Das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof und daher praktisch gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was zwar kein Problem darstellt. Allerdings sollte unserer Meinung nach der Preis aufgrund dessen etwas niedriger sein. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders gut geputzt, insbesondere der Boden war recht dreckig.

Kedves fogadtatás várt, a recepciós mindent olyan pontosan és átfogóan mondott el, hogy nem volt bennem kérdés, mire a szobámhoz mentem. A tartózkodásom alatt biztosítottak a tömegközlekedésre ingyenes jegyet is.

Tiszta, rendezett szoba fogadott, de a fürdőben sajnos felfedeztem néhány ottmaradt hajszálat.

Schöne Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Sauber im Zimmer. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Eine Terrasse musste mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden. Es gibt keine Veganes Essen. Weniger Parkplatzmöglichkeiten

Отель находится в 5-7 минутах от ж/д станции. На ресепшен выдают дорожную карту, благодаря которой можно ездить на общественном транспорте бесплатно. Неплохие завтраки. Отель находится в тихом месте, в 20-25 мин ходьбы от центра города. Обратите внимание, что кондиционер отсутствует практически во всех комнатах, вместо этого отель ставит вентилятор.

Lo staff a colazione e che non c’era scelta di dolci tipo brioche alla colazione. La pulizia non é il punto forte di questa struttura. Pietro abbiamo avuto problemi con la tessera X aprire la porta della camera 2/3 volte ci siamo dovuti rivolgere alla reception. Materasso duro anche i cuscini

Es gab den ganzen Tag kostenlosen Cafe. Abends konnte man an der Bar noch zum Abschluss bis 11:00 Uhr einen Absacker zu sich nehmen.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte vor Ort und haben uns gut untergebracht gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft war die Hotelangestellte super freundlich und hat uns erstmal Getränke gebracht, weil es so heiss war und hat uns auf die Terasse in den Schatten gesetzt und unseren Check-in vorbereitet. Nachdem Check-in hat die freundliche Angestellte uns Tipps fürs Sightseeing gegeben und gute Plätze zum Essen genannt inkl welche Busse wohin fahren. Das Zimmer war wunderschön , gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Terrasse haben wir uns mit einem anderen Zimmer geteilt. Frühstück war reichlich und lecker , nur bei der Vielzahl an Menschen, kam die Dame nicht hinterher 🙈 Ich hatte mir beim Wandern den Knöchel angeknackst und mir wurde sofort mit Kühlakkus geholfen und mich aufgeklärt wie es in Österreich mit der Gesundheitsvorsorgung aussieht - sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde jedes mal wieder kommen und kann es weiter empfehlen. ❤️

Der Empfang war bereits extrem nett und von den Informationen und der Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiterin sind wir begeistert. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut - in knapp 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Hauptbahnhof, so dass man man mit Bus und Bahn überall hinkommt oder fußläufig alles erreicht. Wir haben vom Hotel direkt für unseren kompletten Aufenthalt ein Bus und Bahnticket bekommen - das ist schon echt toll. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit im Hotel Flair und in dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Vielen Dank dafür!

The receptionist was very cordial and helpful! The room matched the description and it was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and overall we've had a lovely stay. The hotel is very close to the train station, but far enough from the tourist area, making it a great place to stay for a couple of days without any hassle. The train station is well connected so it's easy to reach anywhere from there.

The bed could be a bit harder. One full-body mirror in the room and a few more hangers in the bathroom would be great.

Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag brauchte. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Fahrminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt und diese war mit dem kostenlosen öffentlichen Verkehrsticket (bekommt man beim check in) erreichbar. Bushaltestelle 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Zur Parkgarage geht es steil nach unten und dann sehr eng.

Im Schrank gab es nur Kleiderstangen, die gut erreichbar waren. Die beiden Ablageböden waren zu hoch für uns.

Персонал невероятно добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и идут навстречу. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту — всё очень аккуратно, чисто и ухоженно. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно заботятся о гостях. Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак! Мне всего хватило: сыр, ветчина, омлет, свежий хлеб, масло и вкусные сладости. Всё было вкусно и сытно — отличный выбор, чтобы хорошо начать день! Спасибо за такое тёплое отношение и прекрасную атмосферу!

Единственный небольшой минус — днём было немного жарковато без кондиционера. Зато вечером температура была просто идеальной, и отдыхать было очень комфортно. Единственное, что хотелось бы улучшить — дверь в ванной комнате. Сейчас она открывается внутрь, из-за чего в ванной довольно тесно и неудобно передвигаться. Было бы гораздо удобнее, если бы дверь открывалась наружу или была раздвижной. Но в целом это небольшие нюансы, которые не испортили впечатление от отдыха.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location was 15 minutes away from the center with the bus. You take a card from the hotel to use the bus for free

The room and especialy the toilet was not clean at all. There was mold on the ceiling on the top of the shower and it was licking.

The person at the reception was very kind, and took time to give some recommandations about things to visit in the region. I received a "guest mobility ticket" that allows to take public transports for free during the stay, I don't know if it's something all the hotels give but it was an amazing surprise, allowing for example to go to Wolfgansee by bus for free. The breakfast was very correct, bed and pillow comfortable.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta, a jednocześnie w cichej okolicy. Możliwość parkowania na ulicy oraz na hotelowym parkingu. Pokój bardzo czysty i schludny. W ramach noclegu do dyspozycji dostaliśmy kartę na transport publiczny w mieście, więc można było przemieszczać się swobodnie po mieście bez własnego auta. Śniadanie sycące.

Super Hotel in guter Lage. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns alles sehr ausführlich erklärt.

Frühstück war ein wenig chaotisch. Nicht alles vorhanden, Geschirr wurde lange nicht abgeräumt.

Freundliches Personal, Frühstück ok, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, Lage etwas außerhalb aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar, gute ÖPNV- Anbindung.

Zimmer sehr heiß (Anfang August), keine Klima vorhanden, nur ein müder Ventilator - Schlaf war kaum möglich, das Bad fand ich durchaus renovierungsbedürftig.

O tamanho do quarto é bom. Café da manhã é simples, mas atendeu nossa necessidade.

Achei a localização um pouco distante para ir caminhando até ao Centro. Mas o hotel fornece um passe gratuito para ser utilizado no transporte público que foi muito útil.

The staff were great, very attentive and guided us through the city transportation as well, since we came for a football match. Room was simple, clean and comfy. Location is not central, but it is close to the train station, which allowed us to connect to everything smoothly even during super busy hours.

The room was very nice and had plenty of storage space for suitcases. The staff were extremely pleasant. An example of something that the receptionist/owner? did that he didn't have to - as we were checking out he thanked us for choosing to stay at the hotel for our trip to Salzburg.

No air conditioning. The extremely hot weather during our stay really highlighted how this can enhance your stay. There was a fan in the room, which at least gave you a bit of a breeze, albeit of warm air. Still, it was better than nothing

Location, staff and cleanliness of room was exceptional. Everything you need at you disposal with bus stops very close by to take you to the main station.

No fridge in the room but we only stayed for a couple of nights so no major issue. Bed fairly firm but again definitely manageable for a short stay and very clean.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Although it is a little far from the city center, it has very good public transport connections, making it quick and easy to get around. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel provided us with a public transport pass for the entire duration of our stay, which was extremely useful. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff were always friendly and pleasant.

The main downside, especially when visiting during summer, is that the rooms do not have air conditioning or a minibar/fridge to keep drinks or food cold. Temperatures can get quite high at this time of year, and sleeping with just a fan was quite difficult. Overall, we had a good stay, but because of the lack of air conditioning, I would not recommend this hotel during the hottest summer months. At other times of the year, however, it would probably be a very good option.

Da ich nur für eine Nacht und aufgrund meiner frühen Abreise ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück benötigte, informierte ich mich vorab, ob es möglich wäre, ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und einer Tasse zu bekommen. Die Dame am Telefon teilte mir mit, dass es sich um das letzte verfügbare Zimmer handelte, sie aber gerne nachsehen würde, ob dieses über die gewünschte Ausstattung verfügt. Kurze Zeit später meldete sie sich mit einer positiven Rückmeldung, woraufhin ich das Zimmer buchte. Des Weiteren fand ich es sehr angenehm, dass sich von vornherein ein Ventilator im Zimmer befand. Da es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war und ich ein Dachzimmer hatte, war der Ventilator eine wirklich angenehme Ausstattung.

Geen airco, dus een verhitte nacht

Absolutely horrible experience – the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were hairs everywhere: in the bathroom, on the bed, and throughout the sheets. The hairs on the sheets were clearly from different people, which was absolutely disgusting. We had booked the hotel for just one night, but after seeing the condition of the room, we were completely disgusted. We immediately reported the problem to the receptionist as soon as we noticed it. Instead of taking our complaint seriously or offering a solution, he simply told us that, in his opinion, the room was clean. When we showed him the hairs on the sheets, which were the worst part for us, he actually touched the sheets, picked up the hairs with his hand, and threw them onto the floor, saying that everything was perfectly fine. We asked if he could at least provide us with clean sheets so that we could change them ourselves. He told us that he had no other sheets and that the existing ones were “perfectly clean.” His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He eventually left angrily and even slammed the door. We have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience we have ever had, both in terms of cleanliness and staff behavior. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The level of hygiene was unacceptable and the way our complaint was handled made the experience even worse.

Vom Hauptbahnhof aus war es nur eine 5-minütige Busfahrt, sodass man mit den nächstgelegenen Routen bequem zu wunderschönen Orten gelangen konnte.

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Super Frühstück. Lage ist super - öffentliche Verkehrsmittel 3 Minuten entfernt - voll super.

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber gereinigt worden. Die Betten waren sauber. Unsere Zimmer wurden am 3. T ag erst gereinigt. Der Boden wurde aber nicht gesaugt und nicht nass geputzt. Beim Bad dasselbe. WC Dusche Waschbecken wurden nicht gereinigt. Leider fehlt es an der Sauberkeit. Wir hatten eine Terasse was voll super war. Leider ist diese total vernachlässigt. Fliesen defekt, Unkraut, die Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, Aschenbecher nicht geleert usw. Es ist einfach Schade das auf das nicht geachtet wird - der erste Eindruck - wo sind wir da nur gelandet. Es ist so Schade, da das Hotel sonst supet ist.
