Le personnel est accueillant et la nourriture est bonne. Aussi, l'hôtel en lui-même ainsi que les espaces de détente et de fitness sont bien entretenus et correspondent au standard attendu.

L'emplacement laisse vraiment à désirer quand on voit la plage se situant devant l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de "valet parking" comme indiqué dans la description ou de transats réservés à la plage. L'autre point négatif ce sont les chambres : bien qu'elles soient propres et bien entretenues, elles ne correspondent pas à un standard 5 étoiles de ce prix (j'ai enchaîné sur un autre 5 étoiles en Crète, certes un peu plus cher, mais la différence était saisissante). Enfin, le fait que l'hôtel me demande un surplus de 60 euros pour un "late check-out" alors que personne ne reprenait la chambre après moi m'a laissé un petit goût amer. En somme, une expérience correcte mais qui laisse à désirer vu le prix.

Netter Pool, abends teilweise Live Musik, gute Lage direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Parken vor dem Hoel direkt problematisch, aber hinter dem Hotel ohne Stress zu finden und kostenlos.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer oberhalb der Rezeption zur Straße hin, was früh morgens sehr Laut war. Die Zimmertür war wohl das Problem welche einen Zentimeter hohen Spalt über dem Boden hatte und nicht isoliert war. Morgens hat man sehr früh sämtlichen Geräusche (inkl. Klappern des Geschirrs) aus der nahe gelegenen Küche gehört. An schlaffen war dann nicht wirklich mehr zu denken. Man hatte uns aber angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln.

We loved the proximity to the beach - literally across the road. Beautiful beach, shallow water and lots of beds to hire for reasonable price. Staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful and were constantly asking if there was anything else they could do for us.

There’s a sign up saying please don’t reserve sun beds but despite this, most beds by the pool were taken by 7:30/7:45am in the morning. Not an issue for us as we preferred the beach and obviously was more about the guests than the hotel - maybe it was only the week we were there.

The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with lovely modern rooms and a beautiful pool area which was perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of really good local restaurants within easy walking distance. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and the waiting staff were always attentive, friendly and welcoming. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredible — genuinely friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They helped us with taxi bookings, gave us some brilliant local recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and made us feel really well looked after throughout our stay. The whole hotel has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful pool, lovely rooms, great food and drinks, fantastic location and, most importantly, an amazing team of staff. We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely recommend Aloe Boutique Hotel. We’d happily return in the future. **5 stars!**

Δε μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό του προσωπικού δε μιλούσε ελλήνικα. Επιπλέον, ο υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου που μας συνόδεψε στο δωμάτιο δεν μετέφερε καμία από τις αποσκευές μας.

El poc respecte amb el soroll. Mouen les cadires de la terrassa amb un soroll horrible i la música del bar està sempre on, quan tenen el mar al davant i haurien de disfrutar del seu soroll i de la natura.

Really liked the friendly staff, great breakfast (but not overkill!). So close to the beach we never actually used the pool but it looked beautiful and it was nicely laid out with the rooms. We had a good sized room. Air conditioning worked well. Comfortable beds. Choice of pillows!

The cleaners left their equipment outside our room the whole stay which was a bit of an eyesore.

Everything. The hospitality, the staff that became our friends and made us feel at home, the breakfast was great especially the omelettes. The room was spacious and perfect view to the sea couldn’t ask for more :)

The reception when you check in was great, the guy at the reception very polite, you get a welcome drink and a towel and they explain everything to you in detail. The room was OK and the internet worked nicely. The small issue with the rooms on the lower level is that all the people in the pool area can look into your room unless you put the curtains, but then you don't have a natural light. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety and the cook makes you eggs as you like them. There's a big pool area and also if you have lower level rooms you basically have your own pool area as the "terrace" of the room is right at the pool. There is a parking lot in front and in the back of the hotel. The hotel also has a small sauna area and a gym. The hotel is almost at the beach but doesn't have it's own sunbeds and the beach is really crowded in season. Everything seems clean and the staff is polite and always smiling.

Overall even though the hotel is of a solid quality it doesn't resonate as a 5-star hotel for many reasons. The breakfast is good but not a 5 star hotel and looking at the other comments seems like dinner is even worse. The staff is smiling and trying to help you, but they are not really trained to do so on a 5 star level. Also many of them don't even speak English. The lady at the reception was trying her best to help but seems a bit lost. We also wanted to order breakfast box for the day we leave as we couldn't be there for the breakfast (we were leaving early in the morning) and at first they told us no problem, then they forgot to actually make a breakfast box (luckily we asked for them an hour before the departure) and then they made them, but told us it's something they charge (?!) but for us on this occasion they will not. On a positive side it was a really great variety for a breakfast box. I've never been to a hotel that charges you a breakfast to go that you already paid for. The hotel is generally a solid one, but it's doesn't give the value for money as it's far to expensive for what it offers.

Pokój był nadgryziony zębem czasu i zdecydowanie nadaje się do remontu. Framuga w łazience już wołająca o wymianę. Standard pokoju nie odpowiada 5 gwiazdkom - to był standard polskiego 2 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Poziom czystości był OK, choć pod łóżkiem nie było czysto. Najgorzej jednak wypada stosunek jakości do ceny - być może on jest dobry przy rezerwacji wakacji all inclusive z biura podróży, a nie indywidualnej rezerwacji. Za te pieniądze da się znaleźć na Krecie zdecydowanie lepsze zakwaterowanie w lepszych warunkach. Ostatniego dnia wyjeżdżaliśmy o świcie, więc nie mogliśmy zjeść śniadania. Dano nam zestaw na wynos i to był istny żart jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy - kanapka z najtańszego pieczywa tostowego bez nawet plastra sera, jedynie z warzywami. Ohyda. Ogólnie hotel był dużym rozczarowaniem. Próbowaliśmy zmienić pokój i mimo, ze Booking pokazywał inne wolne pokoje, to w recepcji powiedziano nam, że one nie są dostępne, używając jakiejś dziwnej wymówki i zaproponowano zamianę na najdroższy apartament za dopłatą. Nie polecam za te pieniądze.

Gorgeous modern property! Adults only, beautiful pool and right across the road from the beach and numerous restaurants. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was beautiful. The restaurant had really nice food and cocktails. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

The bar and restaurant staff show incredible attention to detail. The cocktails were great, everything was clean, and the property features a nice pool and a great location close to the sea.

I think the whole establishment is a great place to stay! The only department that might need a bit more attention is the kitchen. While the breakfast is really good with lots of options to choose from the dinner does not live up to the rest of the hotel service. Although we had some exceptional surprises like the octopus and salmon, many of the dishes we tried felt a bit average. The presentation, immaculate glassware, and cocktails are wonderful, but the food overall just lacks that special spark to match the rest of the experience.

I’m struggling to find something negative. But if I had to find one thing then I would suggest a regular sun lounger to replace the cushion / bean bag for the rooms with direct pool access.

לפני הכל יש לציין את הצוות כשרותי ביותר שש לכל שאלה ,בקשה, תמיד עם חיוך ורצון טוב.כל פנייה טלפונית נענית מיידית בריכת המלון נהדרת, נקייה והשהייה בה נעימה ביותר.ארוחת בוקר טובה המלון ממש בסמיכות לחוף ים נהדר ,מסעדות וטברנות . העיר העתיקה חאנייה במרחק נסיעה של חצי שעה ממש לא לוותר על בקור בסימטאות היפהפיות ובנמל המואר וכמובן המגדלור שמוסיף לאוירה הקסומה בcheck out המלון איפשר לי להישאר עד 14:00 במקום עד 11:00 וזה ממש לא מובן מאליו

הזמנתי חדר מסוג לופט, ההגעה ללופט היתה כרוכה בהרבה מדרגות דבר שכדאי לדעת מראש . לשימחתי נותר חדר פנוי גדול ומרווח והמעבר היה מיידי . מעבר לזאת הכל היה מושלם

Wir können das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und wirklich gut zum Baden geeignet. Das kleine Örtchen bietet tolle Restaurants am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Der Ausblick ist aus unserem Zimmer ist gut gewesen, aber je nach Zimmer variiert er doch sehr stark. Außerdem liegen einige Zimmer mit ihren Balkonen/Fenstern sehr nah am Pool. Es wäre gut, dies transparenter beim Buchungsprozess abzubilden. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel aber sehr ruhig und man hat auf dem Balkon seine Ruhe.

Adult only is a brilliant offering. Amazing breakfast selection including omelette’s made to order and great coffee! Great staff who clearly enjoy their work. Beach & fabulous restaurants literally on your door step Safe for a solo traveller. Welcome & departure hospitality second to none as well as hotel transfers to and from the airport. I have recommended Aloe Suites to several work colleagues & family since my return.

Facilities are great but service is superb. Everything is beyond expectation. Will definitely come back again!

Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Balkon mit Meerblick, von wo man aus den Sonnenuntergang sehen konnte. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Bademäntel. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wenn es Probleme gab, wurden diese sofort behoben. Der Sandstrand ist direkt vorm Hotel (allerdings kein hoteleigener Strand) und es fährt im Ort Almirida mehrmals täglich ein Bus nach Chania.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, beim Frühstück kam das Personal manchmal nicht mit dem Nachfüllen der Teller oder Speisen nach. Wir hatten das angesprochen und es wurde sich sofort ab dem nächsten Tag darum gekümmert, was wir sehr gut fanden. Das Abendessen ist kein Buffet, sondern man bestellt Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise von der Abendkarte. Das war uns für eine ganze Woche etwas zu wenig Auswahl. Es dürfen wohl auch externe Gäste zum Frühstück kommen und tagsüber am Pool liegen, das fanden wir nicht so gut.

L'hôtel se trouve juste en face de la mer avec un accès facile. Le staff était très présent pour satisfaire nos moindres demandes et très accueillant. Le déjeuner était bien fourni et de qualité avec une option d'omelette personnalisé. Pour le dîner, le fait d'avoir une carte (et non pas un buffet) est vraiment excellent avec des prix corrects. Les vins étaient excellents et le personnel a pu bien nous recommander les accords mets & vins (avec une petite histoire à propos de la bouteille). Les cocktails étaient très bien aussi. Certains soirs, il y avait également des animations (guitare, piano, chants). L'hôtel met à disposition des linges pour la piscine / la mer qu'on peut changer à tout moment. Dans la chambre, il y avait un coffre fort, un fer à repasser, un frigo et la machine à café. Dans l'hôtel, il y avait également une salle de fitness avec plusieurs machines et une fontaine à eau. L'arrangement de l'hôtel avec les appartements autour de la piscine crée un petit village ou toutes personnes finissent par se connaître, créant une bonne atmosphère. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est vraiment calme ce qui permet de se détendre. Notre séjour était excellent. Merci au staff qui fait tout possible pour qu'on se sente bien !

Le fait d'avoir une seule clé pour activer l'électricité est embêtant si on doit quitter la chambre et qu'on veut charger un appareil électronique. La douche projette de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Une paroi / rideau permettrait d'éviter cela.

Hotel ideal pentru un concediu de relaxare, curat, modern, aspectuos. Personal foarte amabil si atent, dispus sa te ajute la cea mai mica solicitare. Camere mari, curate, cu mobilier dragut, dotate cu tot ce este necesar (inclusiv calcator si masa de calcat). Micul dejun bogat, cu produse diverse. Serile de cina, acompaniate de muzicieni locali, au un farmec aparte. Plaja aproape de hotel, nu foarte mare, cu nisip si apa marii deosebit de limpede, dotata cu sezlonguri si servicii de servit mancaruri si bauturi diverse.

Statiunea nu se ridica la nivelul hotelului. O localitate mica, nu foarte ingrijita, care din pacate face ca hotelul sa fie prea luxos pentru zona respectiva.

From the moment we checked in after a relatively short ride from Chania Airport, we were warmly welcomed by Anelia. She took great care of us while we waited to be settled into our room. Fortunately, the room was ready, even though we arrived a little early. Andreas helped us with our luggage using his strong Greek arms, and Fabian, the waiter, made sure we were always refreshed by the pool, with beverages and food available whenever we needed them. We misplaced a couple of items during our stay, and thanks to Anelia and the reception team, everything was found and returned to us. We couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel. It was a fantastic stay - perfect for a workcation (great Wi-Fi!) or simply relaxing by the pool in peaceful surroundings. 10/10 – Would definitely go again.

Minor things, there was a empty coffee pod in the coffee machine upon arrival and sand in the pool, which happens. There was also quite a lot of hair in the edges of the pool.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, with a great pool and amazing staff. A quiet place for truly peaceful days. The staff were always there when we needed them and gave us privacy when we didn’t. They also helped us with recommendations and bookings. The village itself is very small but so peaceful. The location is perfect. With a car, we went exploring nearby places every day: mountain villages, beaches, Chania, and Rethymno.

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour Anelia et sa collègue brune de l’accueil. Le personnel est très professionnel été très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. L’emplacement est top avec une petite plage à quelques mètres, une vue superbe tout en étant au calme. La chambre est grande et très confortable. Nous avions accès à une salle de sport très bien équipée. Tout est là pour un excellent séjour !
