Saya telah meletak deposit RM50 dan tidak dipulangkan atas alasan my room berbau rokok.saya suruh staff dapatkan bukti puntung rokok dan habuk rokok dari bilik saya kerana asap boleh jadi datang dari udara ke bilik saya hujung sekali. Ini tidak dibuktikan, dan saya tetap gagal mendapat deposit saya kembali. Staff hanya memesan tidak boleh merokok tanpa bgtau kalau ADA BAU ASAP ROKOK DRPOSIT TAK DIKEMBALIKAN? tapi adakah dia nampak saya merokok? Ada signage denda merokok RM250. Kenapa tidak denda saya kalau betul merokok hanya sebab bau ASAP ROKOK! ..denda dan pulangkan deposit RM50 saya. Adakah INI CARA MUDAH HOTEL MENDAPATKAN DUIT CUSTOMER??? Saya SANGAT TIDAK PUAS HATI TENTANG PERKARA INI ! SAYA HARAMKAN !

The staff in charge on 22/7/2025 a man then a young lady When I informed the the guy there is no water since 4.00am and his response that they turn off the water pump which it is ridiculous statement.i informed them second time,this time with the young lady,the lady seems trying to solve the matter but she just suggested me to use other bathroom.No apologies from them at all.Thus when I checked out they do not give me any discount!

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Location was strategic, Near the pasar and most kopitiam. Near to the mosque where you can find a good breakfast there (Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah).
The aircond is not cold but the team managed to changed room for us. The reception was quite good. Only technical team need to have a bit smile when communicating with guest.

The 'boss' or owner, not so sure, not helping at all and very condescending while talking to me. . Paying no attention and offering no solution. No apology given, just a plain and rude undertone while talking.
