Nothing. Did not get to stay because hotel simply marked me as”NO SHOW” even though i did not give confirmation that I want to cancel my stay.

This Hotel is very unprofessional. They simply marked me as “no show” in booking.com system. However, from my side, i could only see that my booking is still confirmed on my account. Reached the hotel thinking that my booking is confirmed but turned out someone in the hotel marked us as NO SHOW and there is no more room available for us. Had to look for other hotels to stay ourselves ( there are 2 adults and 4 elderly people who are about 70 years old in our group), and booked tuk tuk ourselves to new the hotel to stay. All this because i have earlier message the hotel asking if I can reschedule my stay at the hotel or not ,due to unrest in southern Thailand and we are considering to reschedule our trip to Hatyai. I did not give ant confirmation that I WANT TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL my stay at this hotel, and they also did not check with me properly before marking me as a “NO SHOW” guest and then giving my booked room to others, all without notifying me. This hotel should compensate me for the tuk tuk that i had to pay to get to my new hotel. And also i had to waste almost 30-40 mins there looking for a new hotel to stay with minimal assistance from hotel staff, after a long day of travel from Taiping Malaysia. HUGELY disappointing service from this guesthouse.

2nd time stayed there..still had a pleasant stay..highly recommended esp travel with family..

The best so far, been here for the first time April 2025 and we came back here because the facilities was very good. The staff so friendly and helpful. Please, stay here if you are going to Hatyai. the location is so strategic and easy to walk to go 7eleven, Lee garden and street food and Ayutthaya noodles

The location is nice located in quite area. Easily to access by walk to lee garden area and kimyong market. 7 eleven also just nearby the hotel. The room smell so good I really like it. Toilet also very clean. Bed so comfort. Air conditioner functioning well.

Bardzo fajny hotelik w samym centrum za nieduże pieniądze . Mały pokoik ale wystarczajacy , czysto. Na plus jest mozliwosc na dole przy recepcji zrobić sobie kawke, zjeść tosta lub poczestowac sie slodkościami. Polecam

Reception lady was kind & helpful. cleaners were friendly. Room felt private, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Satisfying stay. Would choose to stay here again when we visit next.

Only that toilet had abit of grime but not because it's unclean, it's just old. Other than that all good.

This is probably new building next to existing building and it only staircase. A bit struggle for those with heavy luggages.

Da wir in Hat Yai nur einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf unserem Weg nach Malaysia eingelegt haben, haben wir die Umgebung nicht wirklich erkundet. Es hatte aber mehrere Restaurants und 7/11 in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war recht gross und gemütlich. Das Personal war freundlich.

I stay 3 people room at 3rd floor without lift and the straicase is a bit small, very difficult to carry big luggage.. Especially when u buy more thing, don't consider this. The room only have 1 key, is a bit difficult for outing, and cannot always on the air conditioning, the room is very hot when aircorn is not on. Room size is small... Even cannot open two luggage at 1 time..

Very good location, close to city centre but away from the chaos. Staff is very helpful. Private room is good.

Noisy guests, a lot of them, due to Chinese New Year a few days prior. Rooms are not exactly soundproof so earplugs are a good idea:)

The hotel front desk service was quite good. There were free snacks and drinking water at the reception, and there are also many food stalls, eateries, and a 7-Eleven nearby.

The hotel room had poor soundproofing and was very noisy. In the morning, children kept running around. It’s also quite far from Lee Garden, about a 10-minute walk.

Very clean inside and outside the Guesthouse.Good location, near Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Night Market and Diana shopping complex. Great choices for eating and shopping. Value for money. There was a Snack and beverage corner in the lobby area. Hair dryer, shampoo and body gel were provided.

It’s super loud, you can hear the neighbouring room loud and clear (they had kids), also the housekeeping was located in floor 4 and they worked till late night moving table, doing washing laundry etc

The location is very strategic

The location is a walking distance to Lee Garden. Unfortunately, on the day we arrived , there is a power failure from 6 pm till 10 pm. Not the hotel fault, the city had power failure.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and were really pleased with everything. Comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely helpful staff, and great location - quiet street but only 2 minutes from a great selection of places to eat and shops. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the room was spacious and suitable for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. There were plenty of power outlets. The hotel also provided light snacks. The week we visited Hatyai, there was a food festival for two days – there was a wide variety of food and it was very happening. The hotel was also close to shopping places like Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. I will come again!

The location is in the middle of town. Just 9minute walking to lee garden night market. 7e also near.. room was comfortable . This hotel has coway water purifier. After a few day drinking a weird taste of thailand mineral water i bought from 7e, finally i can have a filtered water.. thanks

The location is very strategic, at the centre of Hatyai City. Most of interesting places is within walking distance. Staffs are helpful, bed is comfy and room is clean. Facilities and amenities are good. Perfect option for travellers.

The only negative thing is, there is no lift for the building we're living in. But still, doesn't affect our experience that much. And for a suggestion, probably better to add microwave for guest's use in the common area/lobby.
