Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The room was very nice and cleaned. Also everyday the room was cleaned by cleaning lady. The personnel were very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed. The location was good - it was very close to the city centre but also not very safe because it was near train station so we didn’t come out late night, but also nothing ever happened. And the breakfast also very good although there was no vegetables.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026L’emplacement est nickel, proche de la gare, d’une avenue commerçante. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre était très propre et le personnel disponible et agréable.
Nous ne sommes pas parvenus à faire fonctionner la Clim et il y avait du bruit dehors jusqu’à tard la nuit. Les chambres pour 4 personnes ne sont pas forcément adaptés pour un long séjour.

There was no check-in procedure. I was handed a key and told my room was on the second floor. There’s no elevator and no one to help with bags, so lugged my stuff up by myself. Should be noted that it’s not all abilities friendly. Also, because they’d given me no information, there was confusion on breakfast being included or not, which led to an awkward situation. There also was confusion on the payment (apparently they’d only charged for one night originally and then charge for the second night when I was leaving. It’s the sort of thing that should be mentioned at check in or in the confirmation email, but wasn’t. Because I’d never been informed about this, it came off more as the hotel trying to make a money grab which in turn led to a negative interaction with staff). WiFi was in and out during both nights, so that was a problem too. It’s a very small restroom and the bed was okay. I guess you get what you pay for, but after the final interaction where I was left feeling more like an opportunity for them to make money than a person, it just left such a negative feeling that I’d never stay there again. It’s better to spend the extra money if it means being treated more kindly.

Sa faire enfermée dans le hall d’accueil pendant l’absence du personnel. Place de parking payante alors que sur la réservation c’est noté parking privée et gratuit . Devant l’hôtel beaucoup d’immigration, prostitution. Refus du personnel de nous donner un bout de pain au Petir déjeuner a 9h15 alors que c’est petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h . La Lumière du couloir qui reflète dans la chambre impossible à éteindre .

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026L'hôtel est confortable, le personnel très sympathique et chaleureux à l'écoute des clients.Dédicace au jeune homme avec des lunettes et un autre jeune homme à l'accueil étaient très sympathique et à l'écoute des clients. C'est une très bonne approche d'être proche des clients
En bas de l'hôtel se déroule un trafic de drogue ce qui génére des désagrément aussi bien au moment du coucher ( les émanation des odeurs de drogue) et les bavardages jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit Il fait très chaud à Turin et donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Il est vrai que l'hôtel est climatisé mais je ne me sentais pas rassuré de sortir le tard le soir.Le petit déjeuner est un peu catastrophique, il n'est pas varié, je vous déconseille fortement de prendre le miel car on sent que le glucose est hyper chimique

Assenza bidet. Bagno molto piccolo. Dispone soltanto di pochissimi posti auto davanti all’ingresso. È quindi difficile trovare parcheggio per l’auto. Il parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze era chiuso.

Na acomodação estava tudo ótimo. Não gostei do bairro.

Nous nous sommes cependant garés dans la même rue mais pour seulement 10€ (car stationnement gratuit la nuit et les dimanches) Chambre avec salle de bain et balcon : spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée et avec climatisation. Juste à côté de la gare "Torino Porta Nuova" et à 10min à pied du centre-ville historique.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026L'hotel ha una posizione ottima, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, specialmente se si deve prendere il treno la mattina presto. Un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e non ha niente da invidiare ad altre strutture.
Una piccola segnalazione riguardo le porte delle stanze. Almeno parlando della mia, sembrava mezza danneggiata verso il lato interno e un po' a livello del pomello. Spero non sia un problema anche di altre stanze ma è come se a forzarla un pò si potrebbe anche aprire da fuori.

La seule chose éventuellement, ce serait qu’il y a un peu des gens qui « traînent » aux abords de l’hôtel dans la rue, mais ils ne font rien de mal ou de particulier, donc pour nous ça n’a pas été un souci, on ne s’est pas sentis en insécurité.

Il personale però è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile e questo fa salire l'apprezzamento. La colazione è buona, offre pane fresco e cornetti di più tipi.
Non mi è piaciuto solo il fatto che sia in una zona non molto ben frequentata, perché la sera si vedono diverse persone che ciondolano, non molto raccomandabili. Una sera c'è stata una festa con la musica a tutto volume fino quasi alle 2 in un appartamento posto nella strada laterale su cui affacciano le camere dell'albergo e nessuno del quartiere è intervenuto per ridurre la confusione: evidentemente erano tutti complici. Però l'albergo è molto carino e soprattutto il personale è gentilissimo e molto educato.
