Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The location was perfect as I was staying for an Afcon game. The tram is a 1 minute walk away and it takes at most 10 minutes by tram to get to Rabat Ville Train station which is how I connected. The hotel is also 1 tram stop or 5 minute walk away from the stadium Al Medina and a large shopping centre which was amongst the reason of my decision to stay here. It has a function kitchen but I only needed to use the fridge. It has utensils to use however. Breakfast in the sky lounge was reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and there were chairs and small desks in the room and living room. OLM Souissi (park) is a 15 minute walk away which is where the fanzone is located.
The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell I assume coming from the drain so I closed the door. I do feel compared to my stay in Casablanca that this hotel was overpriced. I think if the prices were reversed it would have made sense to me but it worked for the night.
