قالولي تقدر تسجل خروج لين 11 مساء دون الايضاح بان الخدمه مقابل المال وكنت مخطط ان خروجي للكويت راح يكون المغرب اتصلو علي الظهر وقالو بعد 2 الظهر اذا تبي تقعد تدفع 100 ريال مادفعني لتسجيل الخروج بساعه الواحده ظهرا والعوده مبكرا

تعامل الطاقم غير احترافى واسلوب تطفيش حجزت هذا الفندق بالاخص لوجود مسبح داخلى للاولاد ولكن المسبح يعمل فقط 7 ساعات نهارية للنزلاء وباقى اليوم مؤجر لجهه خارجية . غير معقول فندق بالحجم ده يحدث به هذا الكلام . يعنى اذا النزيل عنده مشوار الظهر ما راح يستفيد بالمسبح باى شكل رغم ان المسبح جزء من الخدمات المدفوغة فى الحجز يالفعل . حجزت ليلتين ودفعتهم ولكن جلست فقط ليلة واحده وخرجت ولا اسامحهم أبدا. ده بالاضافة الى سوء صرف المياه فى ارضية الحمام وكانها بركة .

they have a clean swiming pool but they said during 3 days it was on maintenance to avoid have clients in it...there was no maintenance at all done or to do...the roof top is nice but out of order, not used, not clean, ...the employees are not happy to see clients and they tried also to charge me two times the room...take care. Booking mentioned a total for 2 rooms and they tried to charge 2 times the total for 2 rooms...no breakfast too...and put the tag otherwise they don t clean the room...

اولا الفرش مهلك لايوجد منافه في الغرف لاتمتلك اقل من مستويات السلامه مع الاسف النوافذ،مقفله بالكامل بل محكمه الاقفال مخارج طوارئ لايوجد يحتاج اعادة الترتيب الغرف جميع نوافذها محكمة الاغلاق والمرافق مهلكه بالكامل المناشف مع الاسف ليس نظيفه

1- حمام الغرفه غير مريح ابدا من جميع النواحي ( مساحه الحمام + قدم الاكسسوارات + تموضع كرسي الحمام ) 2- كان لدي الكثير من الملاحظات على الفطور الصباحي ( التنوع و الترتيب و التكرار ) و تم تعديلها فسم منها في اليوم التالي 3- شبكه النت ضعيفه و تنقطع في بعض مناطق الغرفه

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026الموقع ممتاز جدًا, البحر قريب , شارع المطاعم والاسواق قريب جدًا,كذلك المدينة العالمية تبعد 5 دقائق عن المكان بكل اختصار كل شي حولك وجنبك.
كل شي كان ممتاز بإستثناء السرير يتحرك ويضرب بالجدار ( صوت مزعج بكل حركة ) .

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The facility is old. Mold in bathroom. Toilet seats are made for infants. They are old, very small, low close to The floor. The put in very tight place. Very difficult to use. Shower is old, very narrow tub. Mold visible in the old and cracked tile. No safe in the room.
The person who checked me in lied about everything. He assigned me a room with blackened and permanently shut windows. Refused to give another. The hotel was at 20% occupancy. Breakfast was menu selection at higher cost. no buffet. only instant coffee was offered. I was charged for each cup of coffee that made by the coffee machine as it was not included by price for breakfast.

We are very disappointed about the quality of service. We avail the promotional stay with free breakfast, but unfortunately when we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast, we were restraint to eat. We should be informed ahead of time so that we didn't feel bad about it. About the bed and linens, we cannot sleep comfortably because it so itchy, and I saw hair strands underneath the blanket...
