Reviewed Sep 18, 2026駅前の便利なロケーションで、部屋もゆったりしていて、お風呂もきれいでした。 またLGのスチームクローゼットが設置されていて(途中少しうるさくて驚きましたが)以前から興味があったので試せて嬉しかったです。 朝食も地元の美味しさを伝えてくれる工夫が見られ、他の宿泊客も楽しんでいるのが伝わりました。 また東北全般に言える事ですが、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で質問にも親身に答えてくれました。

ステーションピューだったが4階だったので、目の前が駅で、バス待ちの人からもよく見え、夜はカーテンを開けて外を見る、ということが出来ず残念だった 朝食がもう少し安いとありがたい

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026盛岡駅とのアクセスがよく大変便利。お部屋も広く清潔。バスとトイレが別なのも良い。トリプルルームを利用したが、一つ一つのベッドが大きいにも関わらず詰められた感が全くなく、更にソファとテーブルがセットされていて空間に余裕がある。 朝食は、岩手の郷土料理も盛り込まれ美味しかった。1階ロービー奥にコンビニが併設されているので便利。ホテルスタッフは、物腰柔らかく丁寧に対応してくれた。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026お部屋が綺麗で新しく、清潔感がありました。 2階のラウンジで、のみ物が好きなものを飲めてお部屋にももっていけるのがすごくありがたかったです。 有料でお酒やビールもおいていたりすると嬉しいです。 特にチェックインの際のスタッフの方がとても素敵な方で、子供にやさしく、とにかく笑顔が素敵でとても印象がよかったです。
お部屋の景色は右側の端あたりだったのですが、大きな看板が2つあり、それくらいがきになった点ですが、仕方ないと思うのです、ほぼよくない所はなかったです。

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026位置：离车站很近，周边生活机能极佳，餐厅商场便利店齐全。 房间：大小尚可，床品质量好，没有过敏。 早餐：种类丰富而且用心，每天都有变化。沙拉、牛奶质量很好，本地瓶装海鲜饭（底部是山药泥）很有特色，另外还有单做的煎蛋、三文鱼、越南河粉等也不错。强烈建议订早餐！ 其他：服务热情友善，每天12-20的free lounge也很舒服。
备品大致上很好，没有浴帽比较遗憾。另外房间收纳空间不足。不过总体瑕不掩瑜。

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026They had a coin laundry room. The room was clean. Most of the staff were polite and professional. There was a convenience store on the first store. The location was close to the station and shopping areas.
There was no safe I could put valuables like cash and passport. The fridge was small. I had to use a remote to turn on the lights but there was not explanation about it. It took me like 10 minutes to figure out how to turn on lights. Tea, coffee and other amenities are on the first floor and the guests had to pick them up. I found it inconvenient. All the information was on the screen and the guests have to figure out by themselves. For young people, maybe it's Ok but for me it took some time to figure out what kind of services they could offer. It would be nice if the staff could explain it on the first night or if there is something written down like other hotels do.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk und es war leider sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts ein permanentes Brummen zu hören, das vermutlich von den Lüftungsanlagen über uns kam. Wir konnten schlafen, genervt hat es dennoch.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026This place was excellent value for the price. The rooms were a decent size for this type of hotel. They had everything you needed. Very thoughtful. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly quite good. A great variety of local dishes.
