Nice location near the beach, great view from the room, clean towels and fresh water every morning, very helpful and nice staff

It would be great to have a beach shower near the children playground to take a shower while the swimming pool is closed.

Расположение на 1 линии от моря и немного вдали от шумного центра пляжа дадунхай. Чисто в номерах, уборка каждый день, хорошие разнообразные завтраки. И еще: ищите по соседству с отелем ресторан Панда (5 минут пешком). Мы были в 4 городах Китая и много перепробовали. Но в этом ресторане самая вкусная еда!

Бассейн закрывается днем на большой перерыв (примерно с 12 до 16:00), пляж отличный, но в воду не пускают. В магазине на территории отеля (под рестораном где завтрак) обманывает продавец женщина, постоянно пытается обсчитать, накидывает цену на товары.

Всё было на высшем уровне. Не слушайте тех, кто пишет, что кусаются песчаные блохи - на самом деле это мошки кусаются, но они и там повсеместно и кусают совсем редко. Используя репелленты проблема решается.

На рецепшн сидят сонные мухи На завтраке из мяса только бекон и свиные пластилиновые сосиски, за 10 дней один раз были куриные сосиски и 2 раза рыбные фрикадельки Очень мало фруктов. В душевой течет вода по стене с верхнего этажа когда они принимают душ. Горничные не реагируют на табличку не беспокоить , звонят со своей уборкой, приходят не во время а именно когда возвращаются с моря и хочешь в душ или прилечь.

Отель очень удобно расположен к морю и к остальным лактациям. Обслуживание достойное у нас было всё отлично 👍

Хотелось бы уборку по лучше сделать, последние 3 дня полы не мыли и даже если мыли то очень плохо!!! Обратите на это внимание ‼️

Большой просторный двухкомнатной семейный номер с красивым видом на море и окрестности. Отзывчивый персонал - помогали в решение разных вопросов - за что отдельное спасибо. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак - на любой вкус. По количеству еды достаточно - постоянно пополняются блюда. Отличное местоположение отеля: море рядом, набережная и первая линия кафе, и до центра недалеко пешком (кафе, магазины), и рядом ТЦ Ананас, вокруг множество мелких магазинов и лавок. Очень рекомендую отель.

В лобби хотелось бы чуть больше кресел, где можно посидеть - это скорее придирка.

На этапе бронирования не учла, что вид из окна эконома может выходить во внутренний двор, чем и была огорчена при заезде. Но на ресепшене пошли навстречу и без доплат заменили номер на другой, с видом на море. Очень приятно такое отношение к гостям. Расположение: прямо у моря. Завтраки неплохие.

Близость к пляжу и бассейн неплохой

Отвратительный завтрак. Я на него не ходила. Лежаки на пляже есть, но на них лежат все кому не лень. Отель абсолютно не следит за этим. Полотенец для пляжа не дают. Нужно брать те что в номере для душа и потом на ресепшене заказывать смену. Бред просто. Уборка в номере отвратительная. Слой грязи на раковине никуда не делся на 3 дня. Такси попросили вызвать в аэропорт, цена 120, по обычной 60.

Содержимое и состояние номера, корпус В, 4 этаж прямой вид на море, до пляжа 150 м, постельное белье шикарное, все принадлежности для гигиены, мягкие белоснежные полотенца меняли каждый день, халаты, тапочки. Вызов такси в аэропорт (100 юаней) ночью. Рядом много вкусных кафе, массаж. Завтраки 50/50, больше под соотечественнитков заточены, хотя по составу были только русские. Бассейн хороший (дети там предпочитали). На море купаться можно только в отведенном буйками квадрате. Народу на пляже много. Пляж чистый, дежурит полиция и спасатели. Закат/рассвет с пляжа видны. Депозит не брали

Ремонтные работы с 6-8 утра в соседнем здании, звук отбойного молотка. За закрытыми окнами не слышно, с открытыми напрягало. Нет ни одного российского канала тв (родителям пенсионерам не хватало). К меню завтраков хотелось бы более ориентацию на россиян, которые 100% занимали весь объем посетителей ресторана.

Das Hotel in der Realität sieht ganz anders aus als auf Foto. Die Fotos hat mit diesem Hotel gar nichts zu tun. Das Hotel in der Realität ist ziemlich alt. Ganz schlimm Strand. Vom Hotel kommst du nicht direkt auf Strand durch, sondern man muss aus dem Hotel rauslaufen, und die Sandbetten auf Strand sind extrem dreckig und kaputt.

Die Zentral Lage

Die Bilder auf der Webseite sind verfälscht. Das Hotel in der Realität ist unheimlich alt und Überhaupt nicht schön. Das Hotel hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand.

The location is nice, right in front of the beach. The room was spacious enough and clean. The swimming pool is nice.

The staff at the reception was not friendly nor welcoming. The view from my room was ugly. The air-conditioning was really noisy so I preferred to sleep without it (opening the window was not an option since the room was right next to the hotel's boiler...even noisier).

Всё замечательно, местоположение классное, всё рядом рекомендую.

Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные, хотя можно выбрать что тебе нравится. Вид из номера на крышу здания буквально в 2 метрах.

Luksusowy pokój z balkonem w świetnej lokalizacji. Do tego pyszne śniadania. Zdecydowana większość gości hotelowych to Rosjanie. W pobliżu mnóstwo knajp, sklepów i nawet galeria handlowa w kształcie ananasa.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, pokój co dzienne sprzątany i wymieniane ręczniki, personel przyjazny i pomocny , blisko lotniska, przy pięknej plaży.

Останавливались в этом отеле когда переезжали из одной бухты в другую. Не понимаю восторженных отзывов!!! Отель очень старый. Номер, в принципе, за эту стоимость можно оценить на 4 из 5. Достаточно новый и чистый. Завтрак скудный, но что-нибудь найти можно. Бассейн открывается только в 10 утра, но мы даже не стали в нем плавать. На пляже шезлонги есть, позагорали совсем немного и нас покусали песчаные блохи. Значит, территория совсем не обрабатывается. Войти в море- квест проберись между людьми! Единственный плюс- расположение. Для этого мы и останавливались в этом отеле. Знала в какой отель едем, но ожидала немного большего. Фото приукрашены.

Практически все не понравилось.

Ondanks dat we wisten dat het hotel gedateerd was hebben we deze evengoeds geboekt. De reden was dat de 3 slaapkamer seaview ons aansprak qua ligging en grote. (3 badkamers, 4 wc's, ruime woonkamer met koelkast) Ontbijt was ok maar redelijk druk. Zeker tijdens een bui waardoor sommige tafels niet gebruikt konden worden omdat ze in de regen stonden of dat de overkapping van het terras lekte. Er is geen bar bij het hotel maar je loopt zo het strand op met allemaal strandtentjes met muziek 's avonds. (dj's, bands, of zingers). vergeet niet om 500 rmb (€62,50) cash mee te nemen voor de borg.

Niet de schuld van het hotel maar wil het toch melden. Je mag alleen zwemmen in bepaalde afgezette stukken in het water. Opzich ging het wel maar het kan redelijk druk worden. Waar we wel ontzettend van baalde was dat ze soms dat stuk ook uit het water haalden en dan mocht je er helemaal nergens in. Vanwege het slechte weer/hoge golven werd er dan gezegd. Wij vonden het zelf meevallen. Er is ook een zwembad bij het hotel wat de jongste wel leuk vond. Ik baalde dat er geen bar was maar ik mocht bier en wijn in de hotel supermarkt kopen en bij het zwembad drinken. Al met al zouden we zeker nog een keer dit hotel boeken als we weer gaan

Location, in 5 minutes you are on the beach with white sand. In China you can not swimm everywhere, there are certain areas where swimming is permited. The hotel is also near restaurantes and different shops. Our prefered restaurant was a local one- Lanzhou Ramen. In the hotel, if you scann one QR code and register, you will get a gift from the hotel, we have received two nice necklaces. They also leave you in the rook a little nice gift- the typical tea from the island Sanya. There is a medical center of CTM in the hotel.

Everyone in the hotel speaks Russian (the hotel seems to focus on clients from Russia), nobody English. WE have been using the Google translator. The European breakfast is very simple, no yogurt, every day the same fruits (2 kinds of melon), small restaurant for the number of people living there. Very dirty windows in the rooms. The hotel building is old. I wanted to book a paradise hotel on the beach but it is more like resort with plenty of guest. The swimming pool is extremly small and was always full of people. The gym is also very small. The photos are much better then the reality. I give only 5 points as I wanted a paradise hotel with spa and it was an old hotel, with poor breakfast.

Our room was very spacious, which was so handy with the toddler. The pool was right outside, but the noise was minimal. The breakfast had a great selection from Asian cuisine, lots of pastries, fresh fruit, stir fries, there was no cheese or yoghurt, only milk (soy and regular). We were very happy with it. The hotel is located right next to the beach, takes 5 minutes to reach the ocean.

I heard a lot of tourists being upset that the ocean was closed for swimming due to typhoon passing through recently. I am not fan of ocean swimming, so it did not affect my experience.

The hotel is really wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The best vacation we had for a very very long time.

Very convenient access to Sanya, 10min Taxi drive to one of the main night markets. Direct access to the beach with own umbrella & sunbed area, the only one under the plan trees in all of Dadonghai.

Dadonghai as a whole caters to Russian-speaking tourists. It is more likely to interact with the locals speaking fluent Russian than broken English. All restaurants/bars/tours are in Russian. The beach is very inviting: white sand, crystal-clear water. However swimming is only allowed in small marked areas which by low tide means knee-deep water. If you venture outside the designated areas (as in "go for a swim") the swim-police will yell and harass you incessantly with bullhorns and sirens until you give up and join the penned-in herd. The swimming situation was similar in nearby Yalong Bay beach

Impressive and comfortable hotel in SanYa. It has a nice swimming pool and it is very close to the beach and to a lively area with beachside bars. The area around the hotel gets crowded every evening with people singing and dancing. I can absolutely believe that it was the hotel where foreign politicians were hosted when in Hainan, since it is that beautiful.

The wifi did not work with username / password. I could get something using wechat, but I cannot speak Chinese, so I did not click anything so I don't know if the wechat-activated wifi was going to work. Most employees do not speak English.

The room was clean and pleasant. There were a couple of damaged items (toilet seat and bar fridge) which we brought to the attention of the concierge, but these were not fixed during our 3 day stay. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and a pleasant outdoor covered patio area to sit and eat.

The hotel had never received the booking from Booking.com !! We had booked a garden room, on the ground floor with an outside garden area. Clearly, all these rooms were already taken. We were put into a top floor room with a small balcony - and there was no apology or price reduction or adjustment. We're fairly relaxed travellers, so this was not a show stopper, but Booking.com needs to lift its game and confirm such bookings reach the hotel.

The staff doesn't speak any English!!! The hotel answered my email 7 days later, even though it was an important one (regarding transfer from and to the airport). One evening we came from the beach only to find a lizard on the wall. When we phoned for help, nobody spoke any English and they hang up on us. So we had to walk all the way to the main reception to get somebody..... The other evening a cleaning lady switched the a/c to the freezing 18 degrees with 31 outside. We froze to death!!! The room had many signs of damp on the walls, ceiling and cabinets, while the entrance door was hard to close.

Breakfast was great ,so many choices, location is the best .close to everything
