الخدمة و نظافة المكان توجد الكثير من الصراصير و الحمامات متسخة و الكراسي مليانه غبار و المكيفات ما تبرد ابدا حجزنا ليلتين و ياريت ما حجزنا 3 مرات نغير الغرفة و كل وحده اسوء عن الثانية و اضطرينا ننام ف الحر و الجو اصلا حار جداً و مافي غلاية للماي و مافي حتى كلينكس غير ف دورات المياة فقط و لا في كواية و خدمتهم للغرف جداً سيئة فقط عمال النظافة الي يخدموك بشكل لطيف اما موظفين الاستقبال اسلوبهم جدا سيء معنا كان و ايضا الهاتف معطل الي ف الغرف فقط ديكور ما انصح فيه نهائياً في كثير خيارات و انظف و افضل و اريح

تعامل موظف الاستقبال غليظ وغير ودود ويتواجد فقط عامل واحد في خدمة الحقائب بكامل الفندق والغرف بها رائحة كريهه والفرش غير نظيف وهاتف الغرفة لا يعمل

The room floor was wet, and the restroom was completely unclean and poorly maintained. There was a bad smell throughout the room. Additionally, the bed sheets were not properly cleaned and appeared to have just been changed without proper washing

توفر مساعد لتنزيل الشنط على طول الوقت لاني سويت خروج الساعة ٦:٣٠ ص واخبرني الاستقبال ان المساعد لا يداوم الا الساعة ٧:٣٠ ولذلك اضطريت انزل العفش بنفسي

It was like an abandoned place. Poor level of cleanliness. The air conditioner was not working. It was hot. Then I called the reception. He said he would come to check the air conditioner at 3 o’clock at night. After that, there was a dispute and the room was changed.

No carpet on the floor… Need to request every thing like towels.. Furniture is very old… No Iron, even if you requested they will reply we don’t have it… As i said before, just this hotel for sleeping….

There was no pillowcase on the pillows, just pillow protectors. Had to request for a kettle in the room, although it was provided upon request, there was no mug given for drinking warm liquids. Hotel was definitely sparsely occupied but the night staff was stingy with giving drinking water. Was only given 2 small (250-350ml) bottles, night staff refused to provide more. Many parts on the hotel are dimly lit, including the lobby.
