Their water current in the shower area is supper small and slow. If you increase the temperature heater, the water will flow even little. Besides, I have a very terrible experience on their maintenance service arrangement. There was one night I went back to the hotel and realise there was no water supply. Quickly I contacted the receptionist. They replied, there is a scheduled maintenance for plumbing system at 10.00pm till 12:00am and they have informed the guest by putting up the notice at the lift. I wasn’t aware on the notice but I wonder why is the timing of the maintenance is being scheduled at such odd hour where all the guest are mainly back to the hotel. Since I missed out the notice. I waited till 12:00am and the water supply came back. So I plan to shower since there is no further notice that the maintenance service will continue later and water supply is back to normal. Half way through, the water supply got stopped again. What’s bad, I was in the middle of the shower. Quickly I called the receptionist, and they told me that the maintenance service has to be continue and they do not know what time it is gonna finish. The receptionist told me he will check for me what time the maintenance gonna end and get back to me on the time. But at the end, I receive no news or call back from anyone. Such disappointment. It is weird to arrange maintenance at such odd hour. Yet, there is no contingency plan for your guest if the issue cannot be fix and have any further notice to your guest where the maintenance needed to be extended. Lastly. The follow up service from your staff is down the drain.

Got nearby Mart and Restaurants.. The Room quite spacious. TV is big one. AC worked very well. Tidy and clean. Modern Design.

The kettle is not clean (inner part) Lift is not working from the nite time until check out. TV channel... Ok la.. too far from the center spot of Sibu Town

Shower head broken

Plenty of parking spaces. Also close to the city center.

I paid nearly rm300 for one night. Even the basic teacups weren't cleaned properly; they were covered in grime. It was nauseating to look at. The air conditioning not cooling at all. The pillowcases had holes, yet they still gave them to guests. The shower drains weren't cleaned or unclogged regularly; there was a huge pool of water when showering. The bath mats had two or three stains, yet they were still left hanging for guests to use. The hairdryer's settings were broken, but they didn't replace it. The soundproofing was terrible; cars driving by woke me up in the middle of the night. The hotel quality has plummeted. I'd rather pay a similar price and stay at the Kingwood.

I loved that our room (1007) was so clean, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The mall and food court nearby were so convenient.

I was a little uncomfortable with the tub area being covered only with a blind. Passersby could still see you when they are stucked in a traffic jam 😅 maybe covering the whole wall properly would be nicer.

Strategic location,lots of eateries and shops within walking distance.plenty of free parkings and easy access to anywhere in sibu using grab

-Can get noisy as the room is not soundproof.i can hear the tv sound from next room and peope walking and talking outside from the room. -the toilet smell like urine when i first enter and i need to clean it myself to remove the smell.

The room was very noisy. In the morning and afternoon, the cleaning staff would gather at the balcony in front of my room and have noisy conversations there for long time. Guests would be awaken by them in the morning and in the afternoon, guests couldn't have quiet rest in the room. Room number is 1010.

The wifi connection is always breaking in 4th floor. Very disturbing especially when you need to use the connection for work.

Good location, lots of food around. Easy to get Grab to center of town. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was slightly smelly but the other part of the hotel is clean and fresh smell.

Already few years stay here. All towels become old, wash room shampoo not complete, bed sheet already broken.,,as a hotel, Pls change and renew it.

The bed was fine, the water was hot though the shower head put water everywhere.

Where to start? We didn't know in advance about Oktoberfest. The music downstairs was SO LOUD and thumping until midnight on Friday, until almost 1am on Saturday. We had to get up and out by 6am, so this was terrible, missing the whole point of getting a hotel room---to sleep! The "balcony" was blocked in to over 5 feet, so not view, only light. There is no closet, just a hanging area, where I very unfortunately left my swimsuit hanging to dry (from our lovely hotel with pool in KL). I have called and emailed, asking the hotel to send it to me, offering to pay the postage. They say they will, but so far nothing, 3 months later. Don't bother staying here!

Room not clean, hairs everywhere when we checked in. We had to request for floor to be vacummed. Towels old, thin and torn but still provide to guest to use is unacceptable.
