المواقف على الشارع العام قليله ومزحومه خاصة في فترة المساء ( يوجد مواقف في القبو ولكن ضيقه وقليله والدخول والخروج من نفس البوابه ) وجود الفندق على شارع عام اصوات السيارات وتفحيط مزعج قليلا بالليل ( العزل الخارجي ضعيف نوعا ما ) يحتاج الى صيانه الحمامات (تهريب مويه بالحمام ) والحمام الثاني لا يوجد فيه مغسله المطبخ لا يليق بفندق اربع نجوم يحتاج الاهتمام بنظافة الغرف والحمامات اكثر طلبوا تامين ( اول مره داخل وخارج المملكه فندق اربع نجوم يطلب مني تامين 😲)
