الصراحه فندق قديم وبعض الأحيان ريحة خايسه جدا بالممرات والغرف الي قريبه من الشارع ازعاج غير طبيعي وعزل تعبان وبعض الغرف مكيفاتها تعبانه جدا

Stayed a week, excellent service, great location. Close to attractions and shops. Staff are polite, respectful and helpful. Rooms serviced daily. Breakfast was an added bonus. Only thing missing was a pool.

Very old hotel with disgusting smell. Unpleasant staff. On the welcome first thing they will tell you, what not to do and how much they will charge you if something is missing. Room was extremely bad in terrible condition. But suitable for hippies.

Great location right in the city centre, yet the room was quiet. The room was always cleaned extremely thoroughly – there was no sand anywhere, and the bed linen was fresh and smelled lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

All the staff are nice but always you have that one sour grape amongst the crop that work in the lobby front counter. She’s not that friendly

The hotel is very clean and ideally located close to everything in Patong. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and very welcoming.

There is only one elevator and it moves quite slowly, which could become a major issue and very annoying during peak season.

le vigile à l'entrée n'était pas très sympathique alors que je suis un client de l'hôtel.Il a notamment très mal parlé à mon épouse.

مكان روعه جدآ في وسط باتونغ وبعد شاطي باتونغ تقريبآ 5 دقائق مشي .. والغرفة نظيفة جدآ والتنظيف الغرفة كل يوم وتنفع سكن عوائل او شباب .. بس عندي ملاحظة : ضاع مني كرت مفتاح الغرفة وتم مخالفتي بالدفع مبلغ 300 بات على كثر محاولات الاعتذار تم رفض ولم يقبلون أعتذاري وتم الدفع المبلغ 300 بات

موظفات الاستقبال غير ودودين نهائيا لم يلقو التحيه ولا مره واحده وعند القائي التحيه عده مرات لم اتلقى اي رد منهم

جميل وانصح به بشدة الكل متعاون ولطيفين وجميع الخدمات قريبة منك ولا تحتاج الا تاكسي شارع البنقلا دقيقتين وشاطي باتونغ ست دقائق مشي

Close to Bangla road and room were clean

You cant keep the air conditioning on as you have one key, we come back from hot weather and wait for the room to cool

قرب النزل من الأماكن الحيوية وسهولة اجراءت الدخول والمغادرة

يوجد أحد العاملات في الريسبشن عندما حاولت تغيير الغرفة بسبب رائحة الدخان المنبعثة من الغرفة المقابلة تحججت بأن كل الغرف محجوزة مع العلم أني حجزت غرفة لغير المدخنين والفندق يوجد به غرف غير مسكونة بآخرين .

Ask for a more quiet room if you want some more peace. It can be quite noisy as it is so close to bangla road.

Konumu çok iyi, plaja yürüme mesafesinde, Jungceylon gibi alışveriş merkezine çok yakın (her ihtiyacınızı, yemek içmekten, giyime kadar bulmak mümkün). Bangla Street'in hemen yanıbaşında. Odalar ferah ve geniş, klimanın konumlandırılması (yatağın üzerine doğru üflemiyor), temizlik iyi ve her gün yapılıyor. Çamaşır yıkama ve ütüleme hizmeti (gündüz saat 16:00 ya kadar verdiğiniz çamaşırları sonraki gün öğleden sonra teslim ediyorlar. Ücreti de makul ) Odada cattle ve kahve var. (kullanmasam da olması güzel) .Her gün kişi başı yarım litre su bırakılıyor.

Gece geç saatlere kadar süren cadde gürültüsü. Bu arada otelde daha önce kaldığım başka odalar caddeye uzaktı ve gürültü sorunu yaşamamıştım, bu sıkıntı hangi odada kaldığınız ile alakalı. Plaj havlusu verilmesinden vazgeçilmiş (pandemi öncesi gelişimde veriliyordu)

Good budget hotel, great location for shopping and Bangla road. Basic but comfy rooms. I have stayed several times because of the location.

The owner lives there with about 5 small yappy dogs (no pets policy) and they barked all night when guests arrived back!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un intero mese e l'esperienza è stata eccellente. La struttura è nuovissima e situata in una posizione centralissima, ideale per godersi Phuket. La camera è moderna e molto curata: climatizzazione perfetta, un materasso nuovo e comodissimo e una Smart TV da 55 pollici davvero bella. Un grande punto a favore è il Wi-Fi, che funziona benissimo in tutta la struttura, cosa fondamentale per un soggiorno lungo. Ma ciò che rende speciale questo posto è lo staff: tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile con noi, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Très insatisfait(e). Suite à ma réservation au C&N Hôtel à Patong du 17/04/2026 au 02/04/2026 (2 chambres), mon expérience a été totalement inacceptable. L’hôtel ne correspondait absolument pas à la description : situé au bout d’une impasse inquiétante, avec une forte odeur désagréable, des chambres vétustes, une salle de bain minuscule sans séparation, et une vue déplorable. Face à ces conditions, nous avons été contraints de quitter immédiatement l’établissement et de réserver un autre hôtel en urgence, ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires importants. J’ai fait une réclamation auprès du service client, restée sans réponse à ce jour. Ce manque total de suivi est inadmissible et démontre un réel manque de considération pour les clients. Je suis donc extrêmement mécontent(e) de mon expérience, tant concernant l’établissement proposé que la gestion de mon dossier par le service client.
