It is nice experience. Rooms are clean. It exceeded my expectations. A perfect choice for stay in Janakpur near Janaki Mata temple

I booked the hotel for my parents. They are senior citizens. Hotel Owner Shri Pradeep jee supported and helped in every thing and treated them as of his own family members. He took care of them very nicely and helped them to board for Kathmandu. As per my Parents, the Hotel is Very Good , Neat and Clean. Very Supportive Staff, Good Food and Overall A very good Man, Mr Pradeep jee the owner of the Hotel. May God bless him much more success. Thank you so much Pradeep Jee:🙏🙏🙏🙏

Staff was cooperative and wifi was good. Location was also good.

Bedsheets were not clean and were not changed in spite of several requests. Food quality and presentation was very bad. Lift not working. Towels were not clean and torn. No exhaust and toileteries in bathroom. Not received payment online and we had to pay in cash.

The overall stay was worst, they did not take my US credit card for payment as their machine was not working so I had to pay them through my indian payment method. They gave us a different room at first and after a while when I told them that the booking was for deluxe family suite then they transferred us to the deluxe suite. The room was dirty, the blanket had stains, bedsheet was dirty. The bathroom had no privacy as the glass of the bathroom door was broken. Mirror in the bathroom was broken. When I went to take a bath in the morning then black dirty water was coming out of the tap. The towels were dirty and smelly. We ordered food from hotel and they gave wrong food but charged in full. They didn't even gave plates or spoons to have the food.

The room wasn't clean, not fully ready. Price was too high for what was, but it was close to Dwali, so maybe higher prices!?

Facilities that are mentioned are not provided. No hot water, the bedsheet are so bad that your whole clothes would be in white threads after you wake up. The hotel staff has no clue and has no answer to the issues. Avoid this hotel, worst experience from whole Nepal trip

Hotel location is just few meters from main road. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and naturally lit. Washrooms are sufficiently big and clean. They manage sight seeing as well. Help on convert currency at best rate. Most importantly they support accepting INR online which I did not find anywhere else in Nepal. It will help you save currency conversion charges on Credit/Debit cards.

Lift was out of order, long power cuts and Hotel inverter supports light fan but no socket so it impacted mobile charging.

Although there are many hotels in Janakpur but this is the best hotel at the lowest price.

It is situated near the main market as well as at a very good location and from where you can go anywhere by taking transport as per your wish.

Very courteous management and staff. Had our comfortable and safe stay for a day and back to India with their support. Very informative Team.

The rooms are good, the host and the staff friendly and attended us even though it was late in the night. They guided us about the touristy places and took good care of us. Before we left we were given a small Hanuman Chalisa book. And we are thankful to the host for his sweet gesture.

All is well at this place. Given a chance would revisit this place. The place is also close to the Janaki Temple, easily accessible.

The food is amazing here, specially the Indian cuisine.

Hotel owner asking more then booking amount as well he was not agree with condition like my breakfast was included in the prize but he charged the breakfast and charge more then booking amount. Hotel was very bad please exclude from the list no towels, no napkin, bathroom has no exaust fan because of that total room with bad smell behaviour of owner was not good he saying "I am don't no about booking from booking.com I'll charge according to me very hot talks were there after all very very very bad experience from booking. Com please do needful and inform to me if possible
