La piscine était verte, l'hébergement très sale avec moussisure, porte qui ferme mal, rideau autour du lit noir de saleté, nous ne sommes pas resté. Les photos de l'établissement sur booking.com doivent daté de très longtemps car l'endroit était délabrée. Nous avons annulé la réservation et avons dû payer une nuit pour rien.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Abipraya and would happily return again! The room was lovely and had everything I needed. The bed was a little squeaky, but it was very comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and having a fridge, TV and beautiful bathtub was a great bonus. The outdoor area was easily a 10/10! 🌴😍 Everything was so beautiful, colourful and thoughtfully arranged. The gardens and surrounding areas were extremely well maintained, creating such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was also really nice, although the banana-shaped pool couches could probably do with a little upgrade. Breakfast had a fairly limited selection, but honestly, I was more than happy with the choices available and always found something I enjoyed. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming, and their service really made me feel comfortable and looked after. The location is fantastic — you're close to pretty much everything. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, with some absolutely amazing food around the area. 🍜🍹 A little word of advice: be careful when walking around Ubud, especially at night. Some of the roads are very narrow and can get extremely busy. Also keep an eye out for the open drainage channels along the sides of the roads, as they can be quite dangerous, particularly when it's dark. There is so much to see and do around Ubud, and if you're into yoga, you'll be spoiled for choice with classes and studios everywhere. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Villa Abipraya. Beautiful surroundings, great location, friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully be back very soon! 😊🌴

Lovely, charming hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with daily housekeeping, and a beautiful view of the rice fields. Very good breakfast, a very comfortable bed, and an easy walk to central Ubud. Highly recommended!

I want to be honest and mention that there was a large construction site right next door, directly opposite my window. The noise started around 8 a.m. and continued throughout the day, with very loud banging. This is absolutely not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the peace and quiet of my stay.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Garten sehr schön, die Räume großzügig, das Personal zuvorkommend und die Lage optimal, um in die Hauptstraße zu gelangen.

Die Unterkunft ist total in die Jahre gekommen, der Safe war nicht zu gebrauchen, das Bad war kaum gereinigt und unhygienisch, die Matratze durchgelegen, die Rezeption kaum besetzt.

Das Zimmer war muffig, wir musste danach unsere Sachen zur Wäscherei bringen. Ausstattung war spärlich und die Dusche war kalt.

Very well located in the center of Ubud, close to all the main points of interest! It’s so beautiful—you would never imagine from the outside that there could be such a lovely place with rice fields right in the middle of the city. The small pool is really pretty, with a nice view, and it’s so relaxing! Staff is really nice

The breakfast options are limited, but nice.

Petit établissement calme composé de pavillons dans un agréable jardin. A chaque pavillon correspond une chambre. On se situe à un quart d'heure à pied du Palace. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. La rue qui mène à l'hôtel est difficile pour les piétons (comme partout à Bali !) Déco vintage (ou vieillotte, selon les goûts), salle de bain simple, chambre vaste et agréable (où il n'y a pas de chaises) Personnel sympathique mais pas toujours efficace

Un bassin fait office de piscine. Son eau avait une couleur suspecte. Explication officielle : l'eau municipale qui l'approvisionne est polluée. Durant mon séjour (six jours) personne ne s'y est baigné L'organisation du petit déjeuner est catastrophique. On attend très longtemps et on vous sert ce que vous n'avez pas commandé. J'ai fini par prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur. Il manque sans doute un manager pour mettre un peu d'ordre. J'ai demandé à parler à celui-ci mais on m'a répondu qu'il vivait... à Jakarta !

La estancia en general fue muy buena. La habitación es bastante amplia, está bien equipada y la cama es francamente cómoda. Además, la ubicación es excelente, situada en una zona con muchísima oferta de restaurantes y locales para comer.

Como aspecto a mejorar, una de las noches se pusieron a hacer trabajos de mantenimiento en el bungalow contiguo y estuvieron hasta las 23:00 (tuvimos que llamar para preguntar cuándo terminaban porque madrugábamos al día siguiente para una excursión). ​Nota para futuros viajeros: Una noche escuché el canto de un gecko (algo totalmente normal y ajeno al hotel al estar en este entorno), pero recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos si tenéis el sueño muy ligero.

Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas mieux entretenues : portes et murs sales , sol de la douche et sanitaires encrassés ou tachés comme les revêtements des meubles, Rideaux et moustiquaires qui devraient être lavés.

This hotel accommodation was rated by your company as a superior hotel but it was of poor standard the rooms were run down and unclean mosquito are a concern and the pool was dirty and unusable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the property was appalling and the road leading into the town was very dangerous.

The cottage’s require an upgrade they are in disrepair and unclean. This is like hostel accommodation and your site advertised it has a $280 AUD per night reduced to $80 AUD on special. I will now will not trust your company booking.com as you falsely advertised.

La camera era quella assegnata da Booking, ma le foto erano molto ingannevoli in quanto rappresentavano una luminosità e una pulizia che effettivamente non abbiamo trovato, il bagno era estremamente umido e pieno di muffa, a ogni doccia si allagava. Colazione alle 7:30, la ordiniamo con l’escursione prenotata alle 8:00, ci è stata servita dopo mezz’ora e mangiata al volo prima di uscire. Non ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare colazione un po’ prima delle 7:30.

La chambre n'est pas propre, les insectes envahissent tout (fourmis et autres minusculeries), on a même eu une grenouille dans la douche. Les moustiquaires mérites un bon décrassage et la chambre un bon rafraîchissement. Les serviettes de bain sont tachées, les draps de lit aussi, le robinet est branlant, le wc brun au fond, les prises de courant ont même créer un court circuit.

L’emplacement, décoration extérieure .

Très sale , rien est entretenu. Toilettes qui fuient , douche bouchée, trou dans le canapé , sol qui se décolle , saleté des murs , des toilettes et j’en passe, lumière qui tient avec de la ficelle , personnel qui fume à l’accueil devant les clients …

I want to make wake up call to management. What was wrong: no active room cleaning, only on request. Insufficient towels, when asked then the next days again too little towels. Windows and doors with wide openings, not closing fully, allowing insects to get in room.paint in room and bathroom loosening. Bath with fake tap so no options to choose temperature..... A lot of employees bur service below average and good management clearly missing. Saw most of thema hanging around. What was average: breakfast. Although, you had to order the day before, no gefilmd for coffee even, Quality average at most... Place needs stronger management, strong renovation of suites and customer friendliness training for full staff.

Veramente di tutto il mio viaggio a Bali è l’unica struttura dove non tornerei,dietro le casette c’è una palude,una vecchia risaia allagata che di notte si riempie di gechi,impossibile dormire,mi dispiace molto di questa brutta recensione,lo staff è stato accogliente.

Zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu 3 raz przez ostatnie 4 lata. Poprzednie pobyty były bardzo udane, pokoje były czyste i dobrze utrzymane. Tym razem mój pokój praktycznie rozpadał się na moich oczach plus straszny brud w każdym kącie, a łazienka to już jakiś kosmos. W nocy z łazienki zaczął wydobywać się okropny smród kanalizacji, praktycznie nie dało się wytrzymać w pokoju. Ponadto nie działała spłuczka w toalecie. Kamień i brud pod prysznicem, jakby nigdy nie był czyszczony. Opadające ze ściany listwy. Dramat. Właściciele powinni zadbać o wymianę popsutych lub zużytych elementów, a nie zostawiać je w takim stanie, aż same się rozpadną. Za taką cenę oczekuję się więcej. Kiedyś polecałem to miejsce, natomiast teraz radzę omijać szerokim łukiem.

The location was good; easy to walk to the centre of Ubud. The room was a good size. As always in Bali the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was poorly maintained: 1. It wasn’t clean. There was a collection of dead mozzies in all the lights; paintwork was dirty in places; the bedding didn’t feel clean; we were only given one old bath towel each. 2. The water in the bathroom didn’t run very well; the tap in the sink had a constant stream and the toilet cistern didn’t fill up properly. At times the water in the cistern came out black. The shower didn’t run properly; we were unable to shower for 2 days because the water wouldn’t run. We reported it to the staff and they did send maintenance out the same day but it took them all day to sort it. They had to fix some pipes outside and when they came in to test the taps the water came out black. I’m sure the bad water contributed to my partner getting ill. 3. We felt we couldn’t relax in the room because of the sense of the room being unclean and the lack of running water in the bathroom. 4. The swimming pool had mould in the bottom of it - you wouldn’t want to get in ! 5. It definitely felt like whoever was running the hotel wanted to manage costs because of the poor maintenance and breakfast was made to order - you could only select 3 items, so if you wanted juice and tea or coffee that was 2 of your items gone !

The pool was under renovation and we could use so they did compensation for floating baskter breakfast . Very p polite staff and clean place, Pancake was amazing

Staff was very polite but oversmart and place was over priced! We got a free baby coat and more clean pool place few streets away with half price !

Hotel tres bien placé au centre d Ubud et au calme. Personnel tres gentil. Bon petit-dejeuner. Prix de la chambre tres interessant pour Ubud.

Notre chambre etait spacieuse mais vraiment vieillissante. Les photos donnent bien meilleure impression que la realité. On avait beaucoup de mal à fermer la porte à clé. Lit peu confortable. Salle de bain ok mais vraiment sans plus (baignoire en plastique).

Tiene buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento y servicial. Se puede ver una espectacular salida del sol desde la piscina que tienen. Desayuno muy bien. Tener en cuenta que se escuchan muchísimo muchísimo las ranas y los sapos por la noche, a nosotros no nos molestaba.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza, sobre todo la limpieza del baño, detrás de la puerta habían muchísimas hormigas muertas, madera mordida por las hormigas, también había el plástico de una cuchilla de depilar (no barrieron bien). El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba y el tapón tampoco y se veía muy sucia.

Pulizie al interno del bungalow fatte in maniera approssimativa,piastrelle del bagno molto sporche,la risaia al esterno è un cumulo di paglia, colazione molto stringata.

Camera stupenda, spaziosa con una sala da bagno che comprendeva doccia e una vasca idromassaggio. Piscina deliziosa e qualche sdraio per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi durante le ore più calde. Ragazzi dello staff tutti carini.

De kamers hebben enorme achterstand in onderhoud. Als je net je kamer op komt denk je dit is geen 4 sterren hotel maar max 2. We hebben zelfs de foto’s op Booking erbij gepakt om te kijken of het wel klopt. Laten we zeggen de foto’s zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Onbijt hebben we hier niet gedaan zijn elders gaan onbijten.

Zona molto tranquilla, vicina alle vie principali ma molto silenziosa, cosa fondamentale ad Ubud. Bellissimo giardino.
