Die Rezeption ist über die Mittagszeit bis 15h nicht besetzt. Bei Ankunft steht man dann vor verschlossener Tür und hat keine Möglichkeit seinen Rucksack anzustellen. Frühstückszeiten sind mit 7:30h angeschrieben, starten aber bereits um 7:00h. Für Wanderer, die früh starten wollen wäre ein Update der Zeiten auf den Schildern wünschenswert.

I was tired from hiking for 2 weeks so I found it a little annoying to self-check-in, but overall it was fine.

The fact that the room next door could look onto the balcony. There was a bar in the hotel but no service and even if there was I was told there was no beer in the tap!!! Very Odd. Open for summer guest but I am sure it is really open when it has winter guests.

Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Wir sind doch bald 80. kein Comfort im Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher , nur Hahnenwasser. Frühstück seehr mager. Am ersten Morgen gar keine Gipfeli mehr Am 2. dauert es lange bis aufgefüllt. Es gab auch kein Obest, eine Käsesorte und Schinken

We stayed here for the Bishorn hike and the location is excellent beautiful in town Zinal. The room was clean and had everything for a great short stay. The breakfast was delicious and had all the essentials. The quality and service from the place has been amazing and would love to stay here again !

Rideaux qui tombent.. Température de la salle à manger trop froide Prix des plats qui sont excessif ( potage à 14 .- ??) Demi planche valaisane à 18 .- ( 3 tr viande sèche 4 tr de lard sec / 4 tr de saucisses sèche/ 2 tr de fromage à raclette coupée à la trancheuse et 2 petit triangle de tomme. Je pense qu'il n 'y avait pas 100 gr de marchandise!! Pour cette raison nous avons mangé 1 seul soir.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—far too soft and clearly old. The same applies to the pillows; I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. The linens and towels also felt worn out. Breakfast ends too early (9:30 AM), and the staff was not helpful. When I asked for cheese because the buffet was nearly empty, they were quite unkind. A hotel's main job is to provide a good night's sleep, and this one failed. I don't even mind the fact that this room only has a tiny window near to the ceiling.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Sehr nettes Personal. Hilfsbereit. Perfekte Lage zur Bergbahn. Super Trocknungsschrank für Skiausrüstung! Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles (ausser Nutella ;-) ) 4Bettzimmer mit abgetrenntem Elternschlafzimmer. Bad ist zwar klein aber sehr schön.
Das Dachfenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, daher ein bisschen stickig im Kinderbereich. Temperaturregler in Dusche nicht verstellbar, war aber trotzdem angenehme Temperatur.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026- L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait; à trois minutes à pied du départ des télécabines et à côté des commerces. - Le style de la chambre « chalet cosy ». - Très calme, bien insonorisé. - Un grand local à ski avec un casier à air personnel.
- La situation du parking; il faut garer la voiture autour de l’hôtel avec les voitures les unes devants les autres; il faut donc laisser la clé à la réception pour que le personnel puisse la déplacer en cas de besoin. J’ai trouvé cela un peu dérangeant. - Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique: lors de mes deux petits-déjeuners, les serveurs allaient demander directement ce que les clients voulaient boire, seule moi qui ai dû demander à chaque fois à ce qu’ils viennent me servir… Je me suis sentie un peu « exclue » ! - Toujours concernant le personnel, j’ai trouvé qu’il faudrait une personne en plus pour le service, car sur les deux jours que j’ai fait, les serveurs semblaient un peu dépassés entre gérer les tables mais également le Check out des clients… Lorsque j’ai appelé le serveur pour le check-out, j’avais vraiment l’impression de le déranger encore plus quand je lui ai dit qu’il fallait déplacer une voiture pour que je puisse sortir la mienne du parking. - Petit déjeuner pas très varié mais correct. - Pas de balcon dans les chambres, mais cela est dû aux infrastructures du bâtiment.
