The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. It has it's own sandy beach where the water is very clean and clear. We went from 6 to 10 September 2026 and when we sat by the pool, had it too ourselves for certain periods of the day. The town of Sperlonga is about a 10 minutes taxi ride and well worth visiting.

Breakfast is fine, there is a decent lunch menu but the evening dining room isn't great for vegetarians (although there is just about enough choice).

Excellent restaurant, and the pool and beach facilities were superb.

The bathroom was very dated. The bed was like sleeping on a snooker table, very, very hard.

Tutto il resto! Prezzi eccessivi, spiaggia praticamente inesistente, stanza piccola, stile vecchio e non curato nei dettagli, doccia semi rotta, aria condizionata malfunzionante, 4 stelle con una tariffa media di 800 euro notte ad agosto e’ fuori ogni logica qualsiasi recensione positiva. Mi dispiace ma location e panorama meriterebbero molto di più

A lovely hotel, great food, very good service, a wonderful provite beach area and very nice, very clean and well appionted rooms. The only reason for missing an 'Excellence' is that they do not have Irons in the rooms and no communal Ironing area, so any cloths pressing has to be paid for. Apart from that, this hotel is great.

We had the most AMAZING 7 night stay at Grand Hotel Le Rocce!! The staff was so wonderful, welcoming and kind! The front desk arranged private drivers for us on 2 different days for day trips. The included breakfast was fabulous every morning and so were all the choices for lunch. The gourmet dinners were fresh and high quality. We swam in the ocean every day and the water temperature was perfect and the cove makes the water shallow enough to swim out quite far. Be prepared for all the stairs. From the beach to our room we counted 247 stairs! Believe me though….it was worth every single step!!

The hotel property is stunning in the most amazing location. The restaurant was phenomenal with the best lasagna anyone in our group had ever had. The views!!! The beach will take your breath away because of its beauty, clear waters, and setting, along with all the stairs leading to it.

The showers were so small.

We stayed 5 nights in a Superior room with sea view and balcony. Everything was perfect. The location and the views are magnificent from everywhere. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast, lunch (beach bar), and dinner at the restaurant Terrazza degli Ulivi were all great. We had an aperitivo at the main bar on the terrace on our first evening after a long trip and it was the best way to unwind. The room and bathroom are spacious and very well kept. Great beach service included chairs, umbrella and towels. Parking is very convenient. Perfect location to visit Gaeta and Sperlonga. The landscaping and maintenance of the property really add to the beauty of the area.

Mücken, Standort weil man zu Fuß nichts rauslaufen kann man ich auf einen Fahrzeug angewiesen, Fitnessstudio könnte gerne besser ausgestattet sein.

This was genuinely my favorite place I've ever stayed! Even better than the pictures show. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were well kept and gorgeous, and the food was delicious! I also definitely recommend getting a massage or facial at the wellness spa. It was the best relaxing vacation & we will be back.

Penso che la discesa a mare rimane pericolosa senza una scala con scogli scivolosi, inoltre la struttura non ha ascensori ed è difficile trovare sia il ristorante che la discesa mare facendo tanta fatica ,quindi nn e x niente piacevole

Our stay at Grand Hotel Le Rocce from June 14–16 (2026) was simply fantastic. We have traveled extensively around the world and stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this is one of those rare places that truly leaves a lasting impression. From my very first contact with the hotel regarding our service dog, Stella, the team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were receptive to the fact that Stella is a certified service animal while also emphasizing the importance of ensuring that all guests could enjoy their stay comfortably. Their professionalism and thoughtful approach immediately gave us confidence that we had chosen the right place. Upon arrival, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the staff was polite, attentive, and professional. Nothing ever felt forced it was simply natural, warm hospitality at its best. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. I can honestly compare it to some of the finest hotels and destinations we have visited, including Capri and Porto Cervo. The setting is breathtaking, and the views are spectacular. Our room was located at the very top of the property on a corner (Room 315), and the view was nothing short of extraordinary. Every morning and evening felt like looking at a painting. The sunsets were among the most beautiful we have ever experienced. We also had dinner at Terrazza dell'Olivo, the hotel's restaurant, and both the food and service were outstanding. Combined with the incredible panoramic views, it was easily one of the highlights of our stay and, in our opinion, the best dining experience on the property. By the end of our visit, we felt both incredibly happy to have discovered this special place and genuinely sad to leave. We will most certainly return. We visit Rome frequently, and now we know that just two hours away a little piece of heaven awaits. Grand Hotel Le Rocce is the perfect escape from the city, a hidden gem that offers beauty, relaxation, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories. Je to naprosto neuvěřitelné místo opravdu vyjimečný zážitek a stojí za to ho navštívit a užít si ten velký komfort. Budete si tam připadat jako celebrita o kterou je perfektně pečováno od rána do večera o což se postará vždy usměvavý a velmi profesionální personál, který je všude tam kde je ho potřeba. Služby jsou opravdu nadstandardní. Jídlo stále k dispozici na velmi vysoké úrovni v rozmanitém výběru. Romantika doslova na každém Vašem kroku. V okolí hnízdí ve skalách nad mořem rackové. Trochu jsme se museli zorientovat ve spletitém terénu, který je v různých úrovních nad mořem zajímavě a chytře propojený venkovními cestičkami v kombinaci s možnostmi procházet uvnitř jednotlivými budovami ale i to je zajímavou součástí pobytu. Je tam hodně velké výškové převýšení od pláže dole po recepci a parkoviště úplně nahoře které musíte zvládnout pěšky / nejsou tam žádné výtahy / není možné se pohybovat po areálu jinak než po vlastních nohách pěšky kde je dost schodů vzhledem k výškovým rozdílům tohoto místa a tak se dostat dolů na pláž, což je nutné vědět v případě že nejste úplně v dobré kondici ale to je již zcela patrné i z charakteru místa samotného. Pro běžnou osobu dokonce i děti to není žádná výrazná překážka nejedná se o nic náročného. Restaurace jsou na několika krásných místech důmyslně různě umístěné podle potřeby tam kde je to potřeba a je radost si dát na jakémkoli tomto místě něco dobrého. Snídaně překonali veškerá naše očekávání TAKHLE DOBŘE JSME SE JEŠTĚ NIKDE NEMĚLI. Večeře dokonalé a na vysoké úrovni je i obsluha Vše je absolutně čerstvé. Prostě ráj. PS: A ty poletující rackové a západy slunce...u večeře, to si prostě musíte vyfotit. Jako my.

The property is so well maintained. Staff, led by Fabio, is unparalleled. Built in the 70’s. This is a Grand Dame of properties in the area.

Beautiful setting. Just like film set. Very charming staff that make you feel at home. Fantastic out door spaces to have dinner, sunbath, soak in the views, relax and have dinner or drink.

De kamer rook niet fris en dat kon men niet oplossen, de kamer had dringend een update nodig, de airco werkte niet naar behoren, het eten was niet wat we verwachten van een dergelijk prijzig hotel.

praticamente tutto perfetto. La posizione ne fa una piccola perla, il che è un grosso vantaggio, ma la struttura è a dir poco perfetta, e il personale sempre cortese e disponibile.

un solo piccolissimo appunto: nella palestrina, peraltro più che sufficiente, manca una lat-machine / ercolina. Ma è una cosa che ai più non interessa…

The location is absolutely amazing, a perfect, relaxing resort. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The cleaning was outstanding; everything felt spotless, and special congrats to the staff who work tirelessly all day long on those stairs. The views are breathtaking, and overall it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I totally recommend this place.

The location is simply spectacular. The views from the room and from the hotel's terraces are beautiful, peaceful, stunning.

We really enjoyed our stay, and we were happily surprised at the quality of the hotel given the room cost.

מלכתחילה לא רצינו מקום בתוך העיר אלא מחוץ לעיר וגם היינו עם רכב אז זה לא הפריע לנו. למקום יש חוף פרטי מהמם אמנם מצריך ירידה במדרגות אבל לנו זה לא הפריע. החדרים נקיים, ארוחת בוקר טובה סה״כ מעולה

This was a great 3 day holiday for us. It was calming and the staff was perfect - always with a smile in the reception, the restaurant and by the pool and beach. The resort itself was beautiful, the beach was amazing and the water even better. It was really everything we needed for our holiday. We want to come back!

Very clean, great staff, breath taking sea views all throughout the property. A heavenly piece of paradise in a seaside town.

Breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with multiple vistas and areas to take it all in. Staff is on point and more than willing to assist with anything you might need. From which train to take for a trip to Rome or where to have dinner in downtown Gaeta. Highly recommend this as a getaway

It’s a beautiful place

When I woke feeling ill with what turned out to be a fairly severe case of vertigo they weren’t super helpful. Luckily I had a friend who took me to hospital. I would have appreciated a little more help from the hotel - they didn’t offer a late checkout so I had to leave and find my own way to a local hospital - felt like they just wanted me out of the way…

Everything at this hotel will exceed your expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the view. The rooms have an old world charm and ours had a patio which invited the beauty of the Mediterranean into our room. Be careful for mosquitoes if you leave your doors open at night. They are more aggressive than an italian full of espresso on a scooter. We especially loved the beach. It was without a doubt one of the most beautiful we have seen and we live in Florida near a 100 beaches. We also loved the personality of the staff. This is not a tourist town so be prepared to practice some Italian. We loved spending time with Marinella who was so sweet and engaging. She loved spending time to learn some English while we were learning our italian. She is a charm and the resort is lucky to have her on their staff. The food in the restaurant never disappoints and the breakfast is more than you might expect. We loved the capresse sandwich with parma ham for lunch to the point that it was addictive. You have to ask for the white bread and parma version which I called Salvatore’s Sammy. Arrange for a round trip taxi for 30 euro to town and back to explore the restaurants in old town. We walked from split mountain into town which was worth the trip. Gaeta is a hidden gem and a more authentic experience of italy than you get from sorrento or Positano.

This hotel is simply stunning - the setting, the architecture, the views, the beach, the food, the staff...all superb.

The breakfast is very good and the staff service is kind.

The building we used to stayed in is made of stone, so it seems very cool in the summer, but it is a bit cold at night.
