Cleaning, hospitality of the staff

I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com and arrived with my 85-year-old mother, who has significant mobility limitations. The hotel is located on a very narrow street, and I was unable to identify a nearby area to safely stop, unload luggage, and assist her. I also could not find convenient parking close to the property. I contacted the hotel several times to ask for guidance regarding access and parking. Staff informed me that the hotel did not provide parking and suggested parking further away. Due to my mother's mobility needs, I explained that this would be difficult. The conversations became unproductive, and I ultimately did not feel comfortable proceeding with the stay. I contacted Booking.com Customer Service, which attempted to assist but was unable to resolve the situation with the property. As a result, we did not check in, did not occupy the room, and had to find alternative accommodations late that evening. Despite not receiving any accommodation services, the reservation was treated as a no-show and my request for a refund was denied. Travelers with mobility or accessibility concerns may wish to confirm vehicle access, unloading options, and parking arrangements before booking.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, közel a kikötő, buszmegálló, bolt és kávézó. A szoba nagyon tiszta és jól felszerelt. Személyzet nagyon kedves!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και στενόχωρο. Δεν υπήρχε άγκιστρο για το κρέμασμα του τηλεφώνου του ντους, με αποτέλεσμα το πλύσιμο στο μπάνιο να είναι δύσκολο και προβληματικό.

Excellent location for the Marina and surrounding area of Kalamata Staff are very friendly and helpful Everything is clean and works as it should

I enjoyed my stay here and it was perfect for what I needed on my trip and can’t find a negative

Perfect location near the beach, and only 20 minutes to walk to the main town. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money

Very good value for money and close the beach and restaurants. Coffee shop just around the corner.

Hôtel plus vétusté qu'il n'y paraît, douche sans accroche, frigo branlant qui fait difficilement du froid, une vue sur l'immeuble en face à quelques metres sans rideaux...

The location is excellent, very clean, with a highly supportive and professional staff. It was great 3 nights i spent in Nevada hotel

Boutique hotel was very clean and within a 2 min. walk to beaches and a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Prices were reasonable.

This is a very convenient, efficient hotel with a friendly helpful staff. It is a good choice, and excellent value, for business travel.

The hotel was fantastic! Friendly owners. Amazing location (3 mins to the beach; 30 seconds from food/coffee/groceries). Nice sized rooms. I really enjoyed my courtyard view. Hotel was also quiet, which is really important for me. The property is also close to a large parking lot by the pier/beach, where I parked for free.

Very good place in the center of kalamata sea part.. everything was clean and nice.. i would reccomend this hotel ti everyone..

Clean, comfortable and modern

Back street was somewhat busy with traffic and parking was a bit difficult at times

Didn't expect much from a 1 star hotel as was looking for cheap holiday, however it exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, clean (room service ever other day, toiletries, slippers, hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, and balcony), quiet, and close to the beach promenade (150m) where most restaurants and cafes were. Hotel has two floors and no lift, so something to consider if you have mobility issues. Shop on corner and supermarket one street away.

Kalamata is a bigger town/city than I expected. Town centre is 1.5 kilometres away so bit of a trek if you plan on shopping, but there is always the bus.

The personnel is so friendly, they adapted the cleanliness to our regime and didn't disturb us while our presence in the room. And at the end the hotel personnel printed our boarding passes out. Highly recommend the hotel
