The property was beautiful and the rooms were nice. No moisture concerns or issues nor pest. The water was hot and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The view is also very amazing and beautiful.

I don’t have any dislikes except for I wish I had access to the pool, but due to renovations it was unavailable. Therefore, I must come back when it’s available.

El desayuno fue espectacular, y las vistas desde la terraza también,

La primera noche no había luz y conectaron un compresor de gasoil para dar luz al hotel, el ruido en la calle y en nuestra habitación era insoportable, Lo peor es que era el único hotel de El nido que tenía un compresor exterior para iluminación con un ruido insoportable y me había tocado a mí que necesito silencio, les dije que era insoportable y me ofrecieron otra habitación dos plantas arriba con el mismo ruido y luego otra en otro ala con menos ruido pero con un fuerte olor a humedad que hacía imposible dormir, estuve toda la noche si pegar ojo, a las 6 de la mañana salí del hotel a buscar otro hotel donde poder dormir y tuve mucha suerte al encontrarlo. Es honesto decir que las siguientes noches pasé por el hotel y no había ruido de compresor pues le llegó la luz, para mí fue una mala experiencia al no poder dormir. Me devolvieron los dos días siguientes que tenía reservado. El personal fue atento y no tiene culpa de las malas decisiones del propietario

Superbe terrasse au 5e étage avec vue magnifique mais rien d'autre...

Coupures d'électricité : 2h le matin puis de 22 à 24h le soir. Les lits sont durs, pas agréable. Refus d'annuler une réservation alors que mon avion était annulé. Pas de chambre avec un enfant. Très cher pour le pays et le type d'hôtel (dont petit déjeuner plus cher que le restaurant)

El trato del personal muy bueno, nos llamaban a la habitación para darnos información, nos ayudaron a contratar tours y transporte y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. Las vistas del restaurante están muy bonitas, la piscina no esta mal. En la habitación hecho de menos que funcionase el deshumidificador ya que hay mucha humedad en general y la ducha perdía bastante agua por fuera, muy difícil regular la temperatura. Gracias a la guardia de seguridad que encontró mis llaves y al revisor de la habitación que me ayudó a no olvidarme nada.

when we stay at their budget room its too small and not so clean but i request to upgrade and they are verry kind so we upgrade to deluxe room and that room is great but room has no fridge its better to have since we stay 3 nights and i have kid for their snacks .besides that its all ok most specially the staff

Súper céntrico. Ubicación inmejorable. A 1 minuto de todo. Habitaciones muy cómodas, buena cama y ducha. En la azotea tienen una piscina decente que comparte espacio con un restaurante con muy buenas vistas. La comida estaba buena y el precio asumible. Servicio de habitaciones diario, la cual cosa se agradece. De todo nuestro viaje de 21 días, ha sido el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado.

Al llegar, hay que dejar un depósito de 3000PHP en efectivo, por lo que contad con ello al organizar el dinero del viaje. Al final de la estancia te lo devuelven. No tienen servicio de lavandería ni alquiler de motos, pero lo podéis encontrar en la misma calle.

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement. Nous avons acheté une sortie en bateau aupres de l'hotel directement en se disant que cela etait serieux et pas du tout. La sortie fut catastrophique, le bateau etait hors d'age avec des remontées d'essence durant tout le trajet. Ma fille a ete malade à cause de ça et deux autres personnes ne se sont pas trouvés bien et ont du écourter la sortie. De plus nous n'avons pas fait les principales attractions pour des raisons obscures car des amis le meme jour, avec une autre compagnie ont pu faire l'integralité du programme. Je me suis plains à l'hotel qui n'a rien voulu savoir. Je tiens à remercier booking qui a été exemplaire dans la resolution de ce problème qui a gaché finalement notre passage à El nido, ma fille ne voulant plus remonter sur un bateau pour aller faire les autres excursions. Par ailleurs la gestion des paiements est particuliere, pour un meme repas j'ai du payer à la fois en carte bancaire et en liquide...

Kleine dingetjes die niet werkten, zoals waslijn was niet uittrekbaar(zat vast), safety deposit box kon ging niet op slot, deur doucheruimte die alleen dichtbleef als je hem op slot deed, airco die niet in temperatuur in te stellen was en niet heel stil was.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are amazing, especially the manager, Sir Coy. He is incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always makes guests feel welcome. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the location is perfect—convenient and close to many attractions. The excellent service and relaxing atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cuna Hotel El Nido. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a day of island hopping. It was the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying the atmosphere. The only downside during our stay was the intermittent Wi-Fi connection, which could be improved for a more seamless guest experience. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. Overall, Cuna Hotel El Nido offers good value, a great location, and a relaxing stay. We'd be happy to stay here again on our next visit to El Nido.

We stayed at Cuna Hotel El Nido and found it to be good value for money right in El Nido Town. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which was awesome and gave us a great spot to relax. The only downside was the spotty internet connection—it wasn’t reliable and made it a bit frustrating at times. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for affordability and a nice pool experience in town.

Great location in the heart of El Nido, walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Beautiful roof deck with fantastic views and nice infinity pool. Staff were super friendly and the meals at the restaurant were delicious.

Double bed was two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. Not ideal for a couple to share. Mattresses moved apart in the night.

Staff couldn’t do anymore for you, so friendly! The location was great, AC in rooms worked very well. The bathroom was so nice, huge shower and great vanity/sink. The upstairs pool was stunning overlooking the bay and beers could be taken to your lounger

The room is big enough for an extra bed. We super like the rooftop area where the restaurant and pool are. Amazing view! Staffs are very welcoming, good customer service.

Kinda humid especially on the hallway. You shouldn't turn off the room AC so that the room won't moist. The wifi was kinda weak because they told us that they are having wifi update during that time.

Service was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and looked like they actually enjoyed working there. We had complimentary shuttle service a few times (not supposed to be that way). Later we booked the private van for the beach. They provided beach towels. Literally the service offset any unhappiness we had about the rooms.

Run down facilities: place looked run down and nothing like the pictures. Dead bugs (saw one in the room, one outside the hallway), stuff not working i.e. hair dryer didn't work in 2 of the rooms, no shower door in one of the rooms, terrible wifi.

Zeer mooie locatie in het centrum met op het dak zwembad en restaurant met uitzicht, top! Ontbijt buffet is oké, wel prijzig 600PHP per person

Wifi werkte bijna niet (hing een brief in de lift dat ze die aan het verbeteren zijn.) Kamer is groot, badkamer aan de kleine kant. De glazen ramen bij het zwembad mogen wel eens schoon gemaakt worden. Geen split unit airco maar zo'n raam model, lawaaiig dus. Die aan moest blijven want er is schijnbaar een vocht probleem. Staat ook nog een losse luchtontvochtiger naast. Alles heeft een beetje verouderde look. Opzich is het allemaal prima, maar in verhouding met de prijs zeer matig.

I liked this hotel a lot. A great location first of all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that our room had AC. I liked that their lobby offered a coffee/tea station 24/7. Every floor had a hot/cold water dispenser, so you didn’t always have to go to the main lobby to make coffee or get some water, which was really nice. My favorite part about this hotel was the rooftop - which offered a lovely view. Breakfast was served on the rooftop every morning, and there was always something yummy for everyone. The rooftop also had a bar where you can get drinks, or have lunch/dinner. Pool area offered a great view, and it was lovely. As well in the night time.

I didn’t like that the rooms we stayed in, and also the one my parents stayed in - had mold in some places. Like around the bathroom sink faucet.. and ours had a leak in the ceiling that occasionally dripped and had mold growing around it. The water would change temperatures on its own, but it wasn’t much of a big deal. We also had really no WiFi connection in our room. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and my parents stayed on the 1st floor. They say the lobby has the best WiFi connection, but my parents couldn’t get WiFi from their room at all - and they were right next to the lobby area. Which was kind of a bummer when we would try to get in contact with each other to make plans. When we put the sign outside to “make up our room”, the only thing they did was make our bed and give us new towels. They didn’t really clean anything, and let alone refill the “shower gel” or shampoo that was already practically empty pier to our arrival. Luckily we usually bring our own shampoo/shower gel anyways. But it was something I noticed. They offer toothbrushes, but no toothpaste, so make sure to bring your own. Also, lots of little tiny flies were found around our room and bathroom. They were not mosquitoes. Just were swatting them all the time lol. I know they mentioned they were working on their WiFi & I think we’re doing some work around the hotel. Once they improve their rooms of the WiFi and mold, I think it would be an even better stay here! I did not take any pictures of those things, as it wasn’t too much an issue (for me).

A személyzet borzasztoan kedves és segítőkész volt. Lokacio szempontjából tokeletes. Amikor jeleztük hogy szeretnenk kijelentkezni próbáltak segiteni amit nagyon ertekelek.

A szoba tele volt fekete penésszel (furdo, háló, ágynemű). Alig aludtunk valamit annyira rossz volt. A légkondicionáló nagyon hangos. A szoba pedig borzasztoan párás ezert alakult ki a sok penész is.

La hall dell’hotel, l’arredamento, abbiamo apprezzato che siamo stati spostati in una camera superiore in quanto nella nostra c’erano degli animaletti nel letto la prima sera.

La strada su cui affaccia, sporca e piena di pozzanghere. La mancata comunicazione alla reception che c’era una piscina, non l’abbiamo mai usata per questo. La colazione non è particolarmente internazionale e non c’è L’Espresso incluso. Per avere le posate alla colazione bisognava sempre aspettare un po’ e non era particolarmente piacevole.

The roof top restaurant views and overall layout was amazing. Most definitely the nicest part of the hotel. Also the food at the restaurant (ordered from the menu) was very good. The breakfast buffet food was OK but not needing to find a breakfast place made that part of the day easy.

The room we had was dismal. Do not accept a room number that ends in 16 (216, 316, 416). These rooms are left over odd wedge-shaped rooms with tiny (dirty) windows. Almost no natural light can enter. The AC unit is above the window and drips condensate onto the glass further reducing light. The room was supposed to have a single king size bed - ours had a queen. Wifi only possible in the hotel lobby. No refrigerator (apparently these are only in the 3 person rooms (an issue if your meds require refrigeration). TV was not operational. Housekeeping got to these end rooms last during the day, so even if we were out until 4, the room was often still not done. Generally, the staff seemed 'tired of tourists'. Accommodating but not outwardly friendly. I can understand based on some of the guests and overheard comments. We did not complain at the hotel - it seemed they had enough to address - but other than the location and the roof restaurant, this hotel was a disappointment.

Great location in El Nido and lovely staff. The rooftop area is beautiful and the pool is really nice. Sadly we had horrendous food poisoning during our stay but the hotel staff were really helpful throughout and even brought us Medicine!
