Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Dalin Service Apartments in Riyadh. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at the reception, who provided excellent service and was always helpful and professional. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Sajju from the canteen/breakfast area for his excellent service, friendly attitude, and continuous support during breakfast. Both of them made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. Overall, I really appreciated the hospitality and customer service.
There was nothing major that I disliked. A few small areas could be improved, but overall, my experience was very good.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The property was clean, comfortable, and we loved our stay. The receptionist was very professional in dealing with customers and provided excellent service. She did her best to ensure everyone was satisfied and was doing a great job. What I appreciated most was their flexibility with check-in. Even though we arrived very early at 7:30 AM, they allowed us to check in without any issues. Unlike many other hotels that make you wait until 4:00 PM or charge extra for early check-in, they accommodated us right away, which made our experience even better.
