When I made the booking, I requested an extra cot for my one-year-old son, and it was clearly stated that it would be provided free of charge. However, the hotel only provided an old mattress covered with a piece of cloth, which was not suitable for a baby. The hotel then informed me that I would need to pay an additional SAR 50 for a proper cot/bed, despite it being included free of charge in my booking.

شطاف احدى دورات المياه ضعيف الازعاج صوت الشارع لكن تمكنت من النوم رغم اصوات السيارات الكنبات اللي ف الصاله وحده منهم مكسوره لايوجد مايكرويف داخل الشقق

قمت بالحجز منذ مدة طويلة عن وقت الحجز ولكن بعد تأكيد الحجز عبر بوكينق قام المضيف بتغيير التسعيرة وإرسال بريد إلكتروني أن هناك خطأ من بوكينق بالتسعير ثم بعد ذلك وعند قرب موعد تسجيل الدخول قام المضيف بإلغاء الحجز دون تعويض يذكر سواء من بوكينق أو من المضيف سافرت كثير داخل وخارج المملكة العربية السعودية وحجزت كثير وعبر تطبيقات كثير ولكن أول مرة يحصل معي كذا!!
