Die Lage ist nicht 100%ig optimal, aber auch ok. Dachterrasse und Pool wirkten vernachlässigt.

Kostenloser Flughafenshuttle, schöner Pool auf dem Dach, Zimmer gross mit Balkon, aber leider spartanisch ausgestattet, Leselampen wären schön, Roller gegen Entgelt

Kein Frühstück, dafür sehr gute Frühstückslokale in der Nähe (May Bistro 400 m, An Oi 120 m)

Lage und sehr nettes & hilfsbereites Personal.

Leider nicht wie auf den Bilder beschrieben, das gym hätte auch nicht aufgestellt werden müssen, da die Nutzung nicht wirklich möglich war bei den Geräten.

Las vistas y las habitaciones eran espaciosas. Estaba todo limpio y las limpiadoras te hacían la habitación todos los días. Nos llevaban y recogían al aeropuerto de forma gratuita .

-No ofrece desayuno -La zona de la piscina no hay mucho sitio para sentarse o tumbarse. - Dan una lavada de ropa gratuita, estábamos muy contentos con la cortesía, hasta que nos devolvieron la ropa sucia, con mal olor y manchara. Fue lo peor. -El gimnasio es muy muy muy pequeño y está abierto con el salón de sillas y mesas, imposible entrenar ahí. -La parte de arriba estaba muy desmantelada, no es como aparecen en las fotos. -Hace mucho ruido por las noches, todos los días a las 5:30h de la mañana había un megáfono de noticias o anuncios que te despertaba, imposible dormir

Hotel bien situé, chambre propre, lits faits tous les jours, clim fonctionne bien, tout a proximité (plages, restaurants, marché, supermarché...), le personnel est a l ecoute, s occupe de tout...location scooter, transfert aeroport. Piscine sur le toit au top. Nous devions initialement y rester 2 nuits au final avons séjourné 6 jours.

Kamer mooi en schoon. Personeel behulpzaam: hebben ook geholpen met verloren laptop terug te vinden door chauffeur te contacteren.

Bar was niet open wat mooie zituimte aan het zwembad wat verloren maakte. Jammergenoeg geen ontbijtfaciliteit in hotel. Geven wel lijstje met goede eettentjes.

- There is very little sound isolation in the rooms, so you can hear your neighbor clearing his throat - Our room smelled of cigarrete smoke when we arrived and there were cigarrete butts in the plant on our balcony - The hotel offers bike rental but as they have only two of them they have never been available during our stay

Hier war alles perfekt. Super sauber, gut ausgestattet und mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das beste auf unserer ganzen Reise. Besonders positiv hat uns die erste gratis Laundry und der Fahrservice vom und zum Flughafen überrascht. Leider hatte die Bar nicht geöffnet aber ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung!

The staff were excellent, very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Housekeeping did a great job, and the cleaning was consistently very good. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were quite disappointing. They feel old and heavily worn out there are visible chips, marks on the walls, and overall signs of poor maintenance. In our first room, we encountered ants. We appreciate the staff for relocating us, although it happened the next day. The second room was slightly cleaner and a bit newer, but we unfortunately found cockroaches, likely coming from a nearby café. We had to keep the windows closed and even use insect spray. Despite being a bit better, the second room still had stained walls and old furniture. Considering that we did not choose the cheapest option, the condition of the rooms was below expectations. Sound insulation is also extremely poor — you can hear even small noises from neighboring rooms. Overall: Staff and housekeeping: 10/10 Rooms and furniture: 5/10

Сильный запах порошка от белья, враньё персонала, возврат денег за досрочный выезд обещали, но нет, сваливая всё на посредника. Обещали прополоскать бельё, чтобы не было запаха- нет. Обещали починить розетку у кровати- нет. Я спала скрючившись на диванчике, потому что засыпаю с телефоном. Обещают что-то и не делают, при этом мило улыбаютсяю . В номере на балкон открывается одна дверь и душно.

The stay was ok. Little minus because there was no restaurant and no sun beds by the pool.

Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und schön. Toll war auch, dass wir beim Hotel Rennräder ausleihen konnten und damit eine wunderschöne Fahrradtour gemacht haben.

An dieser Unterkunft hat uns einfach alles gefallen! Zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Eine Ladung Wäsche und der Flughafen Transfer sind gratis. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Roller können direkt beim Hotel gemietet werden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit tollen Ausblick. Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Hotel und das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber. Es gab einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach, super für eine kurze Erfrischung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Personnel très agréable et efficace. L hotel est très bien situé, les chambres sont bien conçues. Le linge est lavé gratuitement et c est très facile de louer un.scooter. Tout était parfait.

Preis-Leistung war sehr gut, die Lage war top. Am Hotel kann man auch Roller ausleihen oder Ausflüge buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht wirklich einladend. Wir haben uns außerdem stark am Fuß verletzt, da hinter dem Pool eine nicht beleuchtete Kante ist. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend nachbessern.

Super place to stay, great location with the perfect balance of everything we needed without feeling overwhelmed with everything around us.

Really clean, big and nice rooms! Perfect located, the stuff is so so friendly, helpfull and speaks really good english. We felt so comfortable here that we booked 3 more nights.

The windows are a bit thin, so that you can hear a lot from outside.

Place was very nice and central, 20 mins walking to the beach. Big room with extremely comfortable bed. The staff was super nice and also arranged a tour of the island with a driver. Definitely recommended if visiting con dao!

Great new hotel in the middle of the town walking distance to a supermarket, local markets and many places to eat. Our room was big, bright, clean and very comfortable. To our surprise we slept great on the hard bed and found the wifi ok. The staff were always very friendly and helped us on a number of occasions. You can easily organise a scooter with the hotel for 150k/day 50cc is also available and was sufficient for exploring the entire island if you do not have a suitable motorcycle licence. The free shuttle bus to the airport and the ferry was a nice surprise. The restaurant recommendations given by the hotel were also excellent and highly recommended to check them out. All of them are walking distance from the hotel. Despite my negative feedback below I still recommend this hotel and we really enjoyed our week stay on Con Dao at the Tuan Ninh II

The swimming pool on the rooftop is unfortunately not a relaxing space. We booked this hotel for the pool but didn't use it, there is no seating around the pool, no sun beds or space to relax around the pool. So if you had that in mind like we did you will be disappointed. It is a 5m x 3m basin of water and nothing more. You can stand or swim in it but that's it, older children will love it for playing around I'm sure of it. Fortunately we spent most of our time at the absolutely stunning beaches and we didn't care about the pool any more. The gym has 2 working treadmills and a smith machine with a few plates making 45kg total weight. Like most hotels in Asia this one also has no soundproofing whatsoever so we slept with ear plugs and it was manageable, though it was disappointing to see a new building built this way too.

This is a very clean hotel with an enthusiastic and professional staff team. We stayed here for two nights and rented a scooter from the hotel for two days to get around. We checked out at 12 noon, with our return flight at 4 PM, and during the waiting time before our flight, we were still allowed to use the scooter without any extra charge (even though we should have had to pay for that additional time). The hotel also provides free airport shuttle service. Overall, highly recommended!

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier im Hotel verbracht. Nicht nur dass wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden, wurde sogar unser Gepäck von einem anderen Hotel auf Con Dao abgeholt. Die Damen an der Hotelrezeption sprachen alle Englisch und waren super hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen!

La cuisine Le fait qu’aucun petit déjeuner ni autre repas ne soit plus servi dans l’hôtel, l’hôtel a mis la cuisine et l’ex salle de petit déjeuner à disposition des clients ce qui était appréciable. En revanche seule cette partie n’avait pas été rénovée et était particulièrement sale, aucun entretien et les clients souvent inattentionnés ne sont pas très attentifs à ce genre de détails. Après réclamation un petit nettoyage rapide a été effectué par l’hôtel

Location in the center with many things in walking distance. The rooftop seating area with excellent view to the sea and mountains where we enjoyed nice breezes.

Hotel’s poor sound insolation. Noice can be heard between rooms and from outside. Located near public loudspeakers which broadcast government radio channel from 6am. Located near restaurants which has/take freedom organise singing activities with very high level of noise.

Great location, right in the city center, a lot of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for ten days and staff at the reception allowed us to do use laundry services three times for free. The staff was really great by the way, always very helpful. Lots of thanks for the transfer from and to the airport. The pool on the roof is also super amazing. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and if we come back I would choose this place again with no doubts

Friendly and helpful staff, good location for town and restaurants. The nice beach past the wharf is about 15 mins walk. The family room was of an ok size, with balcony but very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with powerful hot shower. The rooftop pool was very clean and nice to cool down and let the kids splash around after a hot day plenty big enough for a small hotel, it was never crowded. Overall very happy with the choice and good value for money.

The mopeds/ motorcycles that block the entrance are a nuisance (but that’s everywhere in Vietnam!). It would have been nice if there was some seating for the pool, it did look like something was being constructed. But it’s a small suggestion.

Really nice view from the room on the upper floors. The personnel is very helpful and the free airport pickup and drop off is very convenient. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed when we were there but the hotel location and quality was still worth it. The scooters for rent are good quality.

The hotel is modern and very clean and well looked after. Airport transfer is included and you can rent a scooter very straightforwardly.The staff were helpful and the cleaners were amazing.

The hotel was very nice but the surrounding area was extremely noisy… there is broadcasting from loudspeakers that starts at 5 am nearby, and the cockerels start crowing before that, with some background support from the barking dogs. Not the hotels fault and all the other hotels in con Dao will have the same issue . The pool was a bit disappointing, there is no where to sit by the pool and relax.

Great service, they may not speak perfect English but are really helpful and work perfect with google translate. You need a scooter they will get you one, just be careful, its not Europe, traffic regulations are a guidance.

The lighting in the room. The main lights were very bright, like an operating theatre. There were no bedside lights. The curtains allowed light leakage.

The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind, both receptionists and cleaning staff. They spoke very good English and helped us with everything we needed. There is an open kitchen on the 5th floor that we used for cooking or preparing fresh fruit from the market (I think this once was the breakfast area). There is a nice sitting area on the 6th floor, both indoors and outdoors. You can see the sea from the terrace.

The pool is not really usable. It's so flat that it's almost impossible to swim. I think you could just sit in the water and relax but it was too cold for that during our stay because of the strong winds (that was in January). A small disadvantage: there is a public speaker a bit down the road that starts playing music at 5.30AM. I like to sleep with the window open, so this was my alarm clock. If you just keep the windows closed this shouldn't be a problem though.

Amazing property, nothing like it on the island. Highly recommend. Motorbike hire cheap and easy for the day.

The cleanliness and modernity, the open spaces and the air conditionig were great. Also liked the complimentary transfer from and to the airoort, water daily and the fruit in the room! In the heart of town with great cafés nearby.

The pool didn’t have towels available, nor chairs around it. The room in the rooftop could be nicer/more complete (no ball for the ping pong table). Shower sprays all over the bathroom

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great beside the market and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable with modern furniture. I will stay here again if I come back

The gym equipment could be updated

We loved the place, staff is so helpfull, everything is smooth with them. Location is great, near market, restaurants, but still quiet. Our double room was very confortable. Cleaning every day was perfect. Rental service for scooter was good too. The swiming pool is big enough, the kitchen in floor 5th very usefull. You have all to spend a great time in the hotel.

We stayed at Tuan Ninh Hotel for 3 days, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a unit with a balcony that offered gorgeous views of the mountains! The hotel is centrally located on the island, making it easy to access nearby hotspots, including restaurants and the beach. Overall, this is a great bang for your buck in terms of location and excellent customer service!
