Nikoleta Hotel and Villas

The location is wonderful with delicious breakfast and great coffee. The design of the courtyard is exactly like in the pictures, a greek garden oasis.

Прекрасно място с удобна локация, приятна и уютна градина с места за отдих, изобилие на закуска. Всички от персонала бяха усмихнати и учтиви. Обстановката е идеална за почивка край басейна, а локацията удобна до ферибота и до приятни плажни заливи.

Единствено може да се добави място за сушене на хавлии и дрехи :)

Mi-a plăcut mult grădina și micul dejun.

Nu mi-a plăcut camera în care am stat. Am optat pentru o cameră Deluxe, iar pozele de pe Booking nu reflectă realitatea. Am fost dezamăgită atunci când am văzut cum arată. Ba chiar am crezut că s-a făcut o greșeală. Am plătit aproximativ 200 de euro pe noapte - mobilierul din cameră era vechi, spațiul foarte mic, patul matrimonial era format din 2 paturi peste care au pus o saltea astfel încât să fie dublu și a fost inconfortabil.

Kahvaltısı, temizliği ve peysajı çok iyiydi. Odanın terası güzeldi. Havuzu çok temizdi. Restaurantlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Mic dejun impecabil , fresh , variat , foarte curat , de cea mai buna calitate .

Lavoarul ar fi putut fi mai maricel si bateria lui mai scurta , sa te poti spala pe ochisori mai bine , sa poti vedea lumea cu alti ochi :))) dar acest lucru nu ne-a incurcat sa ne simtim bine , am ras un pic de copii.

Mi-a plăcut unde este amplasată locația, aproape de portul Thassos, piscină exterioară cât și sala de fitness chiar dacă nu era terminată, Personal foarte prietenos, mic dejun foarte bun, destul de curat în cameră.

Aerul condiționat amplasat în fața patului ar fi un dezavantaj, plus camera destul de micuță deși am optat pentru cameră superioară deoarece am zis că poate mergem împreună cu bebelușul nostru pe parcurs ne-am răzgândit să-l mai luăm cu noi. Nu sunt multe lucruri care nu ne-au plăcut de aceea am luat hotărârea ca și la anul să ne cazăm tot la același hotel.

Exteriorul proprietății este foarte frumos, este plin de verdeață, palmieri, flori. Toată curtea este f frumoasă și curată, la fel și piscina principală. La cea de-a doua piscina care este puțin mai mare decât o cadă, au acces doar cei cazați la vile. Micul dejun este foarte bun. Camera a fost OK, dupa ce ne-am mutat.

Când am ajuns, am fost cazați în camera 207. Șoc total: camera minusculă cu o baie și mai minusculă, soțul meu are 1,85 și 100 kg și efectiv nu avea loc în cabina de duș. Am sunat-o pe Nikoleta, proprietara să îi spun ca nu avem loc în camera aceea, doi adulți cu bagaje pt 8 zile + un Yorkie de 3,5 kg. M-a rugat să revin într-o oră ca să vadă ce poate face. A venit cu niște propuneri halucinante cum ar fi să ne mutăm de 3 ori în 7 nopți și i-am spus ca este exclus. După prima noapte petrecută in acea debara - noapte de coșmar, era sa cad din pat de cel puțin 3 ori (pt ca normal, nefiind loc, patul nu era nici măcar de 1,40 cred) și cu mini frigiderul din dulap (băgat acolo neavând loc în alta parte) care a huruit efectiv toată noaptea în urechea mea, a doua zi dimineață m-am dus direct la recepție. Cu calm, am reușit obținerea schimbării camerei cu una normală, cu pat matrimonial și cu baia o idee mai măricică.

We waren enorm blij met de locatie! Het hotel bied voldoende parkeergelegenheid en vanaf hier kan je prima wandelen naar diner mogelijkheden. Vriendelijk personeel en geweldige faciliteiten maakte het volledig af. In het speciaal willen wij het personeel bedanken wat aanwezig was bij het ontbijt, een groet en de service maakte het perfecte begin van de dag. Daarnaast een ode aan Jannis, hij bemande de bar en maakte ook graag een praatje met ons. We hebben genoten van jullie gezelschap en het geweldige hotel, enorm bedankt!

Camera mica

The hotel’s location, the design of its garden, and the breakfast were excellent.

The hotel’s interior design, the air conditioning that simply couldn’t cool the room at all, and the staff’s lack of attentiveness were very disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms were quite small. The air conditioning seemed to be running, but it wasn’t blowing any cold air at all. The room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep all night because of the heat.

The courtyard was very nice and at night is very beautiful because of the lights and all the atmosphere. Our room was smaller than expected but the staff did amazing job to me it comfortable for our stay and they even reorganised all furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

Özellikle kahvaltısı çok iyiyidi. Merkeze yakınlığı da cezbedici. Dekorasyonu iyiydi. Otoparkı olması avantajdı.

Yataklar rahatsızdı.

Sehr schöne familiengeführte Anlage. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und freundlich. Tolle Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück !

Прелепо уређено двориште, доста зона за одмарање, базен. Собе су одличне, мада смо ми били у Супериор соби. Особље јако љубазно, доручак доста добар. Свакако све препоруке.

Прва и најближа плажа је на 150м, и релативно је ок. Мада на Тасосу има много лепших и бољих плажа.

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and had an overall pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The common areas were beautiful, well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of food, the quality was very good, and everything was fresh and well presented. We really enjoyed it. Overall, we had a lovely stay and especially appreciated the staff, common areas and excellent breakfast.

We booked two rooms during our stay: a Standard room for my family and a Deluxe room for myself, so we were able to compare the two room categories directly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Deluxe room. There was a significant price difference, but the Deluxe room was actually smaller and less spacious in several important areas. The Standard room had a larger bathroom and a larger shower cabin, and overall felt more comfortable and practical. Considering the price difference, I expected the Deluxe room to offer noticeably better comfort and facilities. In fact, I regretted choosing the Deluxe room because the less expensive Standard room felt more spacious and comfortable.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit vielen selbstgemachten Sachen sowie lokale Speisen. Die Unterkunft ist besonders stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, sowie die beiden Pools. Viele kleine Details runden den Aufenthalt auf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und diskret.

Otelin konumu , temizliği, calısanların güleryüzü özellikle sabah kahvaltılarımızda yardımcı olan bayan Nıkola güleryüzü ile evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi. Kahvaltısı tam Turk üsülü herşey vardı. Sahile yakın olması uzak beachlere gitmeye gerek kalmadı. Beach parası vermek istemeyenler otelin 200 mt aşağısında denize girebilir. Thasos Adasındaki evimiz diyebilirim..Özellikle kahvaltı saatinin 11'e kadar sürmesi de şahaneydi..Sahibi Bayan Nikola ve tum personele teşekkürler..Thasos adasına gelirken tüm seçenek ve yorumları inceledim ve Nikolate Hotel'i tercih ettim. Görseller gerçeği ile birebir aynı. İyi ki tercih etmişim.

Standart odanın banyosu küçüktü ama temiz ve bakımlıydı. Çocuklu aileler bğyük oda seçeneğini değerlendirmeliler.

Temiz ve yeni oluşu dışında hiç bir özelliği yok

Otelin sahibi polis gibi bir karış suratla dolaşıyordu ortada. Herhangi bir ilgi ve alaka görmedik. Otele misafir mi geldik yoksa lütfedip bizi bir odada mı yatırdılar anlamadık.

Otelin konumu güzeldi. Limana ve merkeze 15 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin bahçesi ve odaları tam olarak fotoğraftaki gibi,oda üç kişi için yeterliydi. Her odanın balkonu mevcuttu. Kahvaltısı oldukça lezzetliydi. Yakınlarda 2 3 adet Beach mevcuttu ayrıca otelin 2 adet havuzu vardı oldukça temizdi. Ailecek yaptığımız tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Her gün odalar temizlendi. Bir daha gelecek olsak ilk tercihimiz yine burası olur. Ayrıca otelin bahçesinde vakit geçirmekte oldukça keyifliydi kafa dinlemek için de güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü her sorumuza ve sorunumuza çözüm buldular.

Most of the staff - very friendly! Outdoor atmosphere was very cosy and nice. 2 min from the nearest beach by walk and 10min to the main city.

At breakfast time a lot of the guests were smoking a cigarettes. We did not find that very pleasant as we are no smokers and we do not like the smell of it - especially during breakfast for “good morning”.

Back rooms a little bit small, families with too many young children. Not so close to the sea nor town, needs transport by car.

Bizim odalar (111-112) için söylüyorum, biraz küçüktü. Özellikle duşa kabini çok çok dardı ve konforsuzdu.

Väldigt fräscht och fint hotell med god frukost. Smakfullt inrett överallt. Otroligt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Vi skulle rekommendera alla att besöka detta hotell!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a lovely room with separate lounge. The decor is extremely tasteful and the breakfast sumptuous. Many thanks to Nikoleta and her mother for a wonderful stay.

Best Accommodation in Thassos We stayed at Nikoleta for six nights at the end of May, and words are not enough to describe this amazingly beautiful place. The moment you step in, it takes your breath away. The garden, the swimming pool, and the reception area are all stunning, and you can immediately tell that every detail has been carefully designed and thoughtfully considered. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, and it was delicious. There was everything we needed: great coffee, fresh pastries, and the best homemade orange jam we’ve ever tasted, lovingly made by the owner’s mother, Katerina. Our apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate and spacious, with a huge living room featuring a sofa bed, fridge, coffee machine, Marshall speaker, and powerful air conditioning. The bedroom had a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress and incredibly comfortable pillows. Both rooms were equipped with a TV, insect screens, bathrobes, and slippers. The large bathroom had a walk-in shower, and our towels were changed daily. The bins were emptied, and the floors were cleaned every day, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The hospitality of the owners was exceptional. We felt completely at home, warmly welcomed, and genuinely cared for every moment of our stay. It was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. We are already looking forward to returning next year for a longer stay. Thank you to Nikoleta, Katerina, and all the staff for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to see you again next year!

The place is excellent

The hotel is cozy and modern, with stylish rooms that have everything you need. A special thanks to Nikoleta, who truly saved the day by helping us organize our laundry. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! I even had an online meeting from the hotel garden, and my colleagues thought it was a virtual background - that’s how beautiful it looks!

We liked everything! The only small thing that could be improved is the shower doors - they were a bit tricky to close completely, so a little water splashed onto the floor. It’s really not a big deal, just a tiny detail for future improvement.

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr freundliche Besitzer. Das Frühstück war Klasse alles was man braucht und ein sehr guter Kaffee. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und es wurde täglich geputzt und es gab frische Handtücher. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Strand, Stadt mit guten Shopping und Essens Möglichkeiteiten. Ansonsten ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich da es auf der Insel viel zu entdecken gibt.

Ein etwas kleines Bad und leider kein kleines Licht am Bett und ein oder 2 Steckdosen mehr wäre schön gewesen.
