Слабая анимация. Уборщица номеров отказывалась подождать 5 минут, чтобы мы покинули номер и уходила, возвращась толькл на следующий день. Не хватило оладушек на завтраках)

The rooms are nice and clean with air conditioning which made a huge difference as it was very hot The staff are super friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them Great place for families with kids

Absoluement rien que je ne recommande ! Très grosse déception. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles. Les chambres sont très vieillissantes, mal entretenues et le confort est quasiment inexistant. La nourriture est très moyenne, peu variée et de qualité passable. Nous avons payé environ 160 € la nuit et le rapport qualité-prix est catastrophique. Les photos et les avis ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité que nous avons trouvée sur place.

Piscine sale, plage privée aucun confort, la navette est partie avant l’heure, nourriture passable, chambre bas de gamme. Vraiment esprit camping heuresement nous avions pris seulement 2 nuits je ne serais pas resté plus longtemps. Avant ça nous avons séjourné au ASI pegasos club et Q Ella beach que je vous recommande +++++

Dream of Side - небольшой уютный отель с очень вкусной разнообразной едой, душевным внимательным персоналом и зеленой красивой территорией. Мы отдыхали семьей с 29.06.26 -08.07.26 трое взрослых ( мы с мужем и дочь 19 лет) и дети 11 и 6 лет. Бронировала через Booking family room. В описании номера  было написано, что номер 16 м2, но как-будто двухкомнатный, в одной комнате двухспальная кровать, а во второй совсем малюсенькой только двухярусная кровать и стол. По фото было непонятно, после бронирования я уточнила этот момент, что действительно ли номер двухкомнатный, ответили что да. Прибыли мы в отель около 11 утра и хотя заселение в 14.00 нас заселили сразу. Планировалось, что младший будет спать с нами, но нам дали более просторный семейный номер , 23м2, где во второй комнате кроме двухярусной кровати был еще и диван. Это было очень мило, спасибо большое!) Номер был просто отличный! Большой, просторный , с двумя балконами. Один выходил на наш бассейн, а второй на бассейн соседнего отеля. Со стороны нашего бассейна было днем шумно, иногда играла громкая музыка, но нам это совсем не мешало, с другой же стороны всегда было тихо. В спальне есть маленький телевизор, как раз шел чемпионат мира по футболу и мы смотрели на нем игры по турецкому каналу. Были также немецкие и российские каналы. Чайника в номере нет, но есть 2 стакана. Есть вода в бутылках и каждый день ее количество пополняют. В отзывах многие писали, что матрасы очень жесткие. Это правда, но если бы я заранее об этом не читала, то и не обратила бы внимание. Спали мы отлично, так что это абсолютно не доставляло нам какого-то дискомфорта. Всё белье белоснежное и чистое. Вместо одеял - тонкие покрывала, как вафельное полотенце. Но было также одно тяжелое как верблюжье одеяло, которое старший сын накидывал на себя сверху, так как привык, что одеяло должно быть тяжелым.

Дружелюбный персонал,приятная атмосфера, отель превзошел наши ожидания. Люди очень стараются, за небольшие деньги предлагают вполне комфортные условия и нормальную еду. Пляж в 20 минутах ходьбы, имеется развозка - всех желающих отвезут и даже в неурочное время. Рекомендую если у вас не завышенные ожидания. Спасибо всему персоналу за добросовестную работу!

Все хорошо ,главное стараться не снижать планку

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги! Номер достаточно большой, есть диван и журнальный столик помимо кроватей. Большой балкон. Питание по системе все включено - не огромной выбор, но есть по 2-3 вида мяса и гарниров, а также много овощей. Автобус до пляжа. Воду каждый день в номер ставили!

Коктейли в баре входили в стоимость проживания, но сотрудники видимо совсем новые и каждый готовил коктейли как умеет, не всегда получалось хорошо. Но это мелочи!

Jeg bestilte rom uten frokost, men kjøpte lunsj fra buffeen, som var absolutt bra nok for meg. Utrolig hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Meget pent rom med store vinduer som gjorde rommet lyst og trivelig. Sentral beliggenhet, og kun en liten spasertur til gamlebyen i Side. Jeg bor gjerne der igjen, og anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste😁

Madrassene var veldig harde, og gjorde at min stive rygg ble enda stivere. Ikke alltid varmt vann i dusjen.

Всё было прекрасно! Большое спасибо за отдых! Номер комфортный и чистый, ежедневная уборка. Отличный очень большой бассейн с прекрасной горкой. Вкусная и разнообразная еда в ресторане, отличный алкоголь в баре. Отзывчивый персонал. Красивая цветущая территория, сад с плетеной ротанговой мебелью, с подсветкой. Отличный быстрый вай-фай. Трансфер на пляж и с пляжа по удобному времени, очень частый. Очень ответственный водитель: всех позовёт и соберёт. Смотритель пляжа тоже очень ответственный, как пчелка, постоянно убирается на пляже, следит за урнами и шезлонгами. На пляже кофе, соки, приятно посидеть даже просто. Сам пляж чудесный, мягкий песок, чистое море, пологий вход, шезлонгов всем хватает. До античного города и набережной недалеко, гуляли там каждый день. Девушки -администраторы очень приветливые. Директор вежливый, отзывчивый и очень гостеприимный. Большое спасибо за отдых!

A small and picturesque hotel located close to both the sea and the historic Old Town. Great value for money with friendly and helpful staff. This is not a party hotel – no loud guests or disturbances, which made for a very relaxing stay.

One thing to note is that there is no alcohol or food service on the beach

The staff went the extra mile all the time and made sure everything we asked was attended to.

Under the beds needed a good clean and on top of the wardrobes.

Food was a little boring chicken every day gets a little boring

Quiet hotel. Good food. Polite staff. Sandy beach and convenient entry into the sea a bit far from the hotel but a bus runs every hour. Nice pool with a slide. Daily cleaning of the room. Not far from supermarkets. Good Wi-Fi for Extra charge but also possible to have a free one next to reception . Well working air conditioner.

The meals were abundant, there was always enough food, and the food itself was good. The staff is very welcoming, and makes sure to pick up the finished plates. There is a bar where you can order cola/sparkling water, and after around 8pm they make cocktails for free. There were shows for children and adults. Our room had a huge balkony, and was well cleaned every day. The AC was quite powerful for our 40 degrees heat. The towels are changed every 2 days. There is a good wi-fi in the lobby, and on the beach (but I believe the beach one was just being set up when I was there, so you need to ask if it works or not)

I wish there were labes on food in the restaurant. I have fish allergy and accidentally ate the salad which had Tuna in it. Hard to anticipate it. There was a paid wi-fi option in the rooms, but unfortunately, it's only for 1 device, and the reception in the room was lackluster. However, on the balcony it worked perfectly. I didn't really like the local massage service. The massager was unwelcoming, didn't ask for a feedback, and the session lasted 45 minutes instead of 60. For 45 euros it's very disappointing.

The room was cleaned every day it’s nice , but there was no choice of food very basic so with kids we have to go some at the evening eat outside, it was an old-style hotel with old-fashioned rooms. The TV showed basic channels. You don't have to expect much for such a price. The location is good, the minibus takes you to the private beach every day and brings you back. We stayed for 12 nights, so the food was really boring. There is no iron, when I asked for an iron I was accused that I have iron for to long . Basically, all people are Russians and Germans. There is no ice for a child in such heat. I play on the field like it's from the nineties. I think you can find better.

Buildings clean and well maintained. Swimmingpool and gardens the same. Friendly and helpful staff.

The beds are very hard. Should be an option to have available softer matresses to put on top if the guests wish so. Info about this option could be available at the reception.

I just came back from vacations in Side and I am so glad I chose Dream of Side. The staff was nice and helpful, very friendly. The room service was every day. The beds were comfortable, and rooms and bathrooms were spacious, which is rare even for more expensive hotels. The drinks in the bar were good quality. Side Oldtown can be reached by walking within less than 20 minutes. There is in the hotel hamam and massage service, which I used 3 times during my 1-week stay. The masseur is a real professional who helped me with my problem and gave advice for the future on what I can do to get rid of the problem. The hotel beach is clean and being taken care of by cheerful guy Asaf. On the beach, you can order hot drinks(tea or coffee) and water. I will miss this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

So far, there is nothing that I particularly didn't like, but just a note, there are a lot of cats living in the hotel territory (which I loved, they were cute) but I did;t notice any place for them to get food and water, maybe would be nice to organise some spot for them, so they wouldn't have to walk around cafeteria and ask for food from people who eat there? Free WiFi was not possible to use, it was disconnecting each minute.

You get what you pay for. The pool was lovely (but busy). Staff was nice

Water pressure in the shower was low, the water was either burning hot or cold, mixing was not possible. The finishing touches were not nice, looked very cheap. Wi-Fi is for 3eur/day - I still consider it cheap, as you get a lot for your money Beach and centre is 2km away

I stayed at a hotel where they graciously offered me a complimentary upgrade to a spacious family room (two-bedroom apartment). The quality of the meals provided was quite satisfactory, and the hotel staff diligently cleaned my room on a daily basis, ensuring fresh towels and bed linen were provided every two days. The beach at the hotel was truly magnificent, boasting pristine sand and crystal-clear water. However, it's worth noting that the facilities available directly on the beach were somewhat limited, as one might expect. On a positive note, the Temple of Apollo was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, allowing for easy visits at any time.

The staff was amazing, always ready to help. I also have to mention about the food, chef was great.

Rooms need renovation, at least some of them. Also beach, at least a small bar for soft drinks, at least at least water.

The people working here are super nice and kind (the restaurant staff, massage guy, a beach attendant who helped to push our stroller in the sand, a receptionist who helped with our room issues). Loved the garden around, the beach, adult and kiddo swimming pools, tasty meals, walking distance to the beach, shopping area, old city. Their massage therapist was awesome (we all did 1 hour full body massages several times during our stay and loved it)! Fenced private territory with security cameras.

1. The 1st floor rooms have ant problems. We were put into the first floor room and there was a full multi-lane highway of ants in the bathroom next to the door. Our parents lived in the first floor room in another building as well and also had ant problems! Also in our room there was no lock in the balcony door, just an empty hole where the lock should be. We were promised many times our issues will be fixed soon, but that never happened. After a couple of days they moved us to another room on the top floor, and there were no ants, but it also a hole instead of a lock in the balcony door (we didn’t mind it that much, since one can’t access it as easily from the outside as the first floor balcony). The lock on the other balcony door (there are two in each room) broke down on us during the last day, the metal tongue just broke and fell out of it. 2. Their bathroom fixtures are very basic and easily breakable (the toilet clogs all the time, and the shower has a hairline difference between the hot and cold water). Cleaning crew could definitely do better. They didn’t remove the clogs in the toilet, their cleaning routine was just flush it once without cleaning anything and leave the clog be. They only sweeped the floors and actually mopped them only once during our stay, didn’t always empty the trash can full of dirty diapers. 3. We ordered a crib for our toddler (same as our friends for their toddler), but neither of us got one. We were promised that it will be provided as soon as one frees up from other tenants, but never received one during more than a week of our stay. 4. There are fixed meal times. Breakfast starts at 7:30am - 9:45am and they don’t allow you to grab anything but coffee from a coffee machine until it starts (which is an inconvenience, since we had early excursions on some days and early trips to the beach before the sun starts to be scorchingly hot). Lunch is 12:30pm-2pm and dinner is 7pm-9pm.

This is a very good three star hotel for family vacation. The food is great, there is abundance of choices (all incluse), the apartments are spacious and clean and there is daily cleaning and change of towels. The pools and the entertainment are very good for kids and adults as well, and there is night entertainment every second night (belly dancing, magicians, etc...) There are activities for kids at the evening which is great as well. The beach is approximately 1km by foot but there is a small bus going on the hour every hour. The beach is also very clean, there are umbrellas and sunbeds and it was not crowded at all. Also the hotel is located near the city centar and the old Town and everything is walking distance.

- The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and one of the terrace doors would open by itself and was not fixed during our stay. - The minibus can be crowded. - Housekeeping could barge into the room so if you are in the room better to put sign do not disturb.

They had cleaned the room daily

There is a terrible smell coming from the toilet, the curtains have stains on it and also the bed sheets. No kettle in the room , no beach towels and rvery two days food is same.

Excellent housekeeping. Very spacious family rooms with balcony and sofas. Convenient pools for children (with a canopy) and adults. Drinks (tea/coffee/juice) are available at any time. Convenient territory with a playground (trampoline, slides, swings). Table tennis. Relaxation areas.

Not much variety of food, long queues for food. A cramped and uncomfortable van that takes you to the sea.
