Hôtel que je recommande vivement. Propre, les chambres sont bien, salles de bain y compris bien et on a de l’eau chaude !!! Les repas étaient bons et le personnel bienveillant, à notre service et le plus important, ce sont des nuits paisibles sans bruits extérieurs. Fenêtres avec double ou triple vitrage ce n’est pas négligeable. Merci à l’équipe de Tripli Hotel pour son accueil

They take booking in the name of pay at hotel then they demand money directly in their account before even reaching the place and if you do not pay them they will say that your room is already booked now. This is scam for customer as well as the apps which we are using to book. Instead of choosing this property go to Manali and book hotel when u reach. Do not pay before at any cost.

I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the warm hospitality of Durgesh. From the very beginning, he made me feel welcome and at home. He was always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed. His care and friendliness added so much comfort to my stay, and I am deeply grateful for his generosity and thoughtfulness. Only Balcony view

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely filthy — stains were visible all over the place, including the chairs and curtains. It was shocking to see such poor hygiene standards, especially when you’re paying nearly ₹19,000 for just 2 days. To make things worse, there was no water in the washroom. I repeatedly requested the hotel staff to provide water, but they simply refused to help and showed no sense of responsibility or basic hospitality. I was traveling with my family, and we faced a lot of inconvenience and discomfort because of this. The overall service was pathetic — I’ve received better treatment in hotels that charge less than ₹5,000 for two days. There was no room cleaning during our stay and zero customer service. This place is completely mismanaged and not at all suitable for families. I genuinely regret booking this hotel. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money here — there are far better options at a much lower price. Avoid at all costs!

Our family had an amazing 5-day stay at Tripli Hotels in Manali. We booked a family suite with two rooms, and we were truly impressed by the experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and surprisingly budget-friendly. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains from our balcony, making our stay even more memorable. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, offering fresh bedsheets, towels, and essential room amenities. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was close to local sightseeing spots like Mall Road Market, Hadimba Devi and Shri Vashishtha Temple, making it easy for us to explore Manali without much hassle. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend Tripli Hotels to anyone visiting Manali!

It was clean and the staff behaviour was very good. Food was good.

Check out time should be extended till 12pm..as the hotel is for leisure and not for official trips. 10 am check out time feels like official trips. Buffet breakfast shuld have a bit more options.

What ever is mentioned in booking.com is not true, let me start 1. No Shampoo,conditioner or dryer in washroom, just a shower gel 2. They are going to ask for advance once the romm is confirmed and cancel it any moment if not paid. 3. Right after stepping inside the hotel they ask you to pay full amount first then gon into the room. 4. Whatever the food you order in room will comes up without bill or any proofs. 5. Once you check out the room food bill comes along with 5% additional tax and that too without bill and is maintained in normal register. 6. They wont give you any bill and will refuse if asked All n all it’s no go deal for me next time in this hotel for sure

The best thing about this hotel is the sincerity of the staff. In particular, Chhiring was so friendly and attentive all the time. His service was the best of the best. The view from my rooms balcony was amazing. Room was spacious, and reasonably clean. They sometimes gave me some apples from the orchard, next to the hotel and each time I was very happy.

This area is Prini, and it was a bit difficult because there were no restaurants or cafes to enjoy.

The rates were cheaper when you directly approach the hotel. People who came directly to hotel were given much cheaper rates them as shown on booking. Com. The breakfast was pathetic. Better not to take breakfast option.

I have booked the room with complementary breakfast. The app shows the complementary breakfast included in my booking. While the hotel receptionist refuses to give the complementary breakfast, and tell me to call booking.com customer care.

The Room was not upto the expectations. Staff was not cooperative. Service was very poor. Room view was okay but for that I had to pay extra. Food was also not upto the mark. In the name of buffet, only 1 or 2 food items were available. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good views from the room and spacious rooms. Mr. Negi, the manager, was very courteous. Also the checkout was smooth.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking. The property is away from the main hustle and bustle. So getting in and out is expensive considering the autos charge between 200-300 one way.
