Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Hotel Feedback Unfortunately, my experience with the café staff was not good. I did not feel respected or treated properly as a hotel guest. The way some of the staff interacted with guests was unprofessional and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the staff’s attitude and customer service.

عامل الاستقبال خلانا ننتظر ساعه عشان التشيك ان والتعامل ماكان ممتاز وحتى وقت الخروج يطالبني ببطاقة الغرفه بشكل غير مهذب . علما اني سلمتها مسبقا للحامل . لاتوجد عوازل في الغرف حيث انني اسمع كل شي بالخارج وبالاعلى وبالممرات .

Everything, no towels provided pending on when they receive from laundry it seems, even then they smell dirty. Room is dirty, smell something I can't describe. Bathroom is dirty, and hardly any toiletries

سوء الخدمة.. عدم النظافة كثرة الحشرات في كل مكان سكنت شقه وبعد الدخول بنص ساعه وجدتها تعج بالصراصير طلبت الاستقبال التغيير وتجاوب معي وغيرها لشقه أخرى ولكن أيضا ليست نظيفة رائحة الدخان في كل مكان بالشقه والبعوض أيضا السرير في الشقه التي استبدلها لي غير نظيف ابدا اضطررت للبقاء لوجود رحلة سفر لدي
