The location was very convenient. Near two of the better landmarks in Kamakura and also nearby the beach.

The staff were not very responsive when I sent them a message during my stay.

ペットと安く泊まれること。 ペットに寄り添ってくれて、入院してしまって 行けなくなってしまったんですけど、 変更してくれればとキャンセル料無くして頂いたこと。

窓から外が見えない。 ドライヤーの風量が弱い。 ペットのお皿がなかったこと。

Proche de la mer, personnel sympathique.

Pour une ou deux nuits maximum, la chambre est trop petite, pas de place pour ouvrir la valise, mais si vous venez avec un sac à dos, c'est bon. Cela ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse.

サーフィンをするために宿泊しました。長谷駅は、鎌倉に行くにも江の島、腰越に行くにも便利です。またホテルも長谷駅から徒歩１分、宿泊場所は表通りから入ったところにあり、とても静かでした。お部屋も快適に過ごせました。日陰の部屋の前のテーブルで静かに本を読むもよし、海に行くもよし、周辺のお寺に行くもよし。名店の多い長谷の町を散策するもよし。とても居心地の良いホテルでした。

お部屋がかわいい。天井が高いので、狭さは感じませんでした。 沖縄と鎌倉のコラボが楽しく、非日常を味わえます。 駅から近いのと、海まですぐ行かれる&長谷ののんびりした雰囲気の町並みを散策できる立地は最高です。

お盆の後に行ったせいか、あまり賑わっていなかったので、さみしい感じがしました。 食べ物のメニューは豊富でしたが、値段が高いかな？ 観光地なので仕方がないですね。

犬と気楽に泊まれたところ 犬がいるので、部屋を出たところで食事も気楽に取れて、その上がパオライスがめちゃ美味しかった！

明るくこまめな接客とロケーションが最高でした。宿泊エリアに併設しているご飯屋さんのメニューの種類が豊富でシラスか抹茶かの選択肢しかない観光地では救済的な憩いの場となりました。お土産屋さんで購入したお魚ビーチサンダルも観光中に通りすがりの方から可愛いと褒められ旅が更に楽しくなりした。泊まった部屋も清潔感があり過しやすかったです。

トイレにウォシュレットがあったら満点でした！

枕の下に大きめの虫の死骸と布団の隅に虫の足みたいなのがありました。

Direkt vor der Tür sind Sitzplätze des Restaurants. Tagsüber ist daher recht viel los - es kann etwas lauter sein.

Bonne gestion du bruit et l'emplacement est vraiment bien. Le point noir : la propreté qui reste vraiment le mauvais point. Entre les draps tachés et cerise sur le gâteau, j'ai eu droit aux CAFARDS et c'est vraiment désagréable !

Le couvre feu entre minuit et 8 heures !

部屋は綺麗で、コスパ良し 観光のアクセスも良く、由比ヶ浜も徒歩2分 ペットも一緒に泊まれる良い宿です

Bardzo specyficzne miejsce - nieco serferski klimat. Jako baza noclegowa jak najbardziej ok.

Wejście do lokum od strony baru.

L'emplacement est top, à deux pas de la gare d'Hase et à cinq minutes à pied du temple d'Hasedara, et du Daibutsu. Le logement est assez petit, et il faut aimer les couleurs, mais c'est confortable.

La salle de bains est un peu vétuste, et le logement un peu humide. Attention : la cour extérieure est en mode "paillottes", donc il y a du sable dehors, qu'on amène forcément un peu avec soi dans la chambre !

L'emplacement très bien. Lieu original. Literie plutôt confortable.

L'accueil à l'arrivée moyen : on nous dit que 15:45 au lieu de 16:00 est trop tôt et que nous devons revenir. Nous nous garons à côté du parking de l'hôtel que je leur avais réservé mais il se trouve que ce n'était pas le bon. Ils auraient pu vérifier que nous étions garés au bon parking. Nous aurions payé 2x moins cher. Pas de petit déjeuner possible et pas de café ni thé dans la chambre.

Location was awesome. It was right next to the Hase station for the Enoden line and super close to the big Buddha and Hasadera temple. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The WIFI connection was spotty. There was no bidet toilet.

Staff were so friendly and invested in making sure my stay was a nice one. It’s a unique stay and super well situated to make the most out of multi-day stay in Kamakura

I liked the vibe of the hotel. The staff were patient with me as I can barely speak at a 2 year old level of Japanese. The location is also great. Its right down the road from the Train station and in the middle of the town. Also not far from the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk.

I don't have any complaints.

必要最小限のアメニティしかなかった。 特に、ビジネスホテルにある使い捨てカミソリなどが欲しかった。

Die Lage war hervorragend: Der Strand sowie verschiedene Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut erreichbar, und dank der nahegelegenen Bahn konnte man bequem ins Ortszentrum fahren. Wir haben in der Unterkunft keine Verpflegung genutzt, weder Frühstück noch Mittagessen und auch kein Restaurant.

Wir haben in der Unterkunft nur eine Nacht geschlafen und uns hat alles gefallen.

Close to Hase station.

Noisy, due to paper thin walls, loud noises from the cafe speakers that are not making the vibe nice, on the contrary, the artificial bird sounds are just horrible. Noise from the road behind the hotel. The lady who checked me in was pleasant but the man who also seems to be the owner opens the door every time you come back to the hotel in the later hours and just nods at you like you're a pest with visible annoyance in his eyes? They block both sides of the place with a fence and in the morning during checkout time you have to help yourself to get out with suitcases because no one is there. It doesn't feel very welcoming or warm. There's no washlet, two cups that were dirty and a kettle but not even one packet of tea or coffee (it doesn't cost a fortune). Bedding cleanliness questionable.

10/10 I had a peaceful and lovely stay! The hotel is close to public transportation, the beach and many highlights of Kamakura. I really love the vibe here and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

周りにいろんなお店があったことが良かったです、食べ歩きもできた 外人さんと話せたのも楽しかった。

狭かった、キャンセルが出たので広いお部屋に追加料金を払って移りましたが、木造だったので隣の音がよく聞こえ、犬がそれに反応して困りました。

立地がよい。鎌倉大仏と長谷観音に歩いて行けて、江ノ電の駅が近い（また鎌倉駅まで3駅のところも） 一番はペット（犬）と一緒に泊まれるところ。沖縄料理と沖縄ビールが飲めるところ。南国気分が味わえること。

隣？の音（トイレの流す音や戸を開ける音等)が気になりました。疲れていたので私のいびきもうるさかったのではないかと心配になった。

愛犬と過ごしやすく快適でした　

今回耳が不自由な友人との利用だったため、テレビの字幕を付けようとしたが、テレビがあまりにも古すぎるということで、結果的に字幕が付けられなかった。 事前にお願いしておけば良かったと思いつつ、難しい要求ではないので、そういった方への配慮ってまだ浸透していないかとも思った。 あとは、施設に付いている食事と飲み物の値段が高く、量が少ないのが残念で、沖縄の雰囲気を堪能 とまではいなかったのが残念。

The hotel was very pretty and well decorated, as well as very clean. The owner was amazing, very hospitable and kind. His English was also very good!

There wasn't a lot we didn't like! The only thing that was mildly annoying was not being able to find the light switch to turn off the light in the entrance, but that was probably our fault for being unobservant.

立地条件が良かったです。 長谷駅にも海にも近く、歩いて鎌倉駅方面も行けました。 観光もでき、海散歩もでき大満足です。 部屋はスタンダードを選んだのでこじんまりしていて 2人プラス犬だと水回り付近での動き、テーブルの利用は正直動きにくかったです。 でも、部屋は綺麗で沖縄らしく可愛い部屋でした。 貝殻でのれんのように飾り付けられていたりベッド周りの照明器具も貝殻でできていたり、海好きなので素敵だなと思いました。 口コミに多くあった、カーテンがないというのがとても気掛かりだったのですが、突っ張り棒で簡易的ではありましたがカーテンがあって、 よかった！！心からカーテンつけて正解だと思います。 愛犬と鎌倉に行きたい、沖縄に行きたい、という夢があり、沖縄は流石に無理だなと思っていたところこちらのホテルを見つけ、愛犬と鎌倉、小さな沖縄に行くことが同時にできました。 次は広いお部屋に泊まろうと思います。

居酒屋がやっていなかったです。 金土に泊まりましたがやっていなかったので、いつ営業しているのだろうという不思議な気持ちになりました。食べ歩きとか楽しんだので問題なしですが、沖縄料理が好きなので期待していました。

Emplacement très pratique à côte de la gare, du grand Buddha et de la mer. La chambre était propre.

Trop de lumière dans la chambre dès très tôt le matin. La chambre donne directement sur la terrasse du restaurant. Alarme la nuit entre 0h et 8h. La consigne des bagages le jour de l'arrivée ou du départ est payante.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good food and lovely atmosphere!

Not a big issue, more of a minor inconvenience: The property is technically closed from 12am to 8am. You can still come and go as you please, but you need to let them know in advance! We set off the alarm when we left early to see the sunrise at the beach (it was lovely, btw).

海まで徒歩数分で、駅からも近く、鎌倉の大仏もすぐ近くなので、快適に鎌倉を楽しめます。お部屋もお値段の割にとても広く、キレイで、お風呂やトイレもバリアフリー仕様なのが車椅子ユーザーの夫にとってもありがたかったです。南国風のインテリアと、天井の高さがとても開放的でテンションが上がります。大雨と暴風の中、チェックインより少し早めに到着した際に、お天気のことも考慮して少し早めでしたがお部屋に通していただけたのも助かりました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで好印象でした。夕食は併設のレストランで注文すると、部屋まで持ってきてくださるので、家にいるみたいにリラックスして食事をすることもできて大変ありがたかったです。

全体的にバリアフリーな仕様ではありますが、入り口の坂がかなり急なので、車椅子ユーザーが一人で登るにはきついかもしれません。到着時は強風と雨だったこともあり、スタッフの方がすぐに気づいてくださったおかげでなんとかなりました。また、立地的にも虫が出やすいので、その辺りは気にしない方の宿泊をお勧めします。ただ、虫が出た際にスタッフの方を呼んだら、すぐに対処してくださって助かりました。また、入り口から部屋が地続きなので、車椅子を部屋の中に入れると、海でついた細かい砂が部屋に散ってしまい、砂っぽい床で過ごすことになったので、部屋にホウキや小さい掃除機などがあるといいなと思いました。また朝食の提供時間が記載のものと異なっていたので、朝食を食べる予定の方は直接スタッフの方に確認した方がよさそうです。

Close to beach and temples

The address took me to another location a long way the other side of town. Non stop rules given. No hot water. Alarm going off when I exited and entered early in the morning.

A little aggressive about not allowing non-paying guests into the room. Me and a local friend dropped off some bags after walking and shopping and took about 2 minutes to sit and get off our feet. We were reminded (very politely) that no unpaying guests were allowed into rooms.
