Niets viel tegen

Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen, faire Weinpreise. Die unterschiedlichen Poolanlagen und Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr schön. Da wir früh abgefahren sind (vor dem Frühstück), wurde ein reichliches und leckeres Lunchpaket angeboten.

- leider liegt das Hotel in der Nähe der Zufahrtstraße nach Lazise; ab und an Lärm durch hochmotorisierte Fahrzeuge - Tip an die Restaurantleitung: Für das Servicepersonal würde eine Tischnummerierung beim Servieren eine gute Orientierung bieten. Die Mitarbeitenden überspielen manchen Faux pas aber durch Fröhlichkeit und Leichtigkeit.

Sehr schönes Resort in wunderbarer Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet - besonders hat mir das Restaurant im 2. Stock gefallen - sehr schöne Aussicht beim Abendessen.

Unser Aufenthalt begann wirklich vielversprechend: kulinarisch absolut top, das Essen war hervorragend und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch das Hotel selbst ist modern, wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über ein Upgrade in eine Suite, das uns gleich das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein.

Leider kippte die Stimmung nach der ersten Nacht komplett: Mein Mann wachte mit zahlreichen roten Flecken am Oberkörper auf, die wie Bisse aussahen. Auch ich hatte am Fuß eine kleine, juckende Stelle. Wir zeigten dies an der Rezeption, doch dort hieß es, so etwas habe man noch nie gehört. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da das Hotel angeblich voll ausgebucht war – man bot uns lediglich an, das Bett frisch zu beziehen. Kurz darauf sprach der Hotelmanager persönlich mit uns. Er erklärte, es handle sich wahrscheinlich um Stechmücken, die es bei uns nicht gibt, und nicht um Wanzen, da diese ein anderes Bissmuster hätten. Wir waren zwar skeptisch, entschieden uns aber, die zweite Nacht trotzdem dort zu verbringen. Da unser Aufenthalt schon vorab, vollständig bezahlt wurde. Leider wurden unsere Sorgen bestätigt: Gegen 5 Uhr morgens wachte ich mit einem stark geröteten, juckenden Fuß auf, übersät mit vielen Bissen dicht nebeneinander – obwohl ich einen langen Pyjama trug und nur die Füße frei waren. Ich kontaktierte den Hoteldirektor direkt, schickte ein Foto und wies darauf hin, dass hier möglicherweise ein Schädlingsbefall vorliegt, den man dringend prüfen sollte. Er reagierte höflich, bot ärztliche Hilfe oder etwas aus der Apotheke an und ließ mir eine beruhigende Creme aufs Zimmer bringen – das war nett, änderte aber nichts am Problem. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt froh, nach der zweiten Nacht abreisen zu können. Zwei Tage später schrieb uns der Direktor, dass man das Zimmer überprüft habe, jedoch keine Schädlinge gefunden wurden, und wünschte gute Besserung. Die Bisse haben jedoch fast drei Wochen gebraucht, um vollständig abzuheilen. Eine Oberärztin aus dem Krankenhaus bestätigte mir anschließend, dass es sich eindeutig um Wanzenbisse handelt. Kurz kam mir auch der Gedanke, ob es eventuell Hundeflöhe gewesen sein könnten, da im Hotel Hunde erlaubt sind – ausschließen kann man das leider nicht.

Entrambe le sere molto svogliato, ha portato via i piatti mentre una persona stava ancora mangiando, ha picchiato contro la mia sedie almeno 4 volte e mai chiesto scusa, chi portava i piatti al tavolo non aveva nessuna idea cosa ognuno di noi avesse ordinato. Per un hotel di questo livello, il servizio del personale deve migliorare davvero di molto

Alles Perfekt , super Personal, schöner Wellness Bereich und sehr gute Küche. Wir kommen wieder. Das ist für mich der Inbegriff von einen Luxus Hotel der höchsten Klasse. Danke

Von A bis Z ein Hotel der Superlative. Ein grosses Kompliment an das gesamte Personal. Es gelingt diesem Hotel nicht nur, die Höhe zu halten, es wird immer besser.

Prabangi aplinka, gražios erdvės, ypatingai nuostabūs apartamentai. Puiki vieta švęsti gimtadienį.

Concept is goed en het ontbijt was fantastisch met verse mango, aardbeien etc.

De oppervlakte van de sauna's vergeleken met de relaxruimte klopt niet helemaal. Teveel relaxruimte tov de sauna's.

Fantastic stuff-accommodating, friendly, helpful. We have friends coming to visit and there were able to stay for dinner due to the wonderful management.

Breakfast system not perfect. having to ask for a fresh piece of cutlery between going up to get different food was slightly annoying. Couple of drinks served to us were not very hot. Was fixed quickly though. Soft drinks were expensive. Charged 7 euros for a still water at dinner, yet get 2 free bottles in our suite every morning when cleaned? Doesnt seem justifiable to me personally. These are all small things as feedback and the overall experience was brilliant mind you.

We highly recommend this hotel. We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!

It would be good if you add the door handle to the balcony door on indoor side. As it was little bit complicated to open all the balcony doors. You should open the balcony door lock inside then go outside to the balcony and open the door from the balcony. Just add the indoor handle ;)

One of the best resorts ever! Highly recommend. Great SPA, outdoor activities and top cuisine. Service is impeccable. Will come back again!

The location, the facility , the staff , the room, the reception and the place is perfect for relaxation and vacation Not to forget the beautiful panoramic restaurant , the staff was excellent and very helpful, the food was very delicious and fresh My wife and I enjoyed the place a lot and for sure we will come back and stay here another time ☺️

Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Staff Cleanliness Accessibility

A slightly earlier dinner option would have been good for younger guests e.g. 6pm and maybe a little more to occupy the younger guests in terms of water play and playground area.

Phenomenal dining experience including breakfast and dinner - both 5 star.

The only problem was that we could have been anywhere in the world - I didn't get a ton of feeling about the sense of place.

Apartment suite was very comfortable and the pool complex is beautiful! Sadly, obligations didn’t allow us to enjoy them so we will be back and you need more than 2 days here!! Staff was great at the reception desk, in the restaurant, bar, etc!!

Amazing property! Things for the entire family to do.

This is a real 5 stars spa-resort hotel for wealthy people. There are many wellness and spa programs in the hotel. Outdoor swimming pools with heated water are open even in winter. The cleanliness of the hotel and pools is perfect everywhere! The owners are most likely Germans or Swiss. Breakfast offers a large selection of different products of very high quality for every taste: sausages, ham, cape, fish, omelettes, various cereals ... and a large variety of premium alcohol. A couple of kilometers - Lake Gardo. This is a very pleasant place. If there is a need for a trip to Milan area, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is 6 years old and it was already felt: the room had an unpleasant smell of either food or alcohol absorbed into the upholstered furniture, and the sagging mattress by the bed already needed to be replaced. The towel for the outdoor pool is disgusting quality and color. Bed linen and duvet are not premium quality. I would change the sheets and blankets in the rooms as well as the bath towels.

We loved the property from start to finish. Spa, restaurant, staff were all exceptional. Being a new experience for us… We will definitely be back and want to try their other resorts!
