food was delicious.

I was bit confused that i booked delux room but that room ingit didnt had view window.. that was bit strange but i didnt complained bc i really liked my stay

Construction cites on the island and constant noice. Hopefully this will not distroy nature on the island.

The accommodation was very clean & comfortable. There were fresh beach towels supplied each day. A beautiful bikini beach is straight outside the hotel complete with sun loungers. The snorkelling there is excellent! We opted for the half board option. Breakfast for the majority of our stay was buffet style but the last couple of days we had to select between Continental or Maldivian which reduced choice. Dinner was excellent value. A three course dinner selected from the menu. There was a lot of variety to choose from and we enjoyed every meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful.

Not their fault but there is a lot of construction work taking place in the neighbourhood.

A wonderful meet and greet at the island's ferry - and we got a short introduction on the island while driving to the guesthouse. The staff made sure to make us happy. Without any problems we could change the room (the first one was a bit dark and stuffy). During breakfast, they offered additional fruits on request for free. They were always available when needed.

At the moment, there are a lot of constructions going on on the island. Two big construction sites are just opposite the guesthouse - so the view is not really nice.

first day reported tv not working stayed 4 nights told them every day still not working when left . breakfast was order only prefer buffet. building next door too big .

The island is a construction place. Tree big hotels are building at the same time by the beach. Much noise from early morning to late night and to much traffic for the construction. Not good at all.

I think the menu should be improved upon, with a wider variety of dishes and descriptions.

Perfectly clean, personal very good and friendly, 30 second to the beach, you can choose from many food for dinner.

One and only minus was as we take starter and after one minute later they bring main food.

We spent a wonderful holiday here. The guesthouse is situated right on the beach and very clean. The staff is excellent, all members are very kind, helpful and professional. The food is delicious. We'd definitely come back here again.

Everything works, the staff was very friendly and took great care of everything. Room was very clean, bed comfortable to sleep, shower always worked well. Food was tasty, and quite much variety with e.g. fried eggs or an omelette on top of a buffet breakfast. Wide selection of lunch food to order on the menu for full-board. Nice dinner buffet. Also several other restaurants around should you wish even more variety.

It didn´t bother us, but good to know that at certain times the reception is unattended, but even then available via WhatsApp. Occationally, during busy evenings or festivity times it may help to have ear plugs just in case, as some noise may be audible. I very much value quietness, so sometimes I noted voices, but it was not too much of a disturbance.

Location and Staff

Hotel is very clean and confortable. The room is beautiful and has everything you may need. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and walcoming, happy to help if needed. The food was great, just enough variety. Location is great, beautiful big beach is just near by were you can see all the fish and coral. Part of the beach in front of hotel is also great, loved spanding mornings ther. Pack your sea goagles! Would come back!

Location is good, staff is great. They offer very good massages, and staff are very professional and friendly.

Room was okay, bathroom is good, but bad is very small and not very comfy. There is not enough light in the room. Walls seemed damaged and a bit dirty.

The location is perfect, right next to the beach. Restaurant is also well located with nice atmosphere. The best part of the hotel is the always kind and helpfull staff.

Strange story with windows all facing hallway only a few room have windows that can be actually used fully to get the daily light To solve it: Ask for a room with daily light windows Sometimes bad smell in a bathroom after using the ventilation, solution: don't use ventilation and it will be alright :)

Noisy climate.

Petfect relaxing place, the staff is so kind and helpfull always there to suit you. The beach is amazing nice resturants, local life, smiling people.

The food could have more variation.. more vegetables and some more fruits for breakfirst. But its a local island and they did there best to make there guests komfortable.

The location is excellent, right next to the beach. Staff are helpful and the food is good. Buffet choices change every day.

Staff were never at the front desk so asking questions or for help meant waiting a while for someone to come or going around searching for someone to help you. All inclusive did not include snacks or drinks. Fuse kept blowing so we often had no hot water in our room.

location excellent right by the bikini beach with sun loungers and beach towels available. staff super helpful and rooms immaculate. Restaurant right by the beach and offered excellent excursions - recommend manta and snorkelling safari. We were first out for mantas and were rewarded by snorkelling with 3 before other boats arrived. on snorkelling safari - swam along some if not the best coral reefs in the Maldives. pristine!

Location- Just a few steps away from the beach. Had a half board which was sufficient enough. The ladies serving food were very polite and ensured the guest had everything they needed. Dinner (in case of full board also lunch) was chosen by guests from a long list of meals. Starter, main course and desert. It was approx 50 meals to choose from. Plenty of variety. In 10 days I had no same meal. Food was delicius and worth to try local dishes. Either restaurant or hotel staff can explain what is traditional and helps you to choose. The staff in hotel was friendly and helpfull. Especially Abaan, from reception, helped a lot. Advised on trips, gave tips and even organised it. All I needed to do is turn up. Thanks for amazing trip to an island. As per rooms- the rooms have fridge and a kettle with coffe available. Staff replaced drinking water each day and bottles of water was always available in the hallway. Hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend for its location and staff.

Rooms have no warderobes. For a family a bit ackward, for single traveler there is enough shelves to be used. Went at the end of rainy season and when raining at night it was a bit noisy as the room located above a restaurant's sheet metal roof. Only this room. And sometimes felt the dampness. Turned on AC and smell was gone...

Nala Veli is small hotel with great services and location - right next to beach. Room and bathroom is spacious (TV, AC, fridge, drinking water, free toiletries), AC isn't noisy. Wifi is fast. Food is nice, there is a breakfast bufet and for lunch/dinner you have to choose starter/main course/dessert from the menu ca 2 hrs prior. You can rent a snorkeling gear for 5 usd/stay and beach towels are available for free. Staff is attentive, they will arrange port pick up/drop off, speedboat transfer or trips, spa.. There is no problem with housekeeping and girls in the restaurant are always smiley. I've got a groundfloor room 108 right next to the reception in the lobby. Here are pros and cons you should consider before complaining! There is no window to the garden, but to the lobby and internal space with AC, so you won't be opening it. I couldn't find a drying rack for this room. Thru the day and in the morning before leaving for the trip guests tend to enjoy their time in lobby, right under your window so it maight be noisy.. but you can always tell them to get.. quiet :) HOWEVER.. it's quiet in the night and if you are super light sleeper, you have always sleepbuds on you anyway. You won't be disturbed by scooters or people walking and speaking under your window and laud birds singing won't be an issue. Wifi is fast. The temperature in room is perfect, I almost didn't use AC and I really didn't care about closed window, because I wouldn't opened it even in another room - remember, it's super hot outside. And there is no need to use stairs. So overall, I was happy with this room and didn't want to move to another room even thou that was the obtion.

location, right on the the beautiful beach, clean room, neat bathroom & balcony with beach view, staff is good, night fishing trip was amazing experience, guys who took us for fishing were nice & helpful, turtle & baby shark snorkelling trip for so fun & wonderful, same guys took us, very kind.jet skiing was fun as well, good guys give you proper lessons & small demo to make sure, you are safe & have fun in sea. hotel chef did bbq for our caught big fish, perfect cook. breakfast girls polite & nice. over all great place & we had amazing time, as island is quite & nature is preserved, good plantation

no phone in room, or way to find any staff, if you need anything. especially on the day of checkout, every one went out for jumma prayer, we have our speed boat to catch at 2pm, need fresh towels for shower & getting ready, needs bins to be emptied, no one was there. they took their own time & showed up when it’s convenient to them. we were told there is parasailing, reception guy will bring us a flyer soon, later we came to know no parasailing. dolphins safari trip actually was a lie, we went in sea ,took a round trip, didnt stay or wait for dolphins to showed up,but good thing, after quite argument, they didn’t charge us for this activity.
