Ample parking nearby, and located 1-2 min walk from a lot of restaurants, as well as 20 min walk from the marina where you can see lots of Dhow boats and maybe even some turtles and rays swimming in the marina

Na minus: nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, brak możliwości uchylenia okna w celu przewietrzenia.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Posizione centrale comoda. Parcheggio sotto hotel. Prezzo basso, giusto per la qualità della struttura. Personale super gentile, accogliente e disponibile (ascensore è assente, ma ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli). Va benissimo per stare 2-3 giorni senza grosse pretese.
Le finestre non si aprono quindi c’è forte umidità, bisogna accendere l’aria condizionata o la ventola sul tetto. Non c’è la tenda nella doccia (come in molte altre strutture in Oman eccetto hotel 4 stelle).

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, uns wurde sogar das Gepäck direkt aufs Zimmer getragen. Das Zimmer selbst war top und absolut sauber. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde von einem super netten Service begleitet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Leider scheint das Fenster in unserem Zimmer undicht zu sein, da der Teppich vor dem Fenster nass war. Insgesamt hat es dadurch auch ein wenig gerochen im Zimmer. Der Teppich könnte ausgetauscht werden.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Het was schoon. Bad/kamer ruim. Goede douche. En de locatie. Medewerker aan de balie is echt behulpzaam en gaf ons echt goede tips om te doen na Sur. Erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en lief.
Dat er geen lift aanwezig is, met bagage naar boven dragen is toch een dingetje. Gelukkig is het personeel galant genoeg, maar dan nog.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Basic hotel close to the center of Sur; the room was a bit small, the bathroom wasn't so good (the shower was pratically on the WC...) and the conditioner was noisy and pointing directly on our bed, thus causing cold and few comfort. The hotel served an extremely basic breakfast, then we decided to have it elsewhere.
Bathroom, conditioner; building an elevator would be really helpful.

I think it has been recently renovated, it looked clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a perfect stay for the budget.
It could use a better ventilation, but that was not a big deal.

Chambre propre avec une moquette neuve, bien insonorisée, excellente literie et bonne douche. Personnel très aimable et excellent restaurant que je recommande, car il n'y a pas de bons restaurants aux alentours.

It’s a basic room, it was as advertised. No negatives if you know what you are booking. This is not a resort type of spot.

La stanza era molto piccola, non si possono aprire le finestre. Il bagno molto minimal, difficile asciugare dopo aver fatto la doccia.

Extremely hospitable front desk staff to the point that the gentlemen was completely adorable. I started to look forward to walking into the hotel to see what fun interaction we’d have. He really made the stay unique. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Considering the price and it being a short term stay, it totally works.
The bathroom is small and uniquely designed. I actually had to laugh at whoever figured out how to make that space functional. But if you’re a tall or fuller sized person you may feel crammed when showering. Also, I don’t know if there are good walkable food options in the area as I only walked to a cute coffee shop that took a quick and easy 10 minutes.
