The staff. No housekeeping in 4 days and language was a big barrier. No one understands English. I do understand its not their language so have to give them benefit of doubt, but they didn’t seem too helpful.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025The staff were amazing and very attentive. I received a free upgrade because of my relatively long stay. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped beyond any apartment I have ever booked and the apartments were generally spacious. It was easy to cook and relax in the apartment. The location was also convenient and close to malls and restaurants.
