Reviewed Oct 24, 2025ما كملت الاقامة اتصل بي موظف الاستقبال المصري وكان زعلان لأن حجزت من الموقع تقريبا الساعة واحدة الفجر ورفض دخولي وطلب مني الحظور بعد الساعه السادسة صباحا وأنا مسافر وصلت متأخر وتاريخ حجزي صحيح مئة بالمئة ولكن اخر مره ان شاءالله اسكن بفندق موظف الاستقبال يكون فيه مصري

للامانه لما دخلت الغرفه كانت رائحتها دخان ممزوج بعطر والرائع استمرّت حتى طلعت من الفندق ما راحت نهائيا الأثاث قديم ومتهالك والسرير كان جزء منه محروق

The attitude of receptionist was very bad. We reached there 2pm as mentioned in the check in time . He told us to come back at 4 pm . We came back again at 4 pm and he was not ready to give aminities like bath towel , cheppal etc . Very worst experience

Stays for 2 Nights, room service Didn't come for Room setup / Cleaning for next day. Old Television.. Egyptian Receptionist wasn't helpful, refuses that they don't have the same room type, upon complaining to management he gave us the room. Because he already reserved for someone. how can booking.com confirm us the property if its not available with the hotel.
