Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, der Nachmittagsimbiss ebenso. Sauna und Fitnessraum tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei.
Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist eng, aber es gibt auch draußen kostenlose Hotelparkplätze. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, aber direkt an der Durchfahrtstrasse nach Galtür, die morgens doch schon stark befahren wird. Wer gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte an Ohrschutz denken.

Especially enjoyable was the dinner offered at the hotel after a day of skiing, as well as the excellent spa with various saunas.Breakfast was excellent. The hostess also arranged ski passes for us and a ski storage locker at the gondola station. In the morning, it was a 5-minute walk to the lift station.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon meal were excellent. The location was great with easy walking distance to the gondola and to bars and restaurants. The wellness center downstairs is beautiful and kept immaculate. We enjoyed having access to a steam room and saunas after skiing. For a small rental fee we were able to keep our skiis and boots in a locker in the building one floor below the loading area for the gondola and that was extremely helpful. We had a lovely time here and I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Персонал отеля максимально приятный и заботливый. За 9 дней в отеле у меня появилось ощущение, будто мы с ними старые приятели. Поразительная чистота в номерах и общих пространствах — можно ходить чуть ли не босиком. Из приятного: есть включённый apres-ski ужин — ранее такого в отелях не встречал. Есть «зимний сад» — очень комфортное пространство для работы или чтения. Удобное расположение. Может показаться, что отель расположен на самом краю города. Но самом деле, идти до подъёмника всего 5 минут — быстрее, чем из некоторых отелей, которые расположены ближе к центру.
— нет выкладки горячих блюд на завтраке — нужно заказывать у официантов, это непривычно и увеличивает время на завтрак — невкусный кофе, предложил бы заменить зерна и кофе-машину

Bad noise isolation, noisy neighbors will have a direct impact on your sleep.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2023Breakfast was good and the location was only a 10 mins walk. The best thing about it was that you can leave your ski gear at the ski lifts as the hotel had a rental storage. This a such a game changer! Also the supermarket(Billa) and sports store (Brundl) is between the hotel and ski lifts. So convenient!
The weather but you can't blame the hotel for that.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2023Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. Buffet available with eggs cooked to order. Fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilitated an extra days skiing on the last day by allowing us access to locker room in the afternoon after checking out in the morning. Also allowed us leave out car in the hotel car park until departure.
